Called to Leroy Merlin in Lepe today and was met by Lidia on the checkout till. Was greeted with a beautiful smile and although she didn’t appear to speak much English she was very helpful even reminding me that I would need batteries for the remote control I purchased. Great service.

She made sure I got the right products for my needs and then helped me to my car as they were heavy. She is working alone outside the store and is a credit to the company.
