This is day 1 of a 7 day stay. The food in the buffet is pretty awful and has no allergen markings or even indications that it is vegetarian. Staff are hostile and we've just been told we can't take unfinished glasses of wine out of the restaurant. This is going to be a long week to regret making the booking.

Nice luxury hotel & good location on the beach. It’s a shame the sea was a bit rough to swim, kept getting knocked down by the waves. I went off season & found a lot of the local places were closed in the evening, so had to stay at the hotel. It would be good if more of the staff spoke English, also if the food was labelled in the buffet restaurant as my friend was vegetarian & few times ended up getting a meat dish.. She wasn’t happy with that at all!! Apart from that we had a nice stay.

They have a slogan that they are here to put a smile in my face. But in reality they don't care. The hotel management does not understand what is important. The standard of the service is below 4star. The guest is only a number. Big disappointment.

Ok so I need to be totally honest when I first arrived at this hotel I was a bit surprised by the decorations they had at the reception as it did not seem like it is a reception, but some kind of gift shop overloaded with things. However after having a look around the hotel you kind of get used to the style and the particular decorations that they have. One of the best things in the room is the huge bed, where you can fit in at least 5 people. The balcony was quite small, however that is ok unless you are trying to spend your vacation locked in the hotel room. It's really amazing that the hotel is just right at the front of the beach, as it allows you to roam freely around the beach and you can return really quickly once you get tired. The buffet serves quite good quality food, especially I appreciate the fact they serve fresh orange juice and almond milk just a small thing, but you won't find that in any hotel. A big plus is also the fact that you can rent the bycicles free of charge as it is included in the price you pay for your stay. However we where unlucky as at least 5 of the bycicles that we tried needed some upgrading/fixing, so it took a while until we got one that worked properly. Other than that I really recommend to try it , especially in the evenings-cycling by the beach is just so relaxing. I would definitely return to this hotel, I was really satisfied with the stay.

    - Very bad service in the hotel, 5 girls behind the reception desk, not even one is friendly or trying to help!! - No effort to speak English or French, only Spanish. - Never experienced such a bad service in a 4* hotel, not worth 4*!! - Upon arrival, they did not prepare the check, took us 45 minutes to convince them that we already paid the room, while they claimed we did not, even though we had the bank transfer with us. - Minibar is cluded in the stay, which was not the case!! Has not been refilled after the first day. We made a complaint, took us 1h again at the front desk, and they refused to refill. We could not even get a small bottle of water, shocking. They even pretended to not understand us, while they understood very well, never felt so embarrassed and angry. - In short, many other nice hotels at the beach with good service, don't go here!!

The service wasn't too good but the room was lovely. I stayed here a while ago with friends but this was saved as a draft and forgot to post so I don't know if it's changed anyway since

Do not stay here if you are a celiac!!! We are on our second night here... in the buffet the chef, when asked in perfect Spanish ( we’ve been here 6 years and I have first class degree in Spanish) if a dish was gluten free just shrugged and said ‘no se’ ...nothing is labelled and when we asked for the allergy menu for the japonese restaurant they told us to call a number that never picks up. ..we have 6 nights to go and I either exist on salad and cheese or we look locally for restaurants that actually comply with the law! Wish we’d gone back to the Estival in Isla Cristina... at least they took me seriously!

The hotel was very nice. But it is placed in an area with nothing else than resorts. Which we hadn't research properly before we booked the place. It was not what we expected. We were there in May and a lot of the restaurants that were not part of a hotel were closed. Room are nice, restock of beverage everyday in the mini bar without extra charge. Nice view and pools.
