Attending the 40th Remembrance Vigil Service was a distinct honor. Our first duty is to remember.

My husband and I returned for the 40th anniversary of the Beirut bombing. It was a very somber moment. We were very pleased to see so many who turned out. The program was well done.

A solemn monument to honor those who were killed in Beirut on October 23, 1983. We were there to commemorate the 40th anniversary. Truly an emotional and inspiring experience.

At Camp Johnson this is an amazing statue and wall as a tribute to our lost soldiers who gave the ultimate sacrifice in October 1983. They hold a ceremony here every year. It's peaceful and the grounds are kept beautiful especially when the azaleas are in bloom. There's a nice walkway to the Vietnam Memorial wall, as well. They've also added a beam from the twin towers in NY from the tragic 9-11 attack. There's a statue honoring soldiers from Montford point too. A must see.

This really is a somber and beautiful Memorial. I was glad that I got to see this after reading a book about what took place. I am so proud of our Marines and all our Military for doing what they do for all of us. If you are in Jacksonville North Carolina stop by and see this Memorial. It is a an experience to remember.!

Beruit memorial is well done. There is even a plaque honoring mothers that lost their children in the defense of our country. This memorial is located in a park with a number of other memorials. The whole park is well done and very peaceful. The sounds that stand out are birds and the fountain at the Vietnam memorial

When you need to remember why you have freedom, come here and read the names of those who paid for it with their lives.

👍👍 Tree is okay, I guess. I've seen better. Customer service is almost non-existant and product selection is limited. I mean, it's not hurting anyone, and it's free. I will probably visit it again. Or not. I give this tree 5 stars.
