Highly recommend this place. It has the most authentic Mexican tacos you will find. I used to drive to New Brunswick to find good tacos but now I have it next door. It’s as close to Mexico City tacos that I have found!

The food and the employees here were simply amazing! I hadn’t had authentic tacos in a while and this place hit the spot especially the sopas and mole.

Finally authentic Spanish food in the area. The tres leche cake was fantastic. I had a steak burrito and the cake for dessert. I recommend this for a sit down lunch with some flair. Cash only but its all made by the owner so real flavors and food.

I try to go in here every so often before I go to work. I finally got to sit down and have a meal. The sopes were amazing and the burrito was delicious. Took a slice of tres leches home it was a great end to a great meal.

I ordered a multitude of things, but felt that it was way more bland than an authentic Hispanic place would be. People were extremely kind and nice, but I won’t be going here again. I was looking for a simple Rice and Beans place but this couldn’t go past that basic staple. I found Puerto Viejo in Bound Brook to be better tasting. The food was 2 star but the variety they carry and the niceness of the staff is worth giving it another star. Magic Question: Would I go there again. Magic Answer: No!

Quality food, tastes fresh and authentic

The food is okay, the rice and beans and breaded chicken I ordered were kind of bland. The service there is poor. The women at the front was very rude. I speak Spanish but a different dilect, being from a Caribbean family. I had asked for some help because our countries have different names for different foods. She laughed at me, rolled her eyes, and treated me like i was stupid. I only had asked her one simple question. I had to wait 40+ minutes for a simple dish. Other people came and ordered much more food than me, all Latinos. They all got their food way faster, and left before me. Felt super discouraged. I went a second time because my 3 coworkers wanted to try their pupusas. We all ordered an order or two, came in early before things got busy. We had to wait over an hour. They took care of a many other customers that came after us. Again they had larger orders too. When I asked how's the order going, the same lady as before said soon (with attitude). That was a whole 30 minutes before we got our food. All my coworkers were not Latinos. To be honest I'm never going back. The food is okay, the service is rude. And i can't say for all of them, but i felt some were racist and just disrespectful. I thought i was overthinking it, but she was kind to the other customers.

Food was delicious. Portions are well sized. Will definitely be back.

Everything I’ve had here is delicious over multiple visits. Al pastor tacos, steak burrito, chicken empanadas, tres leches. I’m critical of restaurants because so many of them put such little thought and effort into things. This place is awesome and lives up to all my expectations! Flavor. Great recipes. Consistency.
