My first time eating at Lucianos and it was a nice experience. It is nice and clean on the inside and they have great service. The servers Jordyn and Skylaar were Amazing! Thank you so much ladies for making me and my boyfriend experience even better! Additionally, we ordered the 16oz ribeye and Fra Diavolo and calamari. Our entrees tasted amazing and was a big portion size! We also tried the nutty almond joy dessert and gelato which were also sooo good!

Service was great. Food was very good. Atmosphere was good except for horrible music and TVs playing.

Severely understaffed/poor management. Our server got berated by the manager in front of guests - not cool. Service was slow - the drinks were so so, but the food was actually quite tasty. My rack of lamb was cooked to perfection, even if the risotto was a bit over salty. During the course of the meal, they forgot to deliver a drink we ordered and failed to take it off the check, even though we specifically told them my husband didn't get his drink. It was eventually rectified. We also kept having to ask for water refill. The highlight of the evening was a young woman of color who I think was more of a busser (dressed in all black, no khakis), showed more interest in how we were doing than our server. She literally saved the tip from going below 15%. Despite a delicious meal, the evening was marred by mediocre service and poor management. When we left, there were three people on the podium/hostess stand - one of them should've been pulled off and put on the floor. Oh well - not sure I would eat here again. P.S., stay away from their version of Coquito.

Luciano's, gives the feeling, your in a high class Italian restaurant in Manhattan with excellent food and service

Waiter seems nice but forgot our appetizers, food took forever to come out and was cold when it arrived. The waiter never came back to ask how our meal was so I couldn’t even complain. The host did ask how our food was but he didn’t really seem to know what to do and when we told him that it was cold and he slowly just drifted away … when the waiter finally got to us he apologized and said when it’s not busy he gets forgetful. Extremely overpriced and ordinary .

American take on Italian food. Quite tasty and big portions. Enjoyed the primo (vodka pasta) very much. Had a group of 20 people and mixed drinks were not the highlight of the evening, service was mixing up the regular and virgin orders and wait times were beyond 20 minutes.

Food was awesome. But as a group of men working out of town and eating out every night we've been having a terrible problem with restaurants not asking if five men, who are eating out, if they want to split the check instead of waiting till the bill comes and having to reinvent the wheel to get the bill split correctly....

Food was fine, this is the second time i came with a large party and the second time it took hours for the food to come. Everyone was wondering what was going on. I and many others had to leave before dessert. Several others and I all had to leave before all courses were even served, about 2.5 hours after we arrived.

An absolutely fabulous restaurant and lounge. The food is delicious, everything is made to order and very fresh. The service is very attentive, and the atmosphere is quite upscale. And the price isn't too expensive. Highly recommend going here!

I just went to a party at Luciano's. There were several courses and the food was delicious. I also liked the presentation of the food. The staff was very friendly and efficient. We were in the left dining room with great natural light. Our room (walls, rugs, silverware) and bathroom were clean and nicely decorated.

It was absolutely an amazing experience. We had Sophia as our server which made it even better. She was extremely nice and we had no complaints about anything. One of the best old fashion drinks I have ever had!

Everytime I go the servers and waiters are super attentive and the food is very good.

Delicious dinner and great service! We came here during Rahway Restaurant Week and the prefix menu was awesome. We have been here many times, the food and wine are always great.

Our waiter only came to our table once. The food runner was lovely. He was the only one who was attentive. He took our food order and drink order. He was more attentive than the waiter. I couldn't believe when the check came and a 20% tip was included. The waiter did not deserve a tip at all. I would have rather given the tip to the food runner than the waiter. The food and the service from the food runner was great.

Sophia was incredible. We celebrated my mother in laws birthday, and everything was fantastic. The ambiance as usual is great with the fireplace and decor. The drinks were no joke some of the better mixed drinks I’ve had in a long time. The presentation of the salads alone was outstanding, but the taste as well was spectacular. Then the meals. I had a pork chop and it was perfect. Sophia and Kevin were such good hosts, and these are the people to invest in to run a good business. They care. They paid attention. They were friendly, and they just worked hard to do a good job. As always, thanks Luciano’s. Til next time…..

This was the high point of our weekend travels. Staff (particularly Jill) was just great; perfectly attentive. My wife and I were able to have our conversation at our own pace, but when we needed or wanted something they were immediately there. And the food at this restaurant is absolutely delicious. All of it. We’re just passing through but it would be worth it to travel this way more often just to stop at Luciano’s again. Almost makes me wish I lived here.

We ordered 3 dinners and an antipasto. All three meals were well presented and flavorful. The one detail that impressed me beyond any other was, the broccoli rabe. It was cooked perfectly, not over cooked an bitter, with just the leaves!

My wife and I had a wonderful experience here at Luciano's! The staff was incredibly helpful and stayed on top of our needs. Food was exceptional with the drinks wonderfully tasteful. My only gripe was that the scotch wasn't freely poured. Wished everything wasn't so measured. Although, our waitress Sofia was an additional gem in the mix of our experience. Thank you! It was my first time at Luciano’s and it was great all around. I was looking for a place to celebrate my anniversary and my friend recommended coming to Luciano’s. I’m happy I did because the service and food was exceptional. I loved the atmosphere.

Our family usually loves Luciano's, it's where we have enjoyed some of our most special milestones. But, when we went yesterday, it was AWFUL! It took us 20 minutes to get a waiter, when the restaurant was empty. Then our drink order took another 20-25 minutes. It took us an additional 30 minutes to get our appetizers. Then, it took about 75 minutes to get our main course. I fully understand that they could have been short staffed, but our waiter did not even come to the table once during these 75 minutes. He simply hung out by the kitchen. When our food finally came, it was very good. I love the food from Luciano's, but the whole experience left me with a sour taste in my mouth. The waiter was awful and did not even apologize once for the delay. If he had been apologetic, I would not be writing this review. When we asked for the check, it came out within 2 minutes! Luciano's is one of my favorite restaurants, but the service that we received was awful and terrible. This needs to be fixed ASAP!

Great food but the service is slow. Had to remind the staff multiple times that we were celebrating a family members birthday for her dessert to come out. As a new mother also found out their bathroom does not have a changing table. Do not recommend if you are dinning with infants.

I had my 50th birthday party at Luciano’s… I was so impressed with the service and the food. Everyone at the party loved the food, their stake, chicken Marsala and cold and hot antipasto trays dishes were to die for. I have never received so many compliments on a place I had a party at. Thank You Luciano’s for making my birthday party a success… can’t wait to go there just for dinner. Shout out to your staff, they were young but so professional and pleasant, they interacted with everyone and were great!

The food was delicious and service was great. I would recommend this place to everyone.

YIKES! Do NOT come here if you need to be anywhere on time. We missed the first 30 minutes of a show we were so excited to see because of the astoundingly poor service here. We arrived promptly at 6pm for our reservation, waited 50 minutes for our cocktails, were served our entrees over an hour and a half after we arrived, and our waiter was nowhere to be found for an hour. I had to get up and ask the hostess for our bill since we were already late to our show. I thought two hours was an appropriate amount of time to have a nice meal, but not here! It’s a shame, as the ambiance was lovely and the food was good. Whether it is staffing related or whatever the cause, avoid this place until they resolve it unless you are not in a rush.

the attention was excellent from start to finish, they have a choice of wines for all tastes and I loved the food and the dessert thanks to the 20-year-old waiter of Dominican nationality for his great attention equal to the 16-year-old waiter they definitely liked them I recommend this place
