When you walk in the Workers are standing in the Front of the Doors having a Conversation, never once greeting customers and never stop talking to each other like the customers did not exist. Meanwhile Theres know on the floor to Help anyone. This is Not the customer Service I expect in a high in störe. I walked out and the Same employees where still in the same Spot carring on there Conversation and still not acknowledging me are other customers. Thank you but know thank you. The Team need to get a better floor Plan before I spend my money in your störe.

First off felt highly uncomfortable my whole experience there security and emoyees profiled me and my family for no apparent reason definitely wont be spending my money there want to get racially profiled blooming dales is the definite spot black people dont spend your money hers

CUSTOMERS BEWARE!!! Terrible customer service, all associate I encountered were unprofessional, one associate even tried to take an item out of my child's hand .After speaking with the manager she was just as unprofessional and useless. She didn't offer an apology or even state that she would speak to the associate. The manager refused to give me the associate name even though none of the associate had on name badges as they are required to have on. ALSO , ITEMS ARE RINGING UP HIGHER THAN WHAT THE TAG SAYS AND THESE WERE FULL PRICED ITEMS NOT SALE ITEMS. ITS A SCAM TP OVERCHARGE AND A CUSTOMER NOT NOTICE IT.

While the merchandise is rather decent and reasonably priced, the staff really need to get their act together. Checkout took 45 minutes because the cashiers moved as slow as molasses and allowed the line to grow significantly before calling for even slower backup team members. There is no sense of urgency, efficiency, or leadership.

You must see it to believe the discounts!! New items are added often. The customer service here is very helpful. I highly recommend!

Was here on Thursday with my girlfriend. First of all I wanted to thank Jen and the staff for being so accommodating. We live in NY but decided to take a day trip to check out the Mills Outlet Mall. We will definitely be back.

I was overwhelmed trying to find the perfect outfit for a work reception and when I explained the situation to Ricky he said, “Don’t worry, I got you!” And sure enough he got me all the way together!!!

Surprisingly, I found a few really attractive items here. Not your average outlet store selection.

Such a nice large and well behaved store. The aisles were really clean and there was so many items to chose from. Was a bit pricey for my taste but that ok.

I was able to find beautiful wears. It is a tad bit prices but worth the price

Good selection and nice staff. Only concern was that they locked the doors 15 minutes early. I was waiting for someone and they were unable to get in. When I found out, I questioned security, he said "we close in 15 minutes and there are people in the store." Who does that? I'm sure that doesn't meet Corporate standards.

Big and lots to shop for, it looked like a big store with stuff all over the place, all clothes on racks, bit confusing and seems like chaos.
