I am done with Walmart. I went to get a phone holder for my car. Apparently, they had to lock them up because they are being stolen. Maybe if their employees didn't walk around with headphones on and paid attention, I wouldn't have had to call the store to get a lady from the front to come back to the cage. The bigger issue is that management knows this is going on , but the employee continues to do it right in their faces, and they haven't been able to stop it. So, I will just go to other places to get my items and take my 500.00 to 700.00 a month I spend there and spend it elsewhere

There are two super Walmarts in this area just about 3 miles apart. Both are great, but this is a tad bigger, hence better selection. My main comments are that this one has a GREAT garden section. Better than even bigger Walmarts in the Marietta area. Also, the pickup is reliable the majority of the time. (I understand when it’s rainy or busy that it can get backed up.) The only reason for not giving 5 stars is that once our pickup order got “dropped” and we had to wait over 45 min with continued “we’ll be right out.” Otherwise, a great store.

Walmart has my back!!! I really hate grocery shopping!!! The convenient way I'm able to just " click" and done" is quite AWESOME!! I'm so glad that they went this way!!! Thank you so MUCH, STAFF!! You all are AMAZING 👏🏼 ❤️

This is very absurd I went to purchase a few items today. When I reached back home I was randomly reading the receipt, and realized that I was charged twice for a single Item. I hope anyone reading this commentary who shop at this store to double check your receipts from the self check out. This is very awkward for Walmart to knowingly slips those absurds charges to Consumers.

Never no checkouts open go in there and spend $200 on stuff and have to bag every bit of it by yourself they keep saying they can't get no help. But they got plenty of help stocking groceries and loading up to go orders. Richest retailer in the world and won't even wait on me. It's been this way for the past 6 years

The pharmacy reviews won’t let me write something for them, but let me tell you. I’ve never had better service at a pharmacy than here. I’m not sure where the one star reviews are coming from, but these people here behind the counter work their butts off and are exceptionally nice and helpful to try to save you money. Be thankful for pharmacists and their techs, without them you’d be in a world of confusion. Thank you!

It is a Walmart that is reasonably clean and fully stocked. I wish there were more cashiers as oftentimes the self checkout is overcrowded or we wish to purchase multiple produce, ID checked items, or simply a cart full of stuff that won't fit in self checkout. Staff also is not very knowledgeable of where products are located.

Placed a pickup order, it clearly stated I had 4 days to pickup the order. I placed a second pickup order and because this is out of my way to get to decided to pickup both at the same time. Well this Walmart had other plans, they canceled my first order at hour 25 since I was told it was ready, so when I went to get my two orders I got just one. Very annoyed

Manager just told us to buy a bike elsewhere because they don’t inflate tires. So if you want to buy a bike from Walmart be prepared to walk out with flat tires. Attention Corporate : you need to re evaluate this “policy”

I love the unique layout of this Walmart! I go here fairly often, and it is well maintained, though sometimes they are out of the thing I want. As of this posting, they are doing some renovations... I can't wait to see how they improve the store, or if indeed I find the changes an improvement.

I've seen posts on social media about people being followed around the store by Walmart employees but I never believed it, until now. I went in the store and I was followed everywhere I went. I asked the lady why she was and she said she was required to. I asked how come nobody else is being followed and I was told I looked suspicious. I asked why and she couldn't give me a straight answer. I left my shopping cart where it was with everything in it and walked out. First of all, I'm not a thief and I don't like it being insinuated that I am. If I can't afford something I do without. Second of all, there are cameras all over the store. There's no reason to follow anyone around.

EMERGENCY! They have that lettuce, you get that's half rotted most the time, in a huge cardboard bin at room temp 11/7/23. Some may say it's closed but we all know those have air holes and lettuce carries LISTERIA so don't die. That they would do this is scary. You hear all the worst in a grocery store can be found in produce over any meat. Today that was proven. Left like that it spoils 7 days tops. That's not having 4.5 feet of more lettuce pressing down on it at 75°. If you call no answer. I will find a way to report. It should be rolled in a fridge. Cabbage is out too but if you shop WM you know the state of their iceberg when cold. I touched and was room temp. Be careful.

It was busy and a little dirty in the isles. Some of the workers there when asked for help by the customers turned and told people no and went back to their hand helds but they weren't even doing online orders, they were just stocking shelves. Most of the workers there were nice but some did look like they really didn't want to be there. Ample parking on the outside so if your driving with a boat or rv there's space to park to pick up supplies for your trip.

The pickup order department gave my grocery order to another person and it wasn't til 37 minutes of me waiting and me asking an associate an update before they realized they messed up. Then the lady who was "in charge" of the phone wanted to ignore my calls after I requested a refund and my groceries. I was then told (after an hour and half of waiting with a screaming baby in the car) she wasn't going to take my calls anymore and ignored my calls more. Worst experience ever.

This Walmart has an optometry center. And I have been going there for years. With all my family. The doctor there is fantastic. The issue is they only have one person that can order glasses. The hours that person works a banker would be jealous of. They don't come in in till 10:00 they taken hour lunch around 1:00 or 2 depending on how they feel and then they leave at 4:00 or 5:00 depending on how they feel. I would not recommend getting glasses at this place unless you have plenty of time to waste.
