    At my wife’s recommendation, I started going to Ike seeking relief for mid back pain. What was initially going to be a few private sessions to strengthen my back and get relief from the pain has turned into a long term relationship. The group classes at Metrics are something I look forward to every week. I can think of no better place to achieve your fitness goals than with Ike at Metrics Fitness Lab.

    I’ve had a wonderful experience at metrics fitness lab. Honey made the process of getting started so easy and quickly answered any questions I had. I have a labrum tear in my shoulder, and after working with the trainer, Ike, the pain and instability that I felt with my shoulder has noticeably improved, as well as the frequent pain I would feel in my back. I also took part in their 6 week diet plan called The Get Fit Challenge and loved how it was setup and the support given throughout the duration of it. The recipes provided were delicious and easy to make, and I noticed a major improvement in my energy levels during it.

    Metrics Fitness Lab has made it easy for me to achieve my fitness goals. I am 59 and have had a few personal trainer experiences over the years. Ike is by far the best. The small group training sessions are motivating, effective and fun. Plus, there are periodic 6 Week Fitness Challenges that help you focus on the right things: food, exercise and good habits. I love being a part of the MFL family. Thank you, Ike, Honey and Wiley! Come join us!

    Metrics Fitness is the best and has honestly changed my life! I have an autoimmune condition that has caused joint damage and chronic pain, and after years of different medications, going to Metrics has left me with the least pain I've had in years. It finally feels like I have my condition under control and not being on medication with harsh side effects has improved my quality of life immensely. I definitely recommend Metrics to anyone whether they're also dealing with pain, or just want to get more fit and lead a healthier lifestyle. Ike is a great personal trainer, and his scope goes beyond the time you are physically at Metrics. He teaches you the tools you need to continue improving outside of the gym.

    I just completed the 6 week challenge and am so happy with my results! I highly recommend this to anyone who has a desire to reach your goals in a healthy and sustainable way. The food on the challenge was great and the workouts with Ike are fantastic! I love the small group setting and the guidance Ike provides to make sure your form is correct so that you don’t suffer for it later.

    Metrics Fitness Lab offers a truly unique experience of wholistic, functional fitness and uplifting accountability! Ike is a talented, caring professional who pays specific attention to form, stability and strengthening which corrects and prevents aches and pains. I have been participating in the 6 Week Challenge event which included three work outs a week, meal planning, individual goal setting, and encouraging accountability. Sessions are easy to schedule with the Metrics App and individual data shows results. I love EVERY aspect of the experience and feel positive gains each week! The things I have learned from Ike have already impacted my life now and for the future. I highly recommend trying the two free sessions. Game changer!!

    Metrics Fitness Lab After 8 yrs of hip pain, multiple visits to specialists, a boatload of NSAIDS and pain patches, and even a proposed nerve ablation, I arrived at Metrics feeling depressed and defeated. After working with Ike for only 4-6 weeks, my pain was mostly gone!! I was sleeping through the night again without waking every 2 hours to either take Aleve or apply lidocaine pain patches! I had hope again that I didn't have to live in pain all of the time. By evaluating my stance, gait, and other movements, lke began to help me strengthen muscle groups that had given up long ago. Coming to Metrics has been the miracle that I so desperately needed!!

    Education is a basic fundamental of doing just about anything correct. Most of my whole life I’ve worked out from sports to mountain hunting. It wasn’t until I visited Metrics that I learned a great deal about how to work out correctly. Ike has shared detailed techniques on spine alignment, individual muscle concentration and mental clarity during a workout. I would historically show up to the gym and knock out the same session that I learned 25 years ago from our football coach/weight trainer or run through a circuit on the board. It wasn’t until recently that I was educated on how much further I could have taken those sessions with a little correct techniques. Highly recommend Metrics!

    Metrics fitness has changed my life. A year ago, I was struggling with joint pain, unable to get off floor and scared of things getting worst. After starting with metric fitness, I feel like a new person. Ike takes time to understand the lifestyle and challenges of his clients and offers plans that are personalized. His gentle but persistent manner definitely keeps you focused and driven. Class size is small and even when you think Ike is not watching, he is. Always making sure that each workout is suitable for you. I love Metrics Fitness!!

    I have been attending Metrics Fitness Lab since March 2023. It has helped me tremendously. In just a little over four months, I have lost a few inches, and I feel great! I will tell you, Metrics Fitness Lab is not just regular routine exercising. It’s where fitness and intentionality meet up. Coach Ike and Honey are THE best. They offer meals plan, and are great at keeping you motivated. I highly recommend Metrics Fitness Lab. The attached picture was taken at the conclusion of a fitness challenge….amazing results!

    I recently had the pleasure of participating in the fitness class led by Ike. His passion for fitness is truly contagious and it's create an atmosphere that was both motivating and inspiring. Workouts are thoughtfully designed and tailored to meet the needs of every participant. He has an incredible ability to push you to your limits while also ensuring you maintain proper form and technique which is crucial for preventing injuries and maximizing results.

    Ike is a great personal trainer. I started with 5 promotional classes and will continue. Classes are in a small group and Ike manages to give individual attention and that makes all the difference. I am very satisfied and excited to continue classes.

    I am finishing tomorrow my initial 5 starting classes. Off course I will continue with Metrics! Ike is an outstanding trainer. He cares about every aspect of the exercises and keeps everyone on it.
