As a working mom to a small child, I only find myself available (and not too tired) to do yoga on the weekends. I am so glad I found out about heated yoga with Crystal! Her classes are so organized and well thought out. I leave with a sweaty bod, sore muscles, and a mindful lesson to start off my day/week. I’ve been to other heated classes before and I truly believe hers is the ideal class for all levels. She takes the time to make adjustments to poses and allows time for warm-up and cool down. The best part? Her ice cold lavender mint towels…

Wow! I have been attending classes at Thrive for the past month and I love it! The teachers are so friendly and knowledgeable, the class sizes are just right! I am so thankful to begin my yoga practice here and have noticed a BIG decrease in my stress level. Awesome studio!

This is an excellent studio! Everyone is so friendly and loves to teach, and they definitely live up to their "yoga for all bodies" motto. The size of the studio is perfect - small enough to not intimidate and to feel like a family yet big enough to accommodate a good-sized customer base. The variety of times offered for classes is excellent! I especially appreciate the late night classes they offer during the week.

Love this studio! I took my first pilates class here recently and everyone was so welcoming! As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted and shown around the studio. The pilates class was great, the instructor did a wonderful job at walking us through every move and correcting me when I didn’t know the next sequence. I could tell the community in the studio is awesome. I was feeling the burn the next and would definitely recommend this studio to anyone looking to try it out for the first time!

I'm brand new to yoga and was welcomed with open arms. The teachers are skilled and helpful, and the classes small, with a friendly, nonjudgmental vibe. There's an excellent balance between serious, difficult work, and pure de-stressing relaxation. Introductory packages make it easy to try a good variety of classes. It's a supportive community of yogis in different stages of their journey, helping each other along. I'm delighted to have found them!

My daughter and I just did Heated Power with Crystal, my first hot class. It was amazing. The flow and pace was excellent. Crystal is so knowledgeable and shares great tips to do the poses correctly and she helps all the levels and encourages the class. Great energy, too! Thank you!

Going through my teacher training and love this studio so much. Very intimate and smaller classes which allows more space and time to connect with teacher so you get a much more personal experience.

I’m fairly new to the studio but I am in love! I’ve enjoyed all of the yoga classes I’ve tried so far & really appreciate the text reminders asking me if I’d like to reserve my spot as life gets busy and I can forget to do it, so those reminders keep me on track! :-)

Yoga East is the first yoga studio I visited since I moved to the Chattanooga area. After the first class, I knew I had to look no further. The instructors are warm, inviting, educated and always providing new challenges as I am ready.. a wonderful place to grow. The fellow yogis are kind and welcoming and help you to feel part of the family. That is an important part for me when coming to a studio to have kind yogis and not to feel competition in the room; we are all one. I absolutely love the new studio as well.. great energy and it's lovely to see this group growing into something beautiful! I am thankful to call Yoga East my home <3

Yoga has intimidated me in the past, so I was looking for a studio near my home that would feel good to me ... familiar, comfortable and safe. I'm so glad I found Thrive! They offer a wide variety of different types of classes (for different ages, levels and abilities). I took advantage of the $20 deal to try the classes for a week. I'm recently retired, so I tried the senior's class taught by Linda. It was easy to relate and connect with everyone. Linda was great at guiding us towards seeing, knowing and accepting ourselves. I also tried the beginner class with Jennifer. I really enjoyed this class as well. Jennifer reminded us to quite our mind and set intention for our practice -- and that is just what I'm looking for in yoga.

I have thoroughly enjoyed taking classes at this facility. I love the variety (pilates, ballet, yoda) as well as the instructors. I take at least 5 classes a week, and am trying to build up to more. It is great to have such choices offered at one place.
