Without a doubt, this is the slowest Chick-fil-A to which I have ever been. I could have tolerated its slowness, w/o complaint, if the employees gave the service I expect from Chick-fil-A and the food was good. Neither was the case. For as long as everyone ahead of me and I had to wait, the sandwiches should have at least been hot. The cashier only told me my total. She said nothing more. Nothing even about how "it was a pleasure to serve" me. I mentioned, nicely, that I thought they were slow and not as friendly as I expect a Chick-fil-A to be; the cashier just looked at me and a lady filling drinks laughed. Not even an apology at that point. Compared to every other Chick-fil-A I have visited, including the Dwarf House, this was terrible, and certainly not what I expect from this place. Very disappointing.

I think the employees need better training on hospitality. Tonight our family of 4 went back to try this location again after many times of being disappointed. The girl at the register had a bad attitude and of course no name tag with like a pullover. She didn't understand we wanted a spicy chicken salad said we couldn't change the chicken on the salad. I said we do this all the time so she went and got help and they fixed that. Then we sit down and they have a dirty mop and the bucket out there by the seats it smelled absolutely terrible!! Why leave this out :/ then the girl comes over while we are eating trying to clean at 7:22 I said are you about to close. She replied yes we close at 8:00 tonight. Ok but why are you basically standing there with wipes a 7:22 waiting to clean up it's not 8:00. I'm calling and explaining this to corporate. This is rude and unprofessional not to mention how many times we try to enjoy this location but it's always something.

I always just get the berries when I order a fruit cup at Chick Fil A and have never had an issue. Today this is what they gave me for my fruit cup… It also took me 5 minutes to explain to the lady at the drive thru that I wanted an egg white grill but with no muffin… These are things I always order at other locations with no issue so I don’t know what is going on with this location but it’s so disappointing since this one is the closest location to me.

Purchase two four count chicken minis and neither were fresh. My husband asked for bbq sauce but it wasn’t placed in the bag. This is the first time I had a problem at this Chick-fil-A. I will give them another try.

Ordered online because I was passing through and still had to come inside to let them know i was there. Then my food wasn't ready yet, so i waited another 10 minutes for it. I finally got my food and they gave me a regular biscuit instead of a spicy biscuit 😅. First time they mess up my order so i let it slide and good thing i grabbed some sauces on my way out.

Service was not so good at the window. Young man never spoke except to ask my name. Keep his back to me the whole time I sat at the window. Most of the employees at Chick-fil-A are very polite, but not this one.

This has to be the slowest Chick-fil-A ever:/ the Rome location is def by far the best. I ended up not getting anything bc I missed breakfast by 1 min. ( my fault :( ) and had to sit in line for 18 mins.

Food was fine, but the dining room was gross. Absolutely filthy compared to other Chick-fil-A restaurants I have visited. Almost every table was dirty, trash bins were full, and the floor was nasty.

This Chick-fil-A was really good we came in from going on a walk on the silver, trail to grab something to eat the atmosphere was nice and we received our food quickly it has a country fill but it’s in a country town is kind of different from other Chick-fil-A‘s the food was very delicious

Got breakfast after work the other morning, chicken minis and a coffee! As soon as I opened the minis, they smelled funny! I picked one up for closer inspection, and it didn't seem fresh at all. The bread and the chicken felt closer to cold than warm! I was shocked, never experienced this from them before. The chicken looked to be a day old and possibly reheated and the bread just felt rough and smelled like yeast.

The best chick-fil- a that I’ve been too! The staff were very friendly and nice!

Just came here to say please keep your employees inside. It’s way too cold for them to be standing outside in the weather. They should matter more than anything. Keep them warm.

Love the food but today the drive thru line was very slow, had I known it would take 25 mins to get through I would have come inside.
