-Customer service was decent. No problem there. -Only one singular working ice machine on the first floor, out of four floors. -No mini fridge in the room -No breakfast -Lacked an actual comforter on the bed in the room. Thankfully my boy friend and I had one on us, so he brought it in. -Our bed was seriously uncomfortable and sunken inward. -The wall outlets need to be replaced because the plugs kept falling out. -The smoke detector was missing from our room. Thankfully the AC worked and they were dog friendly. I suggest finding a new location. 100% chance that I'm not returning

This was an amazing stay for me. Holly (the manager) went over and above to make sure my stay was top notch. From offering suggestions on where to eat and things to do, she made this experience truly full service. Hotel was very clean and this will now be my top spot to stay when I'm in town.

Destiny at the front desk is awesome! She took care of me like I was family. I appreciate the hospitality!!! Unfortunately, it was loud, the door was hard to get and keep closed, and when I checked out (same day because I was no longer interested in staying there) they made no efforts to accommodate or compensate for my loss.

I enjoyed my stay very much. The property felt well managed, safe and clean. There were a few stand out employees that made my stay even more enjoyable Destiny, Leanna, Chris and Maddie. I will definitely stay again when I'm in the area.

Have stayed here on occasion and every time the front desk staff is extremely pleasant and professional. Destiny and Leanna are a top notch team, they are always so friendly and considerate. For the low price, this is a very decent place to stay. Thank you guys.

Love coming to this hotel. Staff is very friendly. Maddie at the front desk is so kind and very informative while booking, which I appreciate. The manager of this hotel is very humble and a good guy. You don’t see too many managers that takes a guest’s feelings very seriously. My bed was comfortable, good tv channels, coffee was great & a quick distance to good food places.

I have stayed at many a Motel 6, and I can say without hesitation that this is the best one BY FAR! The cleanliness, the location, and above all the WONDERFUL Destiny and her crew! Highly recommend.

Best motel 6 I’ve ever stayed at with my family. Clean and sometimes quiet. Kudos to management. Checking in today with Maddie was great she was polite and the kids loved her! Only thing that could make the stay and hotel better would be a crushed nugget ice maker the wifey said. 10/10 would come again.

My wife, daughter, and I are very happy with how this hotel is. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. It's nice and quiet even at night. The staff, Leanne, Holly, and Madison were awesome and very helpful. I would recommend staying here if you are looking for a nice and inexpensive place to lay your head anytime! We are extremely happy with our stay and will gladly return when we need a place to stay again. They deserve every bit of a five star rating and then some!

Madison at the front desk is always amazing to me. She always makes sure that I am set and ready to go. She is amazing. She deserves a raise for all that she does. Motel 6 staff is so friendly. You gotta come here with your family.

If I could rewind time and never come here I would. I’m fairly certain locals hang out here. Several people on and doing drugs outside the building. People going in and out of rooms all throughout the night with barking dogs. Bugs in the hall next to the elevator. Spill stains on walls, counters weren’t wiped from previous use, tub not scrubbed (I stood on a towel just to shower because I didn’t want my feet to touch). You get what you pay for. Just don’t if you have any other choice. This felt unsafe.

I absolutely admire Matt, general management of this hotel it is ran so well.. his hospitality is A1, he goes above and beyond for his guests to make sure they’re happy and comfortable, this motel definitely has gotten themselves a good manager, and I love to see it. There’s so much love here… it’s not hostile. It’s a warm environment. His staffing is so welcoming and hard working, I checked in with Madison at the front desk and she was very good at conversation, asked how my day was and it was a genuine interaction, it wasn’t rushed. It was smooth sailing. I will definitely come back here for the homely comforting aura if anything!

I've stayed here multiple times when in the area. Been a great experience every time. The manager, Matt, treats his guests like family and always makes sure everyone has everything they need. And Destiny is always very welcoming with a friendly smile! Highly recommend!

Really good experience staying here. The staff is great - Kenzie, Leanna Destiny and Maddie were all really helpful and welcoming. The no fee for pets perk is great. The rooms are really nice - I had a queen suite and everything was clean and up to par. There’s always free coffee in the morning and the prices are really affordable. Definitely recommend.

Destiny is an amazing person. I was in sate of despair and stayed at the hotel for a place of solace temporarily home. and she helped me and she made me feel like a person and at home. Always was responsive and helped make sure I had alll the essentials I needed she went above and beyond for me and I always remember that that the next time I need a hotel in canton and be my number one place to book. She’s Always smiling with a happy demeanor and voice. All the staff is amazing.

Although the room and staff was nice, my problem is with their handling found property. I had forgotten some clothing items which the front desk said were not turned in. I called the motel several times and left messages, which they wouldn't return. I even went back to the motel looking for them, with no luck. Was this a case where housekeeping decided to keep the items or through them away, or another staff member mishandling them is unknown. For that reason you need to be extra cautious about forgetting anything, as you may never see it again. I can't trust them.There was also a problem with noise which they didn't deal with very well.
