My overall experience during my lymphatic massage was amazing, and I already booked my next session! Upon entering, I was promptly greeted at the front desk. Everyone was personable and professional from start to finish! Crystal was very thorough, friendly, professional, and took time to understand my needs and answered all my questions before, during, and after. She is clearly experienced and passionate about what she does! I'm so glad I stumbled upon this hidden oasis!

I was so impressed with everyone there. My husband bought me a gift certificate for a facial with the works. Let me tell you, it was Heaven on earth. I can't lay down flat on a hard table because I have had so many surgeries, but she brought out wedges and pillows and did not start till I was completely comfortable. She was amazing and trust me she knows what she is doing. If you want an amazing facial you need to come here. They are beautiful ladies and I left feeling so good and relaxed.

Omg! This place is the best massage spa I have ever been to. I was totally blown away by the ambience and how clean and neat this place was. To top it both Crystal the massage therapist was beyond excellent. She and her receptionist Sherrice were so very pleasant, courteous, caring and did everything with a genuine smile. The place smelled so good, very peaceful and boy the 90 min massage I got was worth every penny. Like that wasn't enough, after my service Sherrice asked how it was and handed me a gift bag with a small bottle of water and some tasty trail mix nuts of the healthy kind. I would recommend this place and ms Crystal to anyone who wants a massage and all round incredible experience to remember. They have a lifetime customer from here on. Great great job.

I signed up for the monthly membership yesterday and I am already looking forward to my next appointment. The place is clean and inviting and has a very relaxing vibe. Crystal, the owner, is very customer oriented and professional. The massage made me feel like newborn. Crystal was very conscientious of my personal needs for this massage and the complimentary essential oil I got to choose was a great feature. I personally never had a hot towel on my back and feet to wipe off the excess oil and it felt very luxurious. Support this small business!

As a man, I used to believe that facials were only for women...now I go visit Crystal every month for my own facial lol. Crystal schooled me on the benefits of men getting facials and has been consistent in providing top-notch service for my skin type. I searched for the perfect Spa package for my birthday. I decided on Crystal Rivers and I'm so glad I did! Crystal allowed me to customize my package and I was so appreciative of that. The package included a massage, facial and foot treatment. To top it off I was treated to Champagne, chocolate covered strawberries, fresh flowers and a card. It was the perfect birthday gift! She allowed me to sit relax and enjoy the goodies after my services were done. I felt amazing afterwards. The facility smelt amazing, it was clean and very comforting. I’ve been receiving lymphatic drainage massage from Ms. Crystal for a few weeks and I must say she has “the most healing hands that I’ve experienced.” Massages are extremely soothing and I’ve already seen some improvements. Her facility is always clean and the atmosphere is warm and inviting, (and it always smells phenomenal)! Sherice, at the front desk is excellent. I’ve had other services elsewhere but have felt extraordinarily comfortable at Crystal Rivers spa! I would highly recommend Crystal Rivers for your wellness needs!

Not only is the atmosphere so relaxing, but Crystal does an incredible job. I recently had surgery and have scar tissue that needs to be broken up and inflammation that is uncomfortable, and I left with very litte inflammation, and I'm going back for more work on my scar tissue.

I’m not the one to write negative reviews to mess with anyone’s business but my most recent experience was sorely disappointing. This happened back some time in the summer. I was so looking forward to a massage from her because the first time was perfect but my second visit was very much the opposite. all she did during the session was literally rub my back for an hour. Little to literally no pressure or special technique applied. It’s partially my fault for not speaking up while she was doing the massage, but I figured it was just a warm up and she would eventually start the massage. Plus it’s awkward to have to speak during a massage. At the end, I was so shocked and speechless at how mid and below expectations the “massage” more like back rub was. Waste of money. I left still feeling tense. But on a more positive note, the first time was great, as I stated, so surely she is capable of doing better. Response to their reply: Not y’all gaslighting me lol. I will say that I was mistaken about when my last visit was, it was actually January 27 after looking back in my phone. I get that y’all are trying to protect the business and its reputation but the truth is the truth. My experience was not good. No one was rude or anything like that; the massage was the only upsetting part of my visit. I had a customized massage and I specifically told the massager to focus on my back and also my shoulders which was only touched once and I stated I wanted medium pressure applied to release tension. I literally spoke to her expressing my concerns with the upper part of my body and yet all I received was a back rub. I almost disputed the charge after because it was that upsetting. I was afraid then to speak up for myself and almost a year later I finally am not. Mistakes happen but this one costed me nearly 100 dollars.
