I just got an AMAZING massage here today. Donna is very talented, and the techniques and amount of pressure she applied addressed the exact pain that I was experiencing in my neck, shoulders, and back. She is very knowledgeable and responsive to her patients' needs. The whole experience felt great, and my muscles are so relaxed and pain-free now! 10/10 would recommend.

Donna is amazing!! I think we are all pretty skeptical about going somewhere for the first time, but within the 20 minutes of me being there I knew I had made the right choice. She took her time to get to know me and my needs. The massage left me feeling refreshed. She is a wonderful and caring human being, and hands down the best massage therapist I’ve had so far! I will definitely be back.

Can not put into words just how phenomenal my visit was today! Donna is so courteous, kind and thoughtful. She made my visit the highlight of my week, and truly made this pregnant mama feel special. The aches and pains of the third trimester were no challenge for her. She constantly made sure I was comfortable and provided great relief through her massage. If I could give this place 100 stars I would, she deserves them all! I will definitely be back.

Just called, the woman that picked up the phone sounded exhausted. I was thinking ok its the end of the day. I said I wanted to schedule a prenatal massage. She asked if I looked to book online. I advised I didn't know that was an option and could look if it was an inconvenience . She said she would look at the schedule. I asked for the next available she said Friday was booked. Ok I gave her a later date at that point she snapped I thought you wanted the next available. At that point I had enough with the rudeness and said nevermind thank you and hung up. While I am sure this lady was clearly having a bad day and I am sure their massage would be amazing, I truly don't like to be dealt with in that manner. I am editing my review from 1 star to 4 because I did receive a heart-felt apology, and not many people are willing to do such a thing, so this speaks volumes to her character and that it was just a bad day.

Donna is amazing! The spa is amazing they have all kinds of services to pamper you! The most amazing hot stone massage 💆🏻‍♀️ you will ever receive! Plus the foot bath detox is great for overall health!

Earth Elements is an amazing spa. Donna listens to your whole heath needs and addresses them through her offerings. Her massages are truly amazing. I always go with the customized massage and leave Donna to determine what is needed to be done to address all the tightness and kinks. The spa is lovely, casual, and extremely clean and welcoming. I had my first prenatal massage with Donna today and my experience was unmatched! The spa itself was very clean, with calming decor, and smelled amazing. Donna, herself, was warm and personable and took the time to learn a little more about me before just starting the massage. The massage itself was so very relaxing; she was attentive to my needs every step of the way. She earned Every star!!

Absolutely a must! I won't go anywhere else. Donna is amazing! My husband bought me a gift certificate to Earth Elements for a spa day as it was close to home. From the moment I walked, I was relaxed. Donna took the time to get to know me, likes, dislikes, history etc. Overall personable experience as it should be. She is very knowledgeable and in tune to the body. Comes with years of experience. In the 4 or so hours I was there I received the best massage I have had in years, mini facial and foot massage. I have had a headache for days prior, haven't had one since. I left there feeling more relaxed than II have felt in a long time and thankful she was right across the street from home. This place was absolutely amazing! I am used to going to the larger spas where I always feel so rushed and like "just another customer" to them but, that was NOT the case here. Donna was great. She took the time to sit with me prior to my appointment to get to know my body and talk through my services. She is very knowledgeable about overall health and wellness of the body and provides a more customized approach to your overall experience.

Donna is absolutely amazing! I recently moved to the area and had my first massage with her after some extreme back pain from the move. She not only gave me the best massage I have ever had but within 2 days my pain was literally gone. She spent so much time getting to know me, not just to support my physical needs, but also human to human. She shared so many resources and community connection ideas for a Woodstock newbie, she also shared tons of ideas and strategies to begin a healing journey just for me! Highly recommend!
