I went in from a recommendation from my dentist and was very very happy with my visit. From the moment I walked into the office everyone was so inviting and helpful. The office is beautiful and the staff goes above and beyond to make you comfortable. I got a root canal done (first time) and they explained the process, showed me my scans and explained the anatomy and what was being shown through scans, and even showed videos of what exactly was being done. While the were operating they constantly were checking in with me making sure I was completely comfortable and had options to keep you distracted during such as headphones and Netflix! The experience was pretty much painless and I didn’t feel a thing during. Overall a wonderful experience and wonderful office! I would recommend to anyone.

Dr. Kramer and staff are incredible, as they were able to get my hubby in quickly for a root canal. However, the excellent customer service continued beyond his visit, specifically, kudos to Jennifer. Jennifer filed our insurance, followed up on several occasions, endured being on hold forever, while keeping in continued communication. In the end we were reimbursed accordingly. Thank you Jennifer! I was not looking forward to my root canal procedure but the staff did an excellent job of ensuring I was comfortable. I appreciate that they took the time to explain each and every step and address all my concerns prior to the procedure. I can not recommend them enough.

Dr. Cramer and her team are amazing!! This was my first root canal and I was a nervous wreck. You walk into a very calming office with a friendly front desk team. The tech as well as Dr. Cramer walks you through every step. They also continually check on you throughout the process to make sure you are doing well. I did not feel any pain besides injection. Afterwards, I don't recall having to take any pain medication. Highly recommend!

By FAR the absolute BEST place I have ever been Dr. Cramer is amazing the staff is amazing and the nicest people I have ever met! They made everything quick and painless. They called multiple time afterwards to check on me. I hope I don’t ever need an endo again but if I ever do this will be the only place I go! Highly recommend!

Dr. Cramer and her staff are so wonderful. From the moment you step through their door you find yourself in a relaxing environment with welcoming smiles. Great staff, great technology, and thorough explanations with 3D modeling... I can't recommend this practice enough. They were awesome with me and my family who needed treatment. If you must have a root canal, this is the place to go.

A very good experience! Had a root canal procedure. From the moment I walked through the door, I felt welcomed in a real way, not fake friendliness. Calm, helpful, happy…adjectives applicable to the entire staff. Will not hesitate to return if I need any more Endodontic treatments. More importantly, I will recommend without hesitation this office and the great people who work here.
