    Despite the high prices, my experience with leasing agent Michael was fantastic! He was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the property, and took the time to show me around and answer all of my questions. He even provided recommendations for other options that might better suit my budget. Michael's friendly and approachable demeanor made the whole process fun and stress-free. Although I ultimately didn't rent here, I highly recommend working with Michael for anyone in the market for a new apartment in the area.

    The assistant property manager Curtesha or however you spell her name is a horrible person. My cousin applied for a 1-bedroom unit, which she got approved and passed the initial screening. My cousin signed the lease and setup Gas South and Jackson EMS accounts only to be informed two days later that the approval was being rescinded. My cousin works a full-time job and dj at night. She then requested verification directly from my cousin employer. She received the employment verification letter from my cousin’s employer. She texted my cousin advising she would need to provide bank statements to show proof of income from dj’ing and before my cousin had a chance to provide the bank statements she had texted stated that her application was now denied. But she didn’t stop there, she made sure to take it another level by contacting my cousin’s employer to advise them that my cousin lied about how much money she was making there and sent them a fake document. My cousin was not only out of $225 after her application was denied (after being approved)but she was also terminated from her job after this vindictive scum of the earth reported her to her employer. You should be ashamed of yourself Curtesha, to ruin the livelihood of another black woman who was just trying to secure an apartment before her lease ended and before she had to get on a emergency flight to be by her sick mother side! You are a very horrible person!!! And all I have to say is God don’t like ugly!!! Karma is gonna spin the block.

    Management has progressively improved and the visual appearance has increased. They've painted the buildings and are renovating the main office and fitness center. There is a fair amount of trash around the property from other residents. Pet owners will let their dogs go wherever and not clean it up. The biggest problem is that solicitors visiting this property are relentless. Jehovah's witnesses make weekly rounds to the complex after the management office has closed. They will walk up and corner you in your car if they see you pull in. I highly suggest getting a video doorbell to see them and avoid answering the door. If you have kids they will try to talk to them if they're playing outside. Local businesses will constantly leave unwanted advertisements at your door. If there's any wind they will blow away and add to the already bad trash problem. They will tape several cards to your door if they want to. The property really needs some no soliciting signs and proper enforcement of trash and pet waste policies. Finally, the fitness center is only open during office hours. If you work a typical 9-5 then you won't be able to make use of it. Kind of a bummer if that was something you specifically looked for.

    Even though I didn’t lease here due to the expensive pricing. Michael was amazing and very knowledgeable about the property. He’s charismatic and is a honest leasing agent, which is hard to come by. If anyone is attempting to lease in this area, I highly recommend Michael! He surely won’t disappoint and will take great care of you and your housing needs.

    I had the pleasure of working with Michael as my leasing agent and I couldn't have been happier with his service. He was incredibly attentive, knowledgeable, and made the entire process a breeze. Michael listened to my needs and went above and beyond to find the perfect apartment for me. His communication was excellent, keeping me updated every step of the way.     I wish they wouldn’t of confused us with the move in special. They told us $500 off first months rent and That was not the case maybe they needed to be more clear and say it was second months rent but we fixed that. The apartment kitchen cabinets have a smell to cigarette smoke and the cabinets are hard to open we requested them to change them and wondering when they will come do that hopefully soon. The guy in the front office MIKE was very helpful and professional we really appreciate his help. pest control came as soon as we requested him and he was also super nice and welcoming. I only been here 2 weeks so i cant really say its good or bad yet there are some things that need to be fixed but hopefully they dont take too long
