I don't like to leave negative comments but this is the first I deal with "disrespectful" staff...I'm on the phone to schedule an appointment and the staff will just put you on hold at every moment, you barely have time to finish your sentence. This is very rude. I understand that you may be dealing with customers in the office or have a lot going on...but there's a way to let someone on the line that you will be right with them...no need to be rude. Please remember you are the first impression before someone decides to book an appointment or not. Management needs to revisit some basic training.

This is about an appointment I had months prior. I was rushed through my appointment and the doctor did not address my concerns. I wanted to continue my birth control, but she tried to force another appointment on me in order to get it. Ended up going elsewhere and getting a full year of BC, no problem, (but I recommend getting BC via online clinic, cheaper and non-invasive). They just want to collect your money here. I also hadn't met my deductible yet at the time, and this was the most expensive visit I've ever had. Charged $300+ for a 15 min apmnt in which the doctor didn't even help me. So just fair warning about the high cost here.

The nurses and Dr were great during my first trimester care but have had an awful experience with the staff. I was trying to get clarity when going over my “ personal financial plan” and was unable to get any transparency why my total out of pocket cost was $3,000 based on my insurance coverage. This place requires prepayment plans WITHOUT any pre authorization from insurance. Multiple times I was transferred to corporate’s voicemail for billing questions and it took over 2 weeks for someone to respond. I respectfully decided not to go through with them and have now been struggling to get my medical records transferred to any facility in the area for over 2 weeks. I’ve made multiple attempts to contact medical records to get specific details sent over and received nothing but frustration from their end. I’m being treated like I’m an annoyance with zero compliance.

I wish I read the reviews before I went here. Went for an annual exam. Had a non-emergent issue pointed out. Was told about some home remedies, and if that didn’t help then I would be written a prescription. It’s been 4 months trying to get ahold of the doctor. POOR COMMUNICATION. if you’re in need of immediate medical treatment. Or any sort of regular treatment, seek other providers. I had to seek out another one. Just to handle the issue from 4 months ago…….disappointed.

They were kind. They were courteous. The service was great. The doctor was excellent. She made me feel like she cared about what was going on with me and I appreciate it that more than anything, I had a great overall experience with Dr. Fiza a

The worst customer service and care. We’re only doing less then a 5 minute appointment and charging over $150!! Plus did not care to let me know that my insurance did not cover their lab inside the clinic (path group) just sent me straight there to get labs drawn just to charge me over $600 knowing my insurance was lab corp and would have been paid fully!

Great experience Faiza is a wonderful physician very patient and understanding and she takes her time. She really makes you feel like she cares about what you’re going through and I like that the most so I would recommend her and I look forward to seeing her again my next visit.

I'm so happy I found Healthy Woman OBGYN. NP Gilani and the staff from the front door to Lab Tech was very welcoming, patient, and helpful with the full experience. I have now found my new home for all my woman needs. Thank You again for the great service.
