I am the significant other of a patient. The doctor is fantastic. I don't even need to write about the incompetence and rudeness of the office staff as literally 100 people across different platforms have had the same issues over and over. The best part is that somebody from the office responds to all of these with lame excuses or a childish "I wasn't rude, you were rude". If 100 people take the time to go online and tell you that you suck, chances are, you probably suck. I highly encourage you to read the reviews here, web MD, etc. Our experience has been identical to everybody else. The doctor is knowledgeable, patient, reassuring, and thorough. 10 out of 10. The wait times are rough. Expect to wait at least an hour. And the office staff; the worst I've ever experienced. I don't have a problem with rude people but good luck getting a message to the doctor and expect to make at least 5 phone calls before medical records get sent anywhere. Even then it's a crapshoot.

I have been a patient now for over a year and have been very please with my treatment and both Dr. Khurram, and with their new PA Venus. Both are thorough and I feel have a genuine interest in my well being, not just trying to wright me a prescription. I appreciate their approach!

I have been a patient of Dr. Khurram for two or three years now. She and her staff have been fantastic. She really takes her time listening to me which I greatly appreciate. I can really tell she cares about her patients' welfare. She was very thorough in her diagnosis of my condition and able to determine the best treatment options available. I called in to make an appointment with her a couple of days ago and because there was a cancellation, one of her staff members was able to schedule a time for me to visit with her yesterday. Very nice staff. She has put together a treatment plan in my case which I really think will help me. I would recommend her and her practice to anyone.

Dr. KHARAM IS THE BEST Her office person on the other hand is rude... When you make an appt you must confirm or they will fill your appt time with someone else.. Learn some customer service skills ....

We have been going to Dr. Khurram for going on ten years. She has been a life saver. Her compassion is heartwarming. The office has been criticized in the past with some justification: waiting time and communication. I can assure you they have made all the necessary upgrades and Premier is operating smoothly. You will not find a more attentive and caring practice.

Excellent office. Staff is very helpful and kind. Md is very thorough and spends a lot of time with her patients and explains everything. She is an amazing physician. Highly recommend this office!! Front desk is great! Manager is very efficient

I really like Dr. Khurram. She takes her time with patients and I love the way she explains my neurological problems in detail and in layman's terms so I walk out of her office feeling informed and confident in the next steps that are being taken with my care. She kept me from taking a medication that my PC prescribed because it's not supposed to be taken if you have seizures. The front office staff is nice and using their patient portal makes communication fast and easy. I know it sometimes can take a while at the office visit but I had much rather time spent with patients and wait a little longer than to feel like I'm rushed through my visit . I think its absolutely worth a hour to or two of my time to get 20 to 30 minutes of my doctors time. I would recommend this practice to my family and friends.

I have always been a little frustrated with this doctors office, but tried not to let it bother me until today. I understand the importance of needing a doctors approval for refills - but I left multiple voicemails over multiple days to make an appointment, finally got one and then got hung up on by the doctor because I expressed my frustration with the length of time it takes to get responded to. She then told me I was lying about leaving voicemails. That’s horrible business practice to hang up on a patient that did not cuss or raise their voice just because they are frustrated with the fact they’ve been out of medication because your front office can’t return phone calls. If this office continues to treat people the way me and apparently several other patients have been treated they will have all the time they need to respond.

Office staff is terrible!!! Would NEVER recommend this Doctor due to the fact that when your sick the man in the office will argue with you about your medication rather than speaking with the doctor. He’s extremely rude and should not be making decisions without consulting the physician Had I seen all other reviews I would have chosen another doctor

Dr. Khurram was simply amazing!! Every since I moved to Georgia I’ve been struggling to find a neurologist. It literally took her 5 minutes to take care of what I have been trying to get done with the VA for over a year!!! I went to my appointment with low expectations after numerous disappointments with other providers but when I say she was AMAZING I truly mean it. I left that appointment with renewed hope that I had abandoned years ago after years of being treated like a number and test dummy. Man I cannot thank her enough.
