    We stopped on our way from Fl to Mi with 4 thirsty horses. I asked if they had a hose outside to get them water. The sweet Manager had 3 team members bring out 4 of our buckets full of water. Great crew!!! Many thanks!

    I have been to this location several times. And usually there is always an issue of some sort. Less than fresh food. (Hard biscuits..etc) Not receiving correct items, or just not receiving items you have paid for..Period. There is an inability to contact restaurant with an issue other than by Website. They say they will contact you. Of course they NEVER do. Since they refuse to realize that actual returning, paying customers do in fact matter and therefore do not exist. I feel as if I need to return the favor and avoid this McDonald's like a plague. Simply give your money and your time somewhere else.

    To start, the cashier appeared untrained and uninterested in taking our order. Then, the crew somehow managed to screw up our order twice. 2 cheese burgers, plain. Seems easy enough, but not for this crew. No apology of any kind. They just took the food out of my hands and walked away. Save your time and money, hit the Arby's down the street.

    Waited 30 min for 5 double cheese burgers. Don't mind the wait but if I do I expect atleast hot food. Fries were cold. Management was nice. But needs to be more thorough if I wait 30 min for cold food.

    I must say, this was the worst experience we have ever had at any restaurant. The lady’s running the drive thru were absolutely rude and inconsiderate. As a business owner myself, I would loose my mind if I heard my employees treated people this way. For starters, I ordered a number 7. Pretty simple, two cheese burgers no onions…as I have an allergy. Pretty serious right? We get to the window to pay and they ring us up. Hand us a bag of food, no drinks. Open it, only one cheese burger. No onions. Great! Then I wait for the lady to come back to window, I get her attention. This is only one burger…I ordered two, which is the number 7. She proceeded to tell me I ordered one not two, and I COULD order another and pay for it. Not what a number 7 is but okay. I’m annoyed at this point, so I do pay her for something I already ordered. Then they find humor in making us sit for 8 more minutes, after 7 minutes already for the first order, to get a basic cheese burger no onions, right? During the duration of this 8 minutes I am trying to get anyone’s attention. No one cares to see why the same people have been there for 12 minutes. Finally get their attention and she hands me bag with two cheese burgers, says nothing. I’m pissed at this point. Guess what? Open it up, two burgers yes. We’re getting somewhere. Then my wife opens them up, both have onions. It is absolutely insane the lack of care these two ladies had. I specified no onion, I’m allergic! Then they found it funny to make us wait 12 minutes for the most basic menu item McDonald’s has. If I bit into these burgers I would have been in the hospital in no time. They aren’t paying for my medical bills or going through the reaction personally. This is where care and listening come into play. Of course, doors are locked as it was after 10. We had to stand out front until an employee came out to get someone’s attention. Thankfully, the manager cared enough to hear our issues and make it right for us. That we appreciate. But for the other staff, their lack of care does not belong in a restaurant where other people’s food is being made. Not theirs, or their friends. So this is when and where you do your job and care, even if you don’t, try! It’s simple. Sadly, this experience, I will not be back. Highly recommend hiring some new staff to help those who do care out.

    This is one of the new automated restaurants and it is a mess. There were two of us and all we wanted was 2 cups of coffee. One with cream and sugar and one black. If you select coffee and then select quantity of 2, once you add the cream and sugar to the order, that is what will go into both orders. We had to get the young man from the pay counter to assist us and he couldn't even figure it out. He ended up just punching in the order for 2 cups with cream and sugar and then went back and prepped the coffees as we wanted. The interior of the McDonalds is very up-to-date and was very clean. I don't know if there was a corporate training event in progress when we got there just before 11 AM but there were about 5 or more employees crowded around the high-top tables in the middle of the store as well as several more sitting at a booth with a computer open and seemed to be doing something else. The coffee was as good as you will get at a Starbucks and at a fraction of the cost. It would just be a lot better and more personal to deal with real people rather than a machine that is so rigid in the way it will serve you.

    Quarter Pounder/cheese was way overcooked. Black in appearance. Take out, got home and had to return to show them how bad it was cooked. The 2 Quarter Pounders were replaced. Frustrating and inconvenient.

    I ordered 2 20 piece nuggets. They only put 1 set in. I ordered sweet tea and got unsweet. No one spoke here at the window or at the front counter when I asked to speak to a manager. Disappointed honestly with the Customer skills but the nuggets were pretty good once it came out so that’s why they got 2 stars instead of one. Check your bags always. People complained about not getting paid 15 an hour and now they are but the service for that rate has gone down hill to the extremes.

    They always get your order wrong. After leaving the drive through already I discovered my sprite was bad. I have been at this McDonald's several times and I still give them one stars. They always want you to pull forward to wait on your food. When they bring your food out, it's still wrong. Breakfast times is even worse. Who ever owns this McDonald's needs better management..

    This is right by my house and I don't go there often. Pre pandemic it was a 24/7 location. They've had a lot of staffing issues. The wait would be ridiculously long. But they have definitely improved over the past 3-6 months. They are even open 24/7 now (I believe) on the weekends. Good job. Keep at it!

    The service was fast! The staff was friendly. The burgers were bland and the pickles tasted bad. The food was warm though, including the fries. We went on a Sunday around 12:30 and they weren't very busy.

    This location disables their drive-thru for mobile order pickups, making you unable to redeem rewards and deals for no reason. Very frustrating as after 10:30 is the only time I would be coming by here.

    3 stars instead of 1 because most of the people here are actually nice and good people. However, a paying customer is a paying customer whether they worked there in the past or not. If i want my food or drink a certain way either tell me you cant or keep your smart remarks to yourself mam, thanks.

    Young manager was really great, personable, quick taking the order. Little slow on delivery but there were plenty of people ordering. Staff may need a little more training in filling orders.

    Slow service girl at window ignored me staring at her nails with her back turned to me. Had to tap on the window to get her to turn around. Then just stuck out her hand for my card no apologies. A big Mac shouldn't take 7-8 minutes to come out cold with old fries.

    I was here on 5/22/2023 around 1 p.m. Easy access from I-75, plenty of parking (even for 18 wheelers). Very clean and excellent staff. My compliments to the manager - they have a great team. Everyone was polite, cheerful and helpful.

    Went there May 28 at around 10:15. Small line outside so went inside. Waited 7 or 8 minutes at counter and no one came. 1 family of 4 were the only one waiting on order inside. They got there food after 5 or 6 minutes. I went to use kiosk and it did not respond. Left without ordering as I cose McDonald's because it is "fast" food. Waffle House would have been faster

    I placed a huge mobile order this past Saturday. The manager was absolutely amazing and more than accommodating. The food was hot, fresh, and ready within minutes. I can not say enough good things about this McDonalds and their staff!

    Staff was rude and I don't like how they automatically put everything as a large. They don't even fill the large fry containers all the way up so don't try to get over on customers and get upset when they question what you are charging them. We ended up leaving without our food because of the service we received.

    I ordered a combo inside. They gave me my food quickly, but forgot my coffee. It took me forever to get someone to get my coffee. I could see the lady that handed me my food, and she walked past me several times and never asked me why I was still standing there. Then she leans on the counter and starts playing on her phone! The girl that was taking orders finally got a second to come over and ask what I was waiting on. The other lady stayed on her phone.

    I walk in and I am greeted with a bunch of young kids that are gathered around a cash drawer explaining to everyone that "Cash only". They had a calculator out and a few sheets of paper with prices on them. Very unprofessional!!! They didn't even know how to give correct change! Not sure where all the "adults" were at but they needed some kind of supervision. They also had a bunch of young kids hanging out on the customer side of counter laughing and not ordering. Can someone please tell me what was going on?!?!

    Restaurant was close to hotel. There were 3 people that we counted. Food was edible but very messy. I understand if there is only 3 people working. It was fairly crowded. Tables looked like they hadn't been cleaned in awhile. I wanted to pay with cash but no one was there to take my order. Daughter put it on hers. When we got our order things were missing. Took 5 minutes to get someone's attention to get what we were missing.

    Biscuit had to be 8 hours past holding time. Had to spit it out it was so old. Update: when I brought the biscuit by later they immediately refunded it and gave me a lunch meal, all without asking for it. Good customer service 👍 so they moved up to 3 stars.
