I
must
say,
this
was
the
worst
experience
we
have
ever
had
at
any
restaurant.
The
lady’s
running
the
drive
thru
were
absolutely
rude
and
inconsiderate.
As
a
business
owner
myself,
I
would
loose
my
mind
if
I
heard
my
employees
treated
people
this
way.
For
starters,
I
ordered
a
number
7.
Pretty
simple,
two
cheese
burgers
no
onions…as
I
have
an
allergy.
Pretty
serious
right?
We
get
to
the
window
to
pay
and
they
ring
us
up.
Hand
us
a
bag
of
food,
no
drinks.
Open
it,
only
one
cheese
burger.
No
onions.
Great!
Then
I
wait
for
the
lady
to
come
back
to
window,
I
get
her
attention.
This
is
only
one
burger…I
ordered
two,
which
is
the
number
7.
She
proceeded
to
tell
me
I
ordered
one
not
two,
and
I
COULD
order
another
and
pay
for
it.
Not
what
a
number
7
is
but
okay.
I’m
annoyed
at
this
point,
so
I
do
pay
her
for
something
I
already
ordered.
Then
they
find
humor
in
making
us
sit
for
8
more
minutes,
after
7
minutes
already
for
the
first
order,
to
get
a
basic
cheese
burger
no
onions,
right?
During
the
duration
of
this
8
minutes
I
am
trying
to
get
anyone’s
attention.
No
one
cares
to
see
why
the
same
people
have
been
there
for
12
minutes.
Finally
get
their
attention
and
she
hands
me
bag
with
two
cheese
burgers,
says
nothing.
I’m
pissed
at
this
point.
Guess
what?
Open
it
up,
two
burgers
yes.
We’re
getting
somewhere.
Then
my
wife
opens
them
up,
both
have
onions.
It
is
absolutely
insane
the
lack
of
care
these
two
ladies
had.
I
specified
no
onion,
I’m
allergic!
Then
they
found
it
funny
to
make
us
wait
12
minutes
for
the
most
basic
menu
item
McDonald’s
has.
If
I
bit
into
these
burgers
I
would
have
been
in
the
hospital
in
no
time.
They
aren’t
paying
for
my
medical
bills
or
going
through
the
reaction
personally.
This
is
where
care
and
listening
come
into
play.
Of
course,
doors
are
locked
as
it
was
after
10.
We
had
to
stand
out
front
until
an
employee
came
out
to
get
someone’s
attention.
Thankfully,
the
manager
cared
enough
to
hear
our
issues
and
make
it
right
for
us.
That
we
appreciate.
But
for
the
other
staff,
their
lack
of
care
does
not
belong
in
a
restaurant
where
other
people’s
food
is
being
made.
Not
theirs,
or
their
friends.
So
this
is
when
and
where
you
do
your
job
and
care,
even
if
you
don’t,
try!
It’s
simple.
Sadly,
this
experience,
I
will
not
be
back.
Highly
recommend
hiring
some
new
staff
to
help
those
who
do
care
out.
