The store is clean. The prices are okay. Some products are overly priced. I had a pretty good experience, the only thing I didn't care for was the customer service to start off at check out. I watched the cashier greet the man in front of me, ask did he find everything okay etc....then when it was turn...nothing...she just starts ringing my merchandise....so I said hi how are you..then she answers....I just don't like how certain people tend to do people n I see it all the time

Used to be good, noticing now they are very short staffed with one person working the sandwich deli section. Can sometimes take up to 20 min to get a sandwich. Waited by seafood for 15 min...no one working in the dept!!

The store overall is fine, but service at the deli is shockingly slow. I've been shopping here for years, and finally felt the need to write something. If you order a sub online for pickup at 1:30, don't bother showing up until 2 pm. If you order in-person instead, you'll understand why. The staff assemble subs so slowly that you would think it's a social experiment to test your patience. In the time it takes Publix to make one sandwich, the folks at Jimmy John's already made five.

I was paying attention during check out and the cashier was charging me $2.79 for a mango when the price for a mango is $2.00, the cashier was also charging me $9.99 for the Green Wise organic cranberry nut mix when the price is $7.99. The fixed the problem when I told them, but they should be more attentive during check out.

Somehow this publix is the worst in the north Atlanta area. The deli staff repeatedly delivers incorrect items (mostly subs) due to them not knowing the menu, forgetting items posted on the board behind them for example. Lots of the time these orders are very late. If you order a sub online then it’s very common that yours won’t even be started until after the pickup window has ended, and you’ve gone into the store to inquire or complain about the late food. Almost every time they’ll look around and pretend they can’t find it, questioning if you ordered from the correct store. Sometimes the manager or an employee gives a half hearted apology and a “I’ll talk to them” but it doesn’t get better, seemingly only worse. To add onto that, Most, if not all of the other Publix stores around have a self checkout station to move customers out efficiently. This store does not have that and the lines are very frequently long and if you have only an item or two, you have to wait sometimes 10-15 minutes while people load up their grocery’s for the week. Overall it’s a bad experience every time I shop here. The line in the picture below is just one of the three lines for food in the department and are a very common occurrence. If you have places to be do not come.

I ordered a cake for my granddaughter's graduation and it was more beautiful than I had hoped! She was so pleased and the cake was delicious! There was only one piece left. We're negotiating.....😂 I always go to my Alpharetta Publix for baked goods!

Maxine is by far the rudest deli worker I ran across, this lady literally looked at me 3xs, didn’t greet me once, upon starting my order, she asked me what do I want???? She looked at me like she didn’t make sandwiches, purposely put bananas peppers on my sub when I asked for bell peppers, I also asked for everything litely put on (veggies), she starts piling veggies on, grabbing hand fulls asking me if thats enough, do u know what lite means??? So disrespectful, and honestly she needs to be reprimanded, as old as she is carrying on like that. Shame on you Maxine, that someone else has to step in and do ur job. If u don’t want to work, call in or quit.

They have thee best catering for an amazing price. This was for my job for a networking event and cost less than $100. And delicious!

Store is always clean and the most of the management seems to care. Don’t attempt to cut the line by ordering food online for lunch from the deli. Often, half of the options online are unavailable. And even if they all are, it’s a small chance your sandwich or meat and three will be ready at the designated time. A lot of the cashiers have been working there for a while and are very pleasant and fast.

Always a terrible experience at this Publix. The workers are rude and the store is usually in chaos after 4pm or on the weekends. Asking an employee a question usually gets you yelled at or an eye roll. Also, I’ve bought moldy food more than once from the bakery. I’m not sure why this store in particular has so many issues but I sure hope they get it together. Very disappointing and underwhelming experience.

Nice and cosy shop. Good collection of items. Similar to Stop and Shop. Pharmacy is good. One of the great things is that they charge a very low fee (99 cents) for each money order of $500 denomination. And thanks to the associates at that counter, the process is super easy. The associates handling that process are courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. There is a great food counter as well with Subway-style ordering and food. Bakery has good collection of cakes. There is even a dining area beside the food counter. Restrooms are okay( better than Walmart 😃, sorry Walmart 😀).. though the restrooms look a little dark due to the color scheme. Also, both ways bus stops are walking distance from the shop, so this store is accessible by public transport. Also, saw a notice that this location has safes. Also, saw chairs and tables outside. People can sit outside, gossip and eat. Few improvements that would be great to have: 1) more cashiers at the billing counters. 2) Options for self-billing and scan-and-go 3) a bit more open space in the store. Area near billing counters seem a bit cramped. But that's just me 😊 Overall, a nice store with good facilities and nice people. Great location.

A great team keeps this place running and keeps me driving back even after I moved farther away. Shelves are always stocked and neat, store is always clean and organized and there are plenty of employees around to help with a friendly smile. Plenty of product options and great variety of produce. The vegetarian and vegan selection is not neglected like most stores and products are always new and fresh.

It's awesome and the best meat/cheese/seafood selection not named Whole Foods. Very reasonable and great staff in all departments.

Price at the register matches shelf price. 99.9 % of items have prices listed on the shelves. Shelf prices match checkout prices. Staff is polite and friendly. They are always ready to help customers find items, reach high shelves when necessary and carry purchases to customers’ cars. The store I frequent is clean, well lighted and the aisles ate spacious.

The store is okay… the problem some of the employees,especially the Asia lady (Min)at the hot food bar is very rude and unprofessional,she needs to do better…

The food is fresh and store is clean.. the young African American man at customer service, was very helpful and nice. The cheddar broccoli soup is everything, try it. The have you in and out asap.

A well stocked and clean Publix. This is the biggest Publix I’ve been to in the north metro area. Staff is friendly and checkout is usually fast.

This Publix is our regular go to spot. Bakery is amazing. I somehow feel like this one’s bakery is better than another Publix near me. Overall store is very nicely organized, staff is extremely nice and caring. Pharmacy is very convenient and also on time always. The pharmacist surprised my wife one day by remembering her full name even though he may be dealing with many. Overall, this Publix is the best!

Great local neighborhood supermarket but the Black males in the deli department need to stop being so flirtatious with women . My wife ain't down with the brown and doesn't appreciate compliments from the hired help .

I love Publix and this is a good one. Several of the staff are nice and helpful. We have our favorites. The bakery is great and the butcher is very helpful.

This may go-go place for lunch if I want a sub sandwich. The chicken tenders are very good as well. Hint, use the online order ahead option for lunch subs. Ignore the half-hour prep time. It's often 45+ min.

Customer service was the worst. Went to buy gas tank exchange. AMANDA was the worst human being I have met at Publix in 15 years. She never acknowledged me although I stood there for 5 minutes while she rearranged her “ stuff” . After not acknowledging this customer she frowned at me asking about the exchange. Never smiled and acted like I didn’t belong there. I am black man who has lived in Alpharetta for 20 years. . We own our home and others. We work hard like others. Amanda thought I was poor and treated me as such. Very demeaning. I would go where my money is appreciated. Send Amanda back where she doesn’t segregate your customers. Have a blessed day

This Publix has the best restroom. A mirror behind the door, a coat rack and tilted sink mirrors.

I went in today to get a sandwich from the deli. The gentleman at the deli counter said hello and went on making a sandwich for a on line order I guess. I stood there for quote a long time before he finally took my order. I saw other staff members and no one came o er to assist. This happens quite a bit.

Sadly they were our of a lot. Staff is always friendly but the store seems worn. Need an update.

My favorite Publix! The pharmacy staff is so helpful and friendly, just like a small town pharmacy. I will not shop anywhere else.

Its a vast suburban supermarket totally intimidating to this visitor from NYC. I only wanted 3 things. Left with 4. It could have been way worse. This place has an insane amount of parking. Evidence of auto worship. Read Donald Shoup's book about the high cost of parking.

Everyone at this supermarket is always so helpful and the pharmacy staff are the best, I try Kroger for one prescription and after waiting 2 hrs and the manager came to apologize for the long wait I realize that I won't find any other pharmacy as good as the Publix Pharmacy at this location. The entire staff is A1 the best! From the pharmacy to the techs the are all exceptional 🤩 Thanks David and Ken!
