Somehow
this
publix
is
the
worst
in
the
north
Atlanta
area.
The
deli
staff
repeatedly
delivers
incorrect
items
(mostly
subs)
due
to
them
not
knowing
the
menu,
forgetting
items
posted
on
the
board
behind
them
for
example.
Lots
of
the
time
these
orders
are
very
late.
If
you
order
a
sub
online
then
itโs
very
common
that
yours
wonโt
even
be
started
until
after
the
pickup
window
has
ended,
and
youโve
gone
into
the
store
to
inquire
or
complain
about
the
late
food.
Almost
every
time
theyโll
look
around
and
pretend
they
canโt
find
it,
questioning
if
you
ordered
from
the
correct
store.
Sometimes
the
manager
or
an
employee
gives
a
half
hearted
apology
and
a
โIโll
talk
to
themโ
but
it
doesnโt
get
better,
seemingly
only
worse.
To
add
onto
that,
Most,
if
not
all
of
the
other
Publix
stores
around
have
a
self
checkout
station
to
move
customers
out
efficiently.
This
store
does
not
have
that
and
the
lines
are
very
frequently
long
and
if
you
have
only
an
item
or
two,
you
have
to
wait
sometimes
10-15
minutes
while
people
load
up
their
groceryโs
for
the
week.
Overall
itโs
a
bad
experience
every
time
I
shop
here.
The
line
in
the
picture
below
is
just
one
of
the
three
lines
for
food
in
the
department
and
are
a
very
common
occurrence.
If
you
have
places
to
be
do
not
come.
