Wow.
Find
another
practice
that
respects
your
time.
Read
the
other
1
and
2
star
google
reviews
-
they
echo
my
experience
with
customer
service
and
management.
In
particular,
look
at
recent
reviews,
they
are
all
quite
poor.
Read
the
Yelp
reviews
on
ENT
Institute
too.
Today
was
my
third
bad
experience
with
ENT
Institute.
I
was
told
in
my
pre
op
appointment
I
would
have
to
arrange
a
ride
and
someone
to
wait
with
me
during
procedure.
Great.
I
did.
When
i
got
confirmation
call
yesterday
however,
I
was
told
I
could
Uber
home,
just
to
tell
them
when
I
arrived
that
I
would
schedule
an
Uber.
Great!
I
cancelled
my
ride
and
saved
them
the
hassle.
When
i
arrived
this
morning,
there
was
no
receptionist
at
the
office
just
a
tablet,
so
after
I
sat
there
for
an
hour,
I
was
told
that
i
actually
couldn’t
Uber,
that
someone
indeed
had
to
be
there
so
I
couldn't
get
the
procedure,
lol.
I
am
a
single
parent
so
securing
a
ride,
childcare,
arranging
time
off
work,
are
a
big
deal
for
me
and
took
a
lot
of
effort.
So,
I’m
out
the
$250+
I
already
paid
for
the
procedure
ahead
of
time,
meds,
copays
to
prep
for
procedure,
plus
$50
in
Uber
rides,
and
all
the
time,
but
no
procedure.
I
was
very
much
looking
forward
to
the
procedure
to
help
me
with
sinus
issue.
Previously,
I
had
an
appointment
with
the
Brookhaven
office
for
a
CT
scan
where
I
sat
for
2
hours
in
the
waiting
room
before
being
told
the
CT
scan
was
broken
and
needed
to
reboot,
and
asked
to
come
back
in
an
hour,
lol.
So
I
switched
to
the
Alpharetta
office.
Then
I
had
an
experience
in
the
Alpharetta
office
where
the
nurse
was
late
(she
was
sent
to
the
wrong
office
by
management
that
morning)
and
everyone
had
a
2–3-hour
delay.
Oops.
Things
happen,
I
understand,
I
didn’t
complain.
But
today's
experience
was
ridiculous
and
frustrating.
As
a
customer,
I
don’t
feel
like
my
time,
money
and
effort
are
valued
at
all,
and
makes
me
skeptical
as
to
how
my
health
and
well-being
are
valued
as
a
patient.
I
will
pursue
my
health
care
options
with
another
practice
and
suggest
others
do
the
same.
(Also,
their
billing
department
is
unable
to
give
me
an
itemized
list
of
costs
and
services
provided
for
my
125-plan
reimbursement.
All
they
can
give
me
is
a
list
of
appointment
dates
and
receipt
for
what
I
paid,
not
enough
for
my
125
plan
to
reimburse
me.
I
find
this
weird
that
they
cannot,
but
it
means
I
cannot
be
reimbursed
for
$355
I
paid
for
medical
services.)
