I started seeing Andy about a month ago after dealing with knee pain for almost 2 years. The pain had progressed to the point that I was unable to do some of things that I loved, such as working out with weights at the gym. The pain was much improved after just a few sessions and I have been able to rejoin the gym! I'm now about a month in with my sessions and not only has my knee pain improved, but some of the exercises that he has me doing have helped my hips as well! He is fabulous and I highly recommend going to see him!

Bryan is truly amazing! When I started working with Bryan I was experiencing pain daily in and outside of the gym for about two months at that point. I wanted it be able to live my life and lift without experiencing some form of pain, thankfully Bryan was able to do this! I started seeing Bryan in February and in two short months he took me from daily pain to almost no pain completely!! My goal coming into pt was to of course heal my back but also to compete in a powerlifting competition later that June. Bryan knew this and has brought me there, he helped heal my back and has allowed me to live my life again without being uncomfortable or in pain. He is truly a miracle worker and would recommend him to anyone experiencing pain!

I was having left hip for a year before I went to see Andy at Myomuv. I tried various things before seeing him (dry needling, massage, laser therapy, ect). Nothing was alleviating the pain and I was losing hope. Andy developed a plan for me and helped me see it through. His initial assessment was very thorough. He checked in on me between visits and genuinely cares about his patients. It was an investment but I can honestly say it was well worth it. I am no longer living in pain every day. I am able to workout without pain and I feel stronger. If you are looking for a physical therapist, Andy is amazing.

I’ve been seeing Bryan for a few months now. I’m so thankful my brother saved me from going the chiropractor route which not only costs significantly more than physical therapy by more than double, but requires far fewer and less frequent visits to the chiropractor. PT works, and it’s been great! My back pain has drastically decreased since working with Bryan. Every time I show up, he’s there and ready for me. He doesn’t rush things and he explains things very, very well. A true professional but with a personal touch. He has the licensing and training of a pro but he communicates effectively and in a way that truly demonstrates his ability to help you move better. For those reading this on the fence, his goal is to see him as little as possible. We spend just one hour every other week until my back pain is gone. I will be finishing my 15th session with Bryan very soon which is nothing to the 83 prescribed yearly visits to the chiropractor I once went to! Myomuv stands apart from the competition because you see the same doctor each visit, and they enable you to do more on your own! Years and years of bad habits and weak muscles created a miserable back pain that Bryan has quickly been able to fix, and no chiropractor would have been able to do nearly as much in 83 visits as Bryan did in just 15.

Dr. Bryan is excellent! He helped me with acute treatments for symptoms of autoimmune pain & also helped me with imbalances I had from not rehabbing a minor injury in 2019. He is extremely personal and cares about your goal. If you are an athlete- he's your guy. what's really neat, is the app he uses. When you have homework, the app will guide you through each exercise.

Dr. Bryan is a fantastic therapist! He listens well to understand a client's difficulties, and prepares an effective series of exercises to treat the issue. I have worked with him for several different tendon problems over the year, and I have been so immensely pleased to have the pain go away and to emerge stronger and ready to resume activity. See him if you have any difficulties!

I am a 67 year old who had had a great deal of pain and discomfort in my legs and Knees. The situation had persisted for many years. I had no idea how much my mobility could improve, but I had to do something. I hired Bryan and have had fantastic results. The investment in myself has proven to be priceless. I walk up steps with no pain. I get up from a sitting position without pushing my self up from the chair. I learned how to work out in a gym. I am excited to be in the gym and am building muscles I never thought I could. Thank you Myomuv!

I had the pleasure of working with Dr. Keith to address my lower back and shoulder issues, and I'm incredibly grateful for the exceptional care and expertise I received. Thanks to Dr. Keith, I can now deadlift without pain and, most importantly, with confidence. My shoulder mobility has improved significantly. Dr. Keith's professionalism, patience, and knowledge stood out throughout our virtual sessions. Despite the distance, his guidance was effective and tailored to my needs. I highly recommend Dr. Keith—he's the best! The fact that all of this progress was achieved virtually makes his expertise even more commendable. Thank you, Dr. Keith, for making a real difference in my well-being!

Bryan Keith with Myomuv is knowledgeable and takes an individual approach to treatment. He helped me address pain other professionals said I would have to work around for life. He helped keep me on track with my homework, meeting me at my inconsistencies as a busy working mom with many avenues of volunteer work. I no longer have pain keeping me from experiencing life as I should at my age. Bryan is humble and committed, tailoring the treatment and building confidence along the way. Though he finds solutions and does not intend to encourage long-term treatment, Bryan is someone I will rely on to address future needs to maximize physical health. I highly recommend his services for any fitness level.

I came to Dr. Bryan Keith at Myomuv because I was having Achilles pain that was preventing me from running. I’ve gone to traditional physical therapists where I felt like too much attention went in to rest and inflammation with little to no information about rehabilitation. Bryan worked with me on a time frame, a plan and within my budget to get me back to running pain free. I’m incredibly grateful to him for taking the time necessary to diagnose the issue and create a plan that worked me back to my goal. If you are considering seeking out physical therapy outside of a traditional doctors office, look no further.

I had the best first PT experience with Bryan at MYOMUV! He was patient, understanding and made great conversation during our sessions. I love that he always explained how each PT exercise benefited me. It was amazing to see my pain/discomfort fade away and my balance and strength improve over 6 weeks! Highly recommend Bryan at MYOMUV!

Dr. Keith came highly recommended and did not disappoint. During the initial evaluation he listened to my concerns, asked relevant questions, and was thorough in his assessment. He diagnosed the underlying issues of my neck and back pain and developed a treatment plan that almost immediately produced results. By my last session the pain and discomfort I had been dealing with for months and months was completely gone. In that session he provided some recommendations on maintenance exercises I could continue with in order to avoid a recurrence of the issues. Thus far (2 months after last session) I have had no issues and continue pain free. As I am a runner he also offered several suggestions on exercises that would promote health and limit injuries in that arena. They have been helpful as well. If you are looking for a practitioner that is engaged and focused on you, Bryan Keith is someone you want to see.

Dr. Bryan is absolutely phenomenal. I've dealt with pain in my knees for 4 years and shoulder pain for over 5, both of which have prevented me from working out and living the way I wanted to. I wasted a lot of time and money on other PTs just for them to tell me to stop doing the things I wanted because they hurt, but Dr. Bryan taught me to do them pain free. While working with Dr. Bryan I was still able to workout with slight modifications and he helped me ease back into my full program as we progressed. As he added previously symptomatic exercises back into my program I found that they were not only pain free, but stronger than they had been before I started PT. I cannot recommend Dr. Bryan and Myomuv enough.

Bryan was very thorough when evaluating my pain, which turned out to be tendonitis in my elbow. He explained why healing of this particular pain could take months and the importance of sticking with the plan, not getting discouraged by the slowness of progress. Bryan’s approach is different from PT I have received in the past. I like that I don’t need to see him multiple times a week for my therapy to be effective. I also appreciate that i receive Bryan’s full attention during my sessions, as opposed to divided attention by PT Assistants in the traditional PT model. As my needs have changed throughout therapy, Bryan has adapted my plan to best meet my needs to reduce pain, strengthen to head off future injury, and improve function and mobility in the joint. I would whole heartedly recommend Bryan for anyone looking to heal or optimize strength and function!

After lifting heavy gardening bags I experienced pain in my back and legs. My physician recommended Bryan and I am so glad she did. After a thorough evaluation he brought me into the gym. His philosophy of a healthy life with a strong body made sense. Exercises were selected just for me and found on the portal with videos. He was patient with my progress at the gym and fun to work with. Appointments were easy to schedule. My pain is gone! Thank you Bryan !

Dr.Bryan has been my PT for over a year! Had tremendous injuries to both my legs and he helped me throughout my journey. He has been the most supportive, patient and helpful person I’ve had the pleasure to meet and work with! Pushes me to work my hardest and tests my strengths all the while keeping me on track with my workouts and homework . Hands down the best physical therapist EVER!!!!

Bryan Keith works really hard and provides intricate instructions during our sessions. I have had issues with my knee for several years and have felt great improvement since starting sessions with him. Im now able to go back to the gym regularly and ride my bike again. I am appreciative for his dedication to assisting his patients during physical therapy. I would highly recommend Bryan to anyone needing physical therapy.

If you’re looking for a PT that is not only extremely knowledgeable, but will also really listen to your needs, Bryan is an easy choice. He will tailor a program to your concerns while both challenging you and also keeping your body safe. Personally, I have struggled with hand and wrist pain for years and it wasn’t until I started working with Bryan that he was able to target the issue and I went from daily pain to very infrequent pain. Bryan’s approach and view of movement is what makes him stand above the rest and I couldn’t recommend him more.

I had been dealing with shoulder pain and tightness in the lower back when Bryan worked with me for the first time. We worked on a series of movements to target those areas and get me back to lifting pain free. We went through the process of figuring out the root cause, he made it simple to understand what I could change and what to incorporate going forward to keep my body healthy. Bryan was great to work with and would recommend to everyone.

I have a minimal tear in my meniscus and after talking to a surgeon who talked like an auctioneer/used car salesman, I elected to pursue physical therapy as a better long term solution. Bryan is incredibly knowledgeable and experienced. My knee pain is almost nondetectable now and I am gaining more supportive strength with each week of training. I highly recommend Brian at MYOMUV for any and all physical therapy needs!

This place has totally changed my life. As a retired professional athlete with multiple past injuries, I suffered with limited range of motion and lack of mobility. Bryan developed a program specifically for my issues that focused on load management and resistance training. I’m not the same person I was when I first walked into his office. I’ve been around a lot of expert therapist. Bryan by far is the top on that list.

Dr. Keith helped me reframe how I was thinking about movements that I thought I was proficient at. He made it easy to understand how to tailor exercises to access new levels of strength and prevent injury . His knowledge is science-backed and evidence-based. What I appreciate most about Dr. Keith is that he truly desires for his clients to heal so they can get back to the active pursuits that bring joy to their lives. His passion for this shows through in how he approaches each client as an individual and wants to see them thrive.

Bryan has a vast knowledge in physical therapy and implements exercises that get intentional and long lasting results. He goes above and beyond to listen to his clients to develop the best understanding of their needs. His goal is to get highly active people back to their favorite activities and it truly works!

Bryan is professional, kind, and dedicated to his clients. He has given me hope when feeling hopeless. I am so grateful to have his constant support throughout my strength journey. I cannot say enough good things about him and the improvement in my overall health and wellness since starting to work with him. He has gained a long term client in me.

Bryan has been great to work with the last 2 years since I’ve been going to him. Anytime I had an injury he was able to correctly assess and make recommendations and provide a clear path to recovery. Highly recommended for injury recovery and overall strength conditioning.

Bryan did great work for me! When I had a knee injury, he helped get me back to climbing. He learned along with me what the right types of movements we needed to be working on that suited my sport, and was flexible when I re-injured it along the way. Also, he made the whole process easy and relaxed! I highly recommend Bryan!

I sought Bryan's help for two issues - 1) a long term hip impingement that I've dealt with for years 2) a recently experienced acute issue in my groin / lower abdominal area. Bryan was able to help me through both of these issues simultaneously by listening, assessing and then demonstrating and prescribing rehabilitation exercises for me. Over a period of 6 visits which spanned a couple of months, I have improved tremendously. My acute issue gone and I am continuously improving my hip impingement. I really enjoyed my visits with Bryan and I am much better off now than before, both from a physical perspective and mentally due to what I was able to learn from him. I would certainly recommend Bryan to others!
