Nous venons d'acquérir une cuisine Boffi dont la partie centrale serait paraît il en acier inoxydable Il y a peut être de l'acier mais j'ignore où se trouve l'inoxydable En 3 mois le revêtement est rayé de toutes parts même par de simples tasses à café ou un croûton de pain Cette marque est coupable de publicité mensongère Un véritable acier inoxydable n'est certainement le produit utilisé Boffi Italie aurait pu s'en inquiéter ? Même pas!!! Nous avons cru acheter une Rolls Royce et on nous a livré au même prix une vieille 2 CV Citroën Je suis scandalisé d'avoir été roulé à un tel prix La marque Boffi ne mérite pas sa réputation et ne suit même pas ses clients

Don t buy the Blade series bath accessories. Toilet brush is unusable because of a metallic rosette at the handle hinders one to clean the toilet correctly because the rosette hits the toilet itself. Plus the brush itself has a too small diameter. Next the towel holder kibsv05 isn t straight 90° to the wall, it s about 85° in 4 out of 5 towel holders. Local dealer wouldn t accept any complaints. Boffi central in Italy not acting as well. They dont take complaints into consideration even if justified. I would like to say dont take Boffi at all.

Ho ordinato un rubinetto in sostituzione a giugno 2019 e a settembre non sono ancora riusciti a spedirlo. Inutile menzionare i solleciti e la perdita di tempo, intanto, sono senza doccia da tre mesi!!!
