Victoria Location: Let's put this into perspective. I left at 4:30 am to cycle to Victoria in order to get a Carmel roll. Worth every mile and missed Zzz. No words can describe the texture, aroma, and tingling sensation these rolls provides. If I had to try to describe: they taste like another! Mayer location: Great coffee and roll. Real Carmel topping. Not flavored topping. Friendly staff. Willing to provide restrooms and water for bikers. I was told to stop at Rubys by 6 different groups of bikers on the trail this morning. All recommended the roll. Bob and Linnea have a reputation and they've earned it.

Perfect bakery and coffee shop. Amazing made from scratch pastries and the coffee is high quality and made well. Family owned and operated. I recommend the cold press as it’s strong and delicious. They have various trinkets for sale inside like coffee mugs, shirts, etc.

We were driving around to find a good coffee place. Suddenly we saw it and decided to stop by. I really do enjoy my first experience here. I had caramel roll and hot cocoa. It’s a little bit sweet for me but I still love it. A cozy place to hang around. Will definitely come back.

Such a neat little coffee shop! The owners are the sweetest people, the service was phenomenal, clean, and of course great coffee! Their lavender vanilla latte was the best thing I've ever tried! Also blueberry muffin was delicious! They have gluten-free options too! Will be back! Thanks!

The gluten free scone was really yummy. My friend’s chai smelled amazing. The two workers were friendly and kind.

Great local place with amazing baked goods. The black coffee isn't my favorite here but they make a good Chia Latte which is nothing to complain about. Love stopping in for a fun Saturday morning treat for the family.

Love Ruby's! So many great latte flavors and the scones are fantastic. They also had a gluten free quiche special. Everything I try there is always wonderful. I enjoy stopping in the neighboring book store if I have time after grabbing coffee.

We stopped for coffee and a treat this morning. The staff was professional and enthusiastic and fun! We were greeted with a smile and kindness! The pistachio white mocha was out of this world! Also the home made, warm caramel roll was the best I have ever had!

We are in Ruby’s several times a week and always feel right at home. The staff is super friendly and attentive. We love the coffee, gluten-free quiche and pastries! Paige always greets us by name and with a welcoming smile!

Ruby’s roast is the friendliest coffee shop I’ve visited. Paige always greets by my name and asks me “What’s happening today”. The people that work there are terrific and are always smiling. We are very lucky in Victoria to have Ruby’s 😎

My miel was great. Carmel roles were soft and yummy. Cinnamon roll was much drier and not as delicious. The dogs LOVED their biscuits!

Stopped in for a quick bite and a coffee. Such a cute spot! Friendly staff, great coffee. Would have loved to hang on the patio if it was a little warmer. Next time!

Ruby's is our go-to! They're extremely kind and thoughtful and use ingredients that you can feel good about. Fresh coffee, and the world's greatest caramel rolls. Plus, organic dog biscuits for our pup! Highly recommend!

Fun bakery! We tried a few baked goods (cinnamon roll, savory scone, the Tuscan pretzel, and their rooster cookie). Great food overall. Would recommend stopping by!

Love love this bakery! Her baked goods don’t have added sugars and they are delicious. She has a steady stream of bikers and runners and young local families…and the rest of us who discovered this gem. The coffee beans she uses are a delightful compliment to her baked goods. So who’s “her”? Paige is the baker. She delights in getting to know everyone who comes to her roost. All who work there just make you smile. Go and be happy you did. Came here on a Saturday mid-morning for brunch. Studied for a bit. The service was great! The food was amazing! The drinks were tasty. Well worth a visit. They have gluten free options. They also have punch cards. Parking is free and easy.
