I have been coming to this lovely place for several years. I have had the pleasure of watching it grow and evolve and today was their best meal yet. Inventive but never bizarre (as some modern restaurants, sadly, can be) this is a very special restaurant with charming staff. Bravo Empreinte!!

Very promising start, friendly staff. But the 7 course dinner was a real roller-coaster. From very nice discoveries to unpleasant structures and combinations. What was nice was very nice, but unfortunately this was also true in the other direction..... Happy we went, but not going back...

One of my best restaurant experiences ever. The staff was very attentive and polite, I truly felt welcome. The food was pure art: it was creative, delicious, well thought out and beautiful. Full of surprising flavours, textures and techniques, using a lot of regional and seasonal ingredients. Really amazing place, everything was excellent!

Amazing food and service!Every dish had a lovely tarty undertone,very little cream,lots of vegatable and fresh produce and yet like a full michelin dinner.Can't stop praising it.Highly recommened.If I ever go back to Lille again,it's a definite must visit restaurant to go to..reasonable pricing for the food,presentation and service received!! Location was a little out of town but well worth it.
