UNPROFESSIONAL BUSINESS CONDUCT. I have only been here one time and the food was sub par. The real reason I am leaving a one star is due to the fact that my friend has been continuously harassed via text by one of the employees who got her number from the LOYALTY program. I have seen the text this employee has sent and they are disgusting and rude. This overall experience for my friend is downright terrifying and I can only hope that this review keeps it from happening to anyone else. I would advise to stay far away from Penn Station.

Decent spot. Not a ton of toppings on the sandwich. I got the artichoke sandwich. My wife got the turkey. Not a lot of turkey. Not a lot of artichokes. New and clean plaza, new and clean restaurant. Their chocolate chip cookies are absolutely amazing!!

I would give 0 stars if possible. An employee of this location has been harassing a friend of mine after stealing her phone number off of her loyalty account. Management has been contacted and seems uninterested in looking further into this harassment claim. YOUR EMPLOYEES ARE ABUSING YOUR COMPANY’s LOYALTY PROGRAM, AND YOU WANT TO DO NOTHING ABOUT IT? Do not give this company your phone number or any personal information. The possibility of harassment is not worth a free sub.

The food was thrown together poorly, the place did not look sanitary, and the workers were also unsanitary. It didn't feel safe or clean to eat. The staff also made my date and I very uncomfortable. We heard inappropriate comments about previous guests.I think corporate might want to take a good look at this place.

Have enjoyed sandwiches there often (>15 times). Fries are excellent. Showed up today to discover neon sign on building down, doors locked up, not even a sign on the door saying ‘see-ya’. Odd and quick exit.

Such a waste of space. The definition of trash American chain food. Just close your doors and let a local family business open up

ordered last night 40 minutes before close. through doordash, yall didnt even attempt to make my food before you closed. it said preparing for 30 minutes, then yall cancelled it and i only got a $10 refund for $40 worth of food. i get you want to close on time but the app wouldnt let you order unless there is enough time to order. also i know it only takes less than 10 minutes to make a sandwich. dont cheat people out of their money like that.

Came in to try Penn Station subs for the first time. I was the only customer in the store and I was told there was a large order ahead of me and that I would have to wait 15 mins to even put my order in. I don't have much time on my lunch break so it's disappointing.

Fantastic! My grilled Italian sub was crazy good, the lemonade was delicious (made fresh and perfectly sweetened). Overall it was an awesome experience!

I showed up at 10:33 and the door was still locked, I knocked and someone immediately showed up to unlock it, we were both confused. I wondered if they were opened, door said 10:30 and I'm sure he was confused as to why I was there so early, however he happily served me with no attitude

Very quick and friendly service and the food was very good. They have electric car charging stations on both sides of the Whole Foods supermarket right there in the same plaza.

My first time ever eating there. Tee waited on me and made my food. When I tell you that was the best sub I've ever tasted. She was very pleasant and very professional. Will be going back.

Food order was exact, served quick and hot. I ordered the Philly cheesesteak. Enjoyed my sandwich.

Customer service was great & the restaurant was clean. Plenty of parking. We ordered 2 sandwiches and 2 fries. While they were cooking, I ordered a 1/2 gallon of lemonade. I should have tasted the lemonade before I left. It was disgusting. Funny taste. No sugar. No freshly squeezed lemons. I had to bring it home and add stuff to it. I would have returned it but I live about 30-45 away. My chicken Philly… well, I ordered a medium/regular but received snack size meat. 1 half barely had meat. I threw away a lot of bread. There was no meat there. Again, I should have checked it before I left. The other sandwich was fine but this one, not so much. 1 fry order was fresh and warm, the other one, no.

Cheese steak was good, but it was TINY! We did a taste test compared to Jersey Mikes around the corner. Both were about $15. Penn Station wasn’t bad, but it definitely lost because of being HALF the size. PS - changed from 2 stars to one star because of their absurd computerized response to this review. Seriously?!

The young guy working there was very very rude from the beginning. But when Inquired as to why I got overcharged, he became more rude. When I asked him what his problem was, the older gentleman apologised to me for his behaviour and refunded me the difference. It turned out to be a price mistake in their system. I bought 3 snack size subs for 3.99 each but got charged 9.99 for one of them. Young guy is going to run this business to the ground if he treats other customers the way he treated me.

2.3 out of 10 for this Chicken Parm Sub that is just grilled chicken with oregano and cheese and Zero breading which makes it a chicken parm. Fries were over cooked with a weird taste, 4.2 out of 10

Good spot for a sandwich. Way better than Jersey Mike's. At least you can call this a hoagie. Jersey Mike's is trash.

Justin was as fantastic as the food. Sub and fries were the best I have had @ any Penn Station.

Won't pick up the phone and their order online option does not work on Google maps. I don't think it's unreasonable to have reliable pick up options during the pandemic.

Love me a warm sub, I only wish this place was closer to my home. It's good every time I come. I appreciate the fries always being so fresh and hot.

I've eaten here over the past two years and like the sandwiches. On my most recent visit though, I ordered a sandwich, asked for tomatoes and was told they were out. Imagine my surprise when I looked up and there were plenty of tomatoes in the refrigerator!

Got the veggie sub and fries and it hit the spot! The bread and seasonings in the sub are among the best of any sub place. Also there fries are old school, and I like that.

Wasn’t that great of an experience. I didn’t even get acknowledged, to then turn around and get rushed to order the man that took my order I’m pretty sure was the manager which was EXTREMELY RUDE! I wasn’t even ready to order I was looking at the menu on a phone call which he clearly saw. As I tell him what sub I want and what I don’t want on it he tells me “well tell me what you want on it then” in a rude tone! But then walks in a couple men after me then he calls himself being nice. The way my sub was, was extremely messy like they literally just slapped everything on there! TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!
