Today was my first visit at Serene Dental Spa. The ladies at the front desk are super delightful. They have great attitudes and one even made me a balloon animal. They are very welcoming from the get go. Also when I was taken to my room everything was clean and organized and very professional. They let me know what needed to be done and helped me come up with a plan on what to tackle first. I cannot wait to go back and I highly recommend coming here if you don't have a go to dentist.

I had an amazing experience at Serene Dental Spa! The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. The office was clean and comfortable. The dentist & hygienist were skilled, gentle, friendly, and kept me informed during the procedure. Overall, I highly recommend this dental office to anyone in need of dental care. It was a life changing experience. I have been going here for about 2 years. I changed dentist after years of going to an old dentist. Megan is always a character and greet me with a positive attitude and smile. Definitely fun to joke and talk with. My and Kelsey as my dental hygienist has always given good advice to help me improve. Dr. Tran is awesome and makes going to the dentist a positive experience. Thank you for changing my attitude about going to the dentist.

I received my permanent crown today. Megan was very nice checking me in. Brooke was great helping with the crown. Dr. Tran was great putting the crown in. And Shawnda was very nice checking me out. All the staff couldn’t be nicer. A very pleasant place to go. The office is gorgeous. All of the treatment on my tooth went well. Everything was explained and done quickly. Dr. Andrew Tran is very careful not to hurt. He does a great job! I would highly recommend Serene Dental Spa.

Absolutely gorgeous facility and relaxing environment. Every person involved with my new patient visit (specific emergency need initially brought me here after reading great patient reviews) from the moment I walked in was wonderful. Everyone was pleasant, helpful, thorough, and professional. I needed an additional appointment and they scheduled it for me immediately. After many years of traumatic dentist experiences as a child, I stopped going for a couple of years as the pandemic kicked in full speed. I was recommended this place from a family friend and was hesitant at first. However, during my initial call, the receptionist made me feel so comforted, seen, and understood where other offices saw me and my trauma as the issue. I really appreciate the attentiveness and compassion that everyone in this office shows to all of their clients. Truly shows how much they care and has definitely helped me in my healing process when coming to the dentist. Thank you, Serene Dental Spa.

Serene Dental is the best! My hygienist Kelsey is wonderful. Both Dr. Tran & Dr. Z Tran are fabulous. It’s a family environment and they always have made me and my family feel safe and comfortable. I love them dearly!

I had a root canal done today, and I was scared but Dr. Tran did an outstanding job calming me down with his unique way of being jovial. Also, he and his team did an excellent job on my root channel! grateful and I recommend them not only for being professionals, but also for the great customer service they have!

By far one of my favorite dental experiences I’ve had in since moving to NC!! Staff is amazing, helpful, & so kind. Came in for my first consultation & cleaning. We have recently switched over to Serene Dental spa for all our dental care. This has been the best dental office experience I have ever had. The front end team is great. (Thank you Megan) The setting truly is spa like from the zen like rooms and music to the buttery soft dental chairs (nap worthy). I had a tooth filled today. Dr Berg and her assistant were a great team. They were efficient, caring and did an excellent job. I experienced minimal to no discomfort and felt they were very attentive to my needs.

I chose this practice because of its 5 star ratings on google. Dr. Tran did not disappoint! His staff is AMAZING! Megan, at the reception desk, was so warm and welcoming as was everyone else I interacted with. The vibe is easygoing and helpful. My hygienist, Arianna, was friendly, professional, thorough and quick! Dr.Tran was equally as friendly, professional and thorough and took his time answering all of my questions. I highly recommend this practice for the whole family!

Received and amazing facial by Casey on my birthday! I cannot recommend her enough. She was fabulous and I walked out with my skin glowing! I will certainly be back to see her again soon!

I called as a new patient and Meghan got me in to see Dr. Berg that same day which worked out great for me. Meagan also made me an adorable Teddy Bear balloon when my appointment was over. That made my day too! Their office is very nice and comfortable and everyone is so friendly. My dental assistant was very attentive and Dr. Berg is highly experienced and I felt like I would be well taken care of. After my appointment they explained the charges related to my care and the fees were very reasonable. I was pleased with every aspect of my care at Serene Dental Spa. I would recommend Serene Dental Spa to everyone that is looking for an exceptional dental care experience. The staff is superior and they make you feel like you are among good friends instead of having just another dreaded visit to the dentist. They all deserve 10*'s! Kathy V.

I had the Morpheus8 treatment from Casey. When I tell you my skin has never looked better. Also she is the sweetest and super knowledgeable. I can’t wait to be back and see her again!
