I needed an adjustment desperately and I was able to get an appointment day of with Dr. Watt, which is great! Since it was my first visit we had to do an initial exam, which is understandable. However, at the end of the exam he told me I had to come back another day for an adjustment. Every other chiropractor I have been to ends the initial visit and exam with an adjustment but not this one. When I asked why, he gave me an excuse about insurance which I find very hard to believe since I have visited MANY chiropractors before and never left without an adjustment. So now I am out $40 and still in a great deal of pain. I even looked up other Chiropractors in the area and their website say an adjustment is included with the initial exam. Very frustrated!

As someone who has white coat syndrome pretty bad, this place is now a safe haven for me. I came to see Dr Thomas at 33 weeks pregnant and he has been nothing but inviting, personable and extremely helpful to my situation. He is also hilarious and does his job very well. In a matter of weeks my pregnancy has become much less painful . You can truly see that he and Andrea are passionate about chiro care. I will definitely continue my chiro care post pregnancy with Dr Watt!
