If I could take all the nice words in the world and merge them into one, it still wouldn't be enough to describe Park Central! This place is fantastic, the amenities are top notch, the location, the shops, the staff - everything here is just *chefs kiss* perfect! The staff and maintenance crew are amazing - they're super friendly and knowledgeable. The occassionally have appreciation perks where you can get a free single scoop at Ben & Jerry's or a coffee downstairs at Happy & Hale - and that's in addition to all of the community events they organize! This is the first place I've lived where I have zero complaints/suggestions - they are killing it! I've already renewed my lease and can't think of any reason I would ever leave. Plus with COVID, their response has been fantastic - with their communication and new guidelines to keep us all safe, I feel very taken care of here. Keep up the great work!

Park Central is a wonderful place to live. The apartments are modern and spacious, with the best views in Raleigh! The rooftop pool and other amenities are a huge selling point - but the biggest reason I chose PC was the amazing staff. I met with Hannah on my first day of touring apartments around Raleigh. She was kind, helpful, professional, and not at all pushy. I toured 4-5 apartments that same day and no one gave me the same feeling of “home”. The move-in process was so smooth, and she has been available for every question I have had along the way. I cannot say enough good things about Hannah and the Park Central team!

My daughter and I spent 3 days touring different apartment places in Raleigh NC this past weekend. On our last day,we were lucky enough to stop at Park Central and get greeted by Tiffany Cyrus. She was amazing! By far the best agent we had dealt with all weekend. She was VERY knowledgeable about the complex and everything that Park Central had to offer. Tiffany was kind, fun, professional, knowledgeable, helpful and just plain amazing. She helped us realize that Park Central is the place for my daughter live! We filled out the application that day!

My daughter and myself were there last week to preview an apartment for her. And I just want to say that Alexandra Duncan, leasing professional, was incredible! She took her time showing us apartments, was very knowledgeable, professional, and kind. Would very definitely recommend her and Park Central Apartments.

My girlfriend and I have loved our time here at Park Central, and only left because I was relocated to another state for work. The facilities are absolutely gorgeous, the pool on the 8th floor a jaw dropper in and of itself, and our unit has been great. And that's not even to mention the staff! Tiffany was the very first person we encountered at PC last July and was great, going out of her way to help us when we walked in with no tour scheduled and while she was overwhelmed with a very busy office. Tripp has been awesome, from the very first day we came over in a panic after a mishap at a previous apartment, to helping us rent a guest suite the very night we signed a lease (staying later to help get that all processed), to always helping out quickly with requests and finding time to say hello. Heba has been very pleasant and helpful, and though our interactions have been brief she definitely inspires that much more confidence in good staffing choices for PC. Kaila has been so friendly and helpful as well, though our interactions have been limited. Alexandra likewise has been quick to help, even when busy with other work, and is definitely a solid addition to the team. And then there's maintenance: Glenn and Matt are extremely professional, fast, and pleasant, fulfilling maintenance calls very quickly and patiently. There's also tons of monthly events thrown by Park Central and everyone comes out for them, be they pop up drinks nights on the patio, trivia in the common room, nights out at various restaurants close by, or free group offerings at the local coffee shops and yoga studio. And the proximity to the green (where free concerts go on all summer long,) and being walking distance from multiple excellent restaurants and the grocery store can't be beat. We'd still be living at Park Central if we didn't have to move, and we'll be checking back if we ever get back to Raleigh. If you're looking to live in the North Hills area you'd do well to check out Park Central. Thanks for everything PC staff, and hope we can meet again.

I just wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for all the hard work you've done since becoming our new property manager, Hiba. The building has been neglected for several years, and it's wonderful to see it feeling like new again. I particularly want to thank you for taking the initiative to clean up the building. The pressure washing of the garage, painting the interior, having the exterior windows cleaned, and updating the furniture in the amenity areas have made a tremendous difference. It's clear that you take pride in your work, and it shows in the results. Again, thank you for all that you've done. Your efforts have not gone unnoticed, and I look forward to seeing what other improvements you have in store for the building.

I wanna thank Hiba for taking care of my living experience at Park Central, especially two things: The first thing is that my previous lease ended on June 30th but my new lease at Park Central was supposed to begin on July 17th. After knowing this, Hiba offered me to move in in advance and deal with the process very efficiently. So I didn't have to worry about the time gap and saved a lot of time, effort, and money. The second thing is that I'm a sound-sensitive person and I find trouble sleeping well due to the sound of air condition cooling units above my room. Then she activity helped me find solutions and finally gave me a transfer offer so I can have a pleasant life here. Park Central not only has a convenient location but also has a very good management team. I love this place and feel excited about living here:)

Park Central has been a wonderful place to live for the past year. We have been thrilled with the outdoor space. The amenities throughout the building and within a few minutes walk. The apartments are clean and modern. Residents have all been incredibly nice. We have two small dogs and they have been so welcomed and they love it here too. Great job Park Central.
