I've always been a fan of Outback. The portion size of fries was not worth four dollars. The salad was fresh. My chicken wings and chicken legs was over cooked but they still taste good. The server was kind and polite. She made sure our food came out hot. The rest of the staff was polite as well.

In town for training and needed a quick dinner with coworkers. Plenty of parking and plenty of seating indoors and some patio seating as well. Nice friendly staff and clean restaurant. Our group ordered a little bit of everything but the group favorites were really any of the steaks. Shout out to the bartenders as they were super attentive and their customer service was way above par. Group favorites include the steak with ribs combo. Cheers!!

We chose Outback in Durham for our anniversary dinner and we were not disappointed. Our server Ariel was the best ever. The customer service was excellent. Our hot bread was on the table within minutes of us being seated. Then our cocktails and appetizers were brought within minutes with a smile and they were perfect. Our steaks were perfect and when Ariel found out that it was our anniversary, she had the manager, Tyrone come to our table to congratulate us and offer us a dessert as a gift. Great experience tonight, my wife was very impressed and we will be back.

It has been while since we have been here. Today was good customer service was great all around today. Food was good we walked out of full and saiticfied.

Writing this while at the restaurant. Terrible service. Took 20 minutes for drinks to come out. Food came out at very different times for my table (two appetizers came at 11 minutes apart). My steak was super uncooked (see photo attached); I ordered medium. My asparagus was cooked whole and the stocks weren’t cut off, which is strange for a restaurant to do. My salad came 10 minutes after the rest of my party because oil and vinegar was not “ready,” whatever that means. Edit: it took 20 minutes for the server to even check on me so that I can have the steak reheated. Edit 2: another 20 minutes for the steak to be reheated. The manager gave me the wrong steak originally (different cut and temperature). I figure this is the wrong person’s order. I finally receive my steak and it is still undercooked. I give up.

Totally disappointed with Outback lately. Not just this location but many locations. They have changed their steaks for the worst. But to review this location we came in to eat dinner, very excited to have a steak. The wait staff was extremely friendly thank goodness because the hostess was not. Our food came out extremely quickly as the restaurant did not have many people in it. I ordered the prime rib and my mother ordered the ribeye. We were extremely disappointed in our steaks. Not only were they thin, they had absolutely no flavor. My prime rib, as you can see, was ridiculously thin cut and had absolutely no flavor. it's like they took it out of the package, microwaved it and served it. The butter that came along with my sweet potato was not butter. As you can see it looks like a grease pat. For steaks that are $30+ each, I do not recommend Outback Steakhouse. Very disappointed and not worth the money. The only thing I can recommend at outback, as they have never changed it, is the house salad w/ Ranch dressing. Best stuff you've ever eaten. That was the Saving Grace of the night was we were able to eat our salads. By the end of dinner I was extremely nauseous. Not sure what spices they have been using (probably MSG) because normally I don't have this reaction when I eat steak. Btw: turn down the music, people can't even talk with it being so loud and turn down the TVs you should be able to eat dinner and not have to listen to the sports channel. So sad that in the Last 5 Years Outback has just gone down to nothing when they used to be one of the best restaurants

It's been a very long time since I've been to Outback. The food was good but slow. My Mac n cheese didn't come out until I was almost done with my steak. My steak was cooked to the correct temperature (mid rare) but had a severe lack of seasoning. My wife's chicken tenders were good and she liked her meal. The sweet tea was good. It will be a long time before I go back.

Grace was absolutely amazing. Not to knock outback, but she made me feel like I was at more of a 5-star restaurant with her level of service. She was personable and professional. All of our food came out in good time also and tasted amazing. My steak was the perfect medium rare. Waiting on desert as I type this, and I’m confident that will be amazing as well. Thanks, Grace, for making our dinner out actually feel special.

regulars at this outback location and this was by far the worst tonight. this bread to the left of the photo is what my shrimp came on top of and it taste terrible , the shrimp wasn’t edible and the lettuce on the caesar salad entree was all end pieces which i couldn’t eat as well. The best part of this meal was the bread , i am highly disappointed. when i called to speak to management about the issue the lady that answered the phone kept asking me questions to avoid putting the manager on the phone. Unprofessional and very disappointing! The second time i called i was able to get the manager on the phone and he was very nice and apologetic, offered a refund or remake of the meal. for his sake of being nice and caring i’ll give a three star.

First time here. 12/31/21 They were not that busy @ 4pm The waiter brought us cold 🍞 bread. I ask 3 times for water. The strawberry 🍓 daiquiri was not good. My cousins steak was burnt. The waiter didn't care about us. All he cared about was if we were ready to pay our check .I will not go back here. Really bad service, bad steak 😕😫 Also the rest room was dirty.

I love outback wings and always get them. Today we ordered in outback through uber from the durham location. I noticed that the wings had chicken fur (little hairs) all over them. I called the restaurant and the manager tells me that it is normal sometimes it happens and it is okay to eat since it has been cooked over 15 minutes. Then right when I was about to eat it I noticed this big feather(circled on the picture) so ended up throwing it all away. I had ordered wings from them last time and they forgot to put it in the togo bag(someone from the restaurant ended up delivering order of wings to my house later) I guess I am not going to be ordering in outback anymore.

My partner and I came here after not visiting for a few years and we had an awesomely pleasant experience! Halee our waitress was excellent!! She didn’t mind when we came in near close and met us with warmth and kindness! She was quick to get us drinks; our food and our check. We will definitely be coming back and requesting halee as our server! Thanks so much

I went for lunch. There was a wait because I believe they were short-staffed. I ordered the 12 ounce ribeye steak with the loaded mashed potatoes and the baked potato soup. The steak was cooked nicely and well-seasoned. I was surprised for the taste because I hadn't gone to an Outback in over 15 years and the last time I had been it wasn't that great. Baked potato soup was so good. It was delicious. It was authentic to taste. And the loaded mashed potatoes were very good as well. They were highly seasoned. Overall I had a great experience with the food and wasn't disappointed. And mistake came with the Barbie shrimp. I can pass on the barbie shrimp. They weren't that great as well. They were dried out.

It's exactly like every other Outback Steakhouse you've been to. They have a very friendly and knowledgeable staff, and the restaurant is very clean. To me it's a little overpriced for the quality of food and how much you get, but I suppose every chain restaurant is like that. I like their new blossom fried chicken. It's a competitor to Texas Roadhouse's country fried chicken, but not as good since its topped with blossom sauce and not gravy.

Still has one of the best salads around! The restaurant got pretty packed which isn't my favorite right now so next time I will try a bit earlier to avoid the crowd. I ordered the Queensland Shrimp and it was ok. Used to come with more ingredients but not anymore. Overall, not bad.

This was our last date night before we have our first baby and it did not disappoint! Marva was our server and as my husband and I have both been servers, she did a great job. I loved the tablet technology for taking orders as we had our appetizer, bread, and drinks before our server stepped away from the table. The manager was close by while ordering prime rib and made sure it would come out to the temperature when seared. When she stepped away, the server sung her praises which was so refreshing to hear as well. It’s not often that staff compliments their managers that way. Overall great experience and will certainly be back.

Awesome service Great food Bloomin onion was cooked to perfection. Salads are always great. 20 years + customer. Kids loved meal, chicken tenders with fries. Pink lemonade. Loved my spring water brought out with wine glass, ice n fruit. Very fancy. Will always come back. Waitress was amazing

Really nice people. Food came at a reasonable time and it was great. Very clean as well, and the atmosphere, unlike typical chain restaurants with the typical screaming customers and loud noises, was calm and collected. You shouldn’t come if you can’t handle high sodium, though.

I was going to say that I have fallen off but maybe just this location and the times were in. The service staff was non attentive, My baked potato didn't come with extra butter and sour cream as requested, no bread was offered, and the worst part was my prime rib steak was over cooked and I mean they killed it twice,once at the slaughter house and then on the grill. When I returned it they offered me something else but they were out of prime rib. The best thing they do is the Caesar salad should have made it a vegetarian night and saved myself the disappointment.

I went yesterday and food was really good, I ordered the aussie fries as a appetizer, and you can see how big that was, then I ordered the prime ribeye sandwich, very good, I just added bacon and ufff, tasted even better, nice food, service was alright, it was a pretty busy night so I understand but yeah, I liked it a lot.

While on the road my son and I stopped for lunch and what a treat! First our waitress, Kelly M, is a top notch employee! She was extremely polite, had perfect recommendations and she was on point from start to finish! She should be the model example of how customers are taken care of when visiting any Outback Steakhouse! Kelly, thank you for making our visit amazing and special! Outback does what it says on the tin. The steaks were good. My baked potato was above average. The pecan blue cheese chopped salad was the star. And the Bloomin’ Onion is perfect.

The food was fabulous, The steak was perfected and I enjoyed every bite of it. The Service was super amazing our server Kelly M was very gentle and made sure our experience there was enjoyable I think highly of her. She got the orders taken and given too the chef’s. The Atmosphere was really nice and calming the music is very friendly I overall loved every bit of it. Once last Thank you to Kelly M she is a huge role model. My dad and I dined in and ate lunch and our server Kelly M made sure to give us the best experience.

I'm not big on chain restaurants. That being said I love this Outbacks. Located between Durham and Chapel Hill, it's easy to reach. The hostesses are super sweet. The waiters & waitresses are awesome. Always dressed right, hair trimmed and great attitudes. Then you add a clean restaurant and clean bathroom. The tvs are too loud and the food is spot on. This visit Suzanna Ashley & Michael teamed up to give us great service. No dish stayed dirty on the table nor did a drink remain empty. Then the food came out spot on. Zeb the manager Then followed up twice making sure our meal was to our liking. Overall great experience for lunch.

Shout out to Outback (& our server Stacy). We come in every few months to celebrate different friends sobriety anniversary & they are always accommodating to our large group. Service is top notch, food always comes out quickly, and we always have a great and friendly server! Great work Outback, see you next time!

We had a waitress grace. She was very nice, fast and upbeat. It was a great experience and she deserves a raise. My second time to this location and this is by far my favorite waitress.
