How do you go to a convenience store and both bathrooms are out of order?

They move extremely slow, I understand that it’s a busy area. They move super slow; and everytime I come on my break, my break is almost up. They are also not very clean. There are two cashiers, one of them constantly goes outside and leaves the other one there and the line is backed up. It’s crazy!

Im calling and calling and calling the store to no answer and There is no option to leave a message. I may have left my visa debt and and in a desperate attempt to back track, im calling the store. This is the last place I used my card. This is true bc lastnight it was a bad store. I pulled in to this location to wait until the rain slowed and I definitely ended to refuel. Ive called and called and called. Oh and it hangs up on you. Never known a business or establishment to not have a phone.

Nastiest gas station bathroom I have seen in a long while. Not a good look for one of the closest stores to the airport, imagine what all the out of town visitors think when they see it.This store needs a biohazard crew to scrub the restrooms from top to bottom, especially including the walls.

The outside is fine, typical wear and tear. The inside needs some love the floor was pretty dirty.

not 24 hours. otherwise good, during the day. closed for cleaning at 2am until 4am. i get it's a pandemic but i see this trend in a lot of raleigh gas stations even before covid and it strikes me as laziness/understaffing.

They got stuff, just… watch out for the dates. Looks like they are either not selling products often, for not using First In First Out (FIFO) properly. As I was checking out some of their breakfast burritos.. I saw dates from almost 2 weeks past it’s due date… gross. I went and found some that weren’t expired and went ahead about my purchase. Notified the cashier about the out of code products, that he had “expired” products still up. He then rudely responded with “thank for notifying me sir.” Tired to just lighten the conversation and I think he was just having a bad night. Hope you have a better day my guy. To the management. There’s no reason to have the amount of expired product on your small express shelf… it’s one Little corner. Please get your team together. Before someone gets sick. That’s really gross. People come to gas stations like yours for the convenience. Not for food borne illnesses. Wish I had take. A photo of the expired products.

Not open 24 hours literally pulled up 1030pm on the dot worker was letting the last customer out locking the door and put a sign up saying will open at 630 am tomorrow. This is the 3rd time this week at different hours of the day this supposed to be 24 hour gas station has closed

Came in late tonight, the customer service was great. She was very friendly and kept the store clean. Oh and the cookies were great

Not open 24 hours as stated by Google. There's an employee in there. It's 4:10 am on Wednesday morning and the doors are locked with this taped to the inside

Very rude staff, kicked female out of store cause they wanted to clean. No sign. All the female wanted was a restroom.

According to the manager, this is the busiest Sheetz in America. I believe her. However, there are enough pumps and parking spaces to generally get you in and out quickly. The staff is always helpful and the lines move incredibly quickly (often one cashier will be running two registers seamlessly). My only gripe is that the bathrooms (at least the men's room) are generally in about 2.5-star condition, even though they clean them fairly frequently).

Tried using their pumps last night, insert my credit card, followed the prompts, then when I get to pumping gas I see "pump offline." So I hit cancel multiple times, but received no confirmation of the transaction being cancelled. No one inside the store to assist/verify. This morning, I have a pending charge of $58.08 on my card. BS.

I often do last night stopovers at this particular station because of the close location to the airport. It appears to be an organized & well maintained facility. Shout out to attendant Garrett during overnight working hours! Mr. Keys greeted me in a pleasant manner and the floors, food preparation areas & cooking surfaces were spotless. Thank you Garrett!

Easy on and off. Very well lit. Lots of pumping stations. Store had a good selection and was staffed with friendly helpful attendants.
