I arrived here on a Thursday and extended my stay twice, as the staff made it so hard to want to leave! The staff goes above and beyond to make you feel welcomed! The managers are absolutely amazing and took the time to make conversation with me and even went as far as entertaining with my son when I was checking in/out or just downstairs for a question! The room exceeded my expectations, it was so clean and comfortable! They whole hotel smells great and is super welcoming. I will absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Myrtle Beach and I will 100% be returning to the hotel for future trips! I would give them a 20/10 if I could! Thanks for a great stay!!

Absolutely beautiful place to stay, the staff is very nice and although I did not need anything else but a place to sleep I feel like the room exceeded my expectation. The free breakfast is as to be expected. Enjoyed my stay here. The location of these suites is very convenient as it’s right next to the mall and somewhat unfortunately very close to the airport. The good is that planes don’t land or take off frequently at night so sleeping wouldn’t be an issue.

The facility was clean. The staff was friendly and attentive. The pool is great for families to enjoy. The complimentary breakfast met the standard in quality and there was still a decent portion left for those who slept in closer to the ending time. My family and I truly enjoyed our stay.

Overall our stay was good. However, the stairwell doors are extremely hard to open. My wife couldn't open it without my help and she is a healthy person. If a fire ever occurs older and smaller people will burn up in the fire because they won't be able to get out of the hotel. I tried to notify the hotel's manager about it but she wouldn't take my call.

We had a nice two-night stay at this gorgeous property. Loved the beach decor as well as the breakfast. Was welcomed nicely as a Hilton Diamond member. Two concerns: 1) At check in on Thursday, I requested housekeeping for Friday. No one touched my room (415) on Friday. 2) The toilet made loud signs, and kept filling up tank all night long. Was quite disruptive. Did not sleep first night.

The room was very spacious and clean, and we had everything you could need. We had stopped at Walmart for snacks and paper plates and stuff, but the room had all of that and more. I will definitely stay again. I am glad I found this hotel because they also have one closer to the Beach, which I am sure will be more pricey, but if the rooms are like these, it's worth it.

Our stay started out good but went downhill when it time to go to sleep. We are a family of five so we booked a suite so that we had a pull out couch for one of our children. However, when we pulled out the couch it reeked of urine. The mattress pad had a urine stain on it so they clearly haven’t been changing the or cleaning the mattress in the couch. We called the front desk and spoke to Beth and she only had maintenance come up with clean linen. We did not allow any of our kids to use the pull out because if the mattress pad reeked of urine then the mattress also needed to be cleaned so we had to put three people in one bed. We paid for a suite but didn’t get to actually use the whole suite. We brought it up to the lady at the desk the next morning and she said she would send Beth, the Assistant General Manger an email. I told her that that’s who we spoke to last night and she was surprised that all Beth offered was clean linen. We still have not heard from anyone at the hotel as promised. Would not stay here again.

Really safe atmosphere! Huge suite for an incredibly reasonable price. Clean and comfortable with a true home feel. And EVERY time we entered the building (and we exited and entered a lot with our dog) it smelled delightful!

I really like this hotel. It's not on the ocean front but sometimes that's not a bad thing. It's clean, smells good, the staff is great, breakfast is included and it's not far from everything (shopping, restaurants, the beach, etc.). I will definitely come back, so please don't change!

Very clean !! Excellent staff at the front desk. I believe her name was Jessica and also spoke to a Tom who were bothe excellent! SO NICE!! accommodating rooms were fantastic comfortable and also great breakfast. Would stay there again. For sure!! We stayed there one night because we had flight delays. Airline booked the one room and I asked for another for my son and friend. Was not thinking at the time to ask airline for two, anyways they were accommodating and got us in in the am even though check in was later. Did not mind being close to the airport for the time we were there. We had a rental car and we spent the extra day doing things we missed the other days we were there.

This is my absolute favorite hotel in Michigan and I was so impressed when we came to Myrtle beach because it is so beautiful inside and out and it’s right next to the mall. The rooms are beautiful. I always love their breakfast. The only thing I think they should work on is the cleaning the rooms. It was never a clear understanding on if they come to clean the room during your stay, if they wait until you discharge or even if you request it ahead of time. Literally every time you asked someone they say something different. But you guys get 5 stars from me . I’ll be back for sure 🫶🏽

I loved the decor of this hotel and how the overall theme was tied to each area making it unique. While this is a popular thing for hotels to do, this hotel did it very well. The staff were all very friendly and the location was close enough to reach the beach but far enough away to not have all the traffic/noise of the tourist area. I appreciated the kitchen area, although I was surprised there was no oven as I thought there was a full kitchen. All in all it was an excellent place to stay while visiting Myrtle Beach.

My family and I have stayed here twice. The staff and accommodations are great. The location is terrific. I took one star off because of a few issues they seem to be having. Some of the key activated locks are not working (some doors by the pool as well as the gate to the pool), one of the elevators did not work for 2 of the 4 days I was there, and the day I arrived there was a meeting of sorts that was centered around dogs. The hallway was awful smelling the day I arrived. The following day the smell was gone with the dogs, and returned to the very pleasant fragrance that it typically possesses. Overall we had a great stay.

First time here for my daughter’s first vacation and we had a lot of fun. Right next to the mall. Like WALKING DISTANCE. And walking distance to the crazy mason (icecream) the pool is kid friendly and perfect for her first time in a pool. Memories made for a lifetime.

For the price per night of this location, I highly do not recommend. The breakfast area is not large enough to accommodate 19 floors worth of guests. In addition, the valet service is very unorganized and chaotic. When checking out today, my husband requested our vehicle as we were walking out of our hotel room at about 9:26am. Typically, it takes about 10 minutes to receive our vehicle. With it being the day of check-out, we understand that it would be busier. However, people that were coming down after us started receiving their cars ahead of us. Again, we believed it was because of the check-out rush. At about 9:45am my husband went to the valet desk to confirm if someone was on their way to get the vehicle. The head guy there told him that someone was getting it. So, we continued to wait. At about 9:55 my husband went back up to the valet desk and spoke with someone else about our vehicle. The second guy grabbed our key from behind their desk (which was there the whole time) and grabbed our car for us. We were basically waiting for nothing. I typically don’t write reviews like this, but it was very unorganized and unprofessional.

I had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel. From the moment you walked in you are welcomed by a great smell and decor. The staff were very friendly and the hotel room was nice, I appreciated the welcome on the TV when I walked into the hotel room I think that is a nice touch. The location was great as well, it was close to beach on the boardwalk and walking distance to a mall that had lots of shops and restaurants.

Last month, I was in town for a family member's wedding. I walked into the property exhausted from work and my flight into MYR. Upon arrival, I was greeted by the MOST comforting and empathetic front desk representative, Mara. She went above and beyond to assist me and ensured I had a clean and nice room for my stay. The whole staff was very friendly and the property was very clean. Mara was my hero for making sure I was taken care of and exuded that "southern comfort" that I needed that morning. I highly recommend this property due to staff, cleanliness, and convenience.

My wife and our family stayed here this past weekend and we can't say enough about this hotel. We requested an early check-in for my daughter and her 9 month old child and the front desk was very accommodating and get her checked into a room 2 hours early. Our rooms, the lobby and pool area were spotless. This js a great place to stay.

I stayed at the hotel from July 1st to July 4th. During our stay, my family and I encountered several issues that significantly impacted our experience. Firstly, upon entering our room, we discovered a large, sticky, and discolored spot on the carpet, approximately 10 inches in diameter. Considering I was traveling with my young children, including a 1-year-old who still crawls on the floor, I was deeply concerned about their safety. I immediately contacted the hotel desk to request a room change, emphasizing the potential harm to my children. However, I was informed that the hotel was fully booked and no alternative accommodations were available. The next morning, I personally visited the front desk to address the issue again, and I was assured that the carpet would be shampooed promptly. Unfortunately, when we returned to the room later in the day, no action had been taken, and the sticky spot remained. To make matters worse, my son accidentally stepped in the spot, raising concerns about potential exposure to harmful substances. When I returned to the front desk to express my dissatisfaction, I was met with a prolonged absence of staff for over 15 minutes. Eventually, someone returned and informed me that they were short-staffed and unable to assist at the moment, promising to address the matter later in the evening. Dishearteningly, upon our return to the room, we found that no cleaning had taken place, and the sticky spot remained untouched. Despite complaining once again, no resolution was provided that night. The following morning, I made yet another trip to the front desk, requesting room cleaning and specifically highlighting the need to address the sticky spot. Regrettably, only the spot was cleaned, and the overall room service was neglected. This forced us to stay outside the hotel for the entire day, unable to utilize the facilities we had paid for and expected to enjoy. To seek assistance and share my grievances, I contacted Hilton guest service during my stay, but I was advised to call back after completing my stay, giving the hotel an opportunity to rectify the situation. Following their guidance, I called today, but my conversation with the guest service representative was unsatisfactory. Not only did they fail to offer any assistance, but they also hung up the phone while I was explaining the circumstances.

This place was incredible! Clean, bright and affordable. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate and help us. We are a family of 6 with a dog and we were perfectly comfortable in our room. Morning breakfast was a great bonus! They had a well stocked amenities area. Keep up the good work!

We recently stayed at this hotel for work. We had 25 rooms rented and Tammy did an amazing job setting it all up. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. Every morning during breakfast the ladies who brought everything out were always very friendly and asking if we needed anything. Our company stays in a lot of hotels and this hotel stay was by far in the top five of our stays. Thank you to Tammy and your Team from our Team!!!

The shower so happy with the water pressure. Hilton for the most part put those water saver devices in and it takes 30 minutes in there just to wash my hair. This place had excellent water pressure. The only con was the swing on bath door and the supper low potty. It was like using a child’s potty. Not good on old people knees almost had to call someone for a hand up. Room was very clean nice kitchen except coffee maker didn’t work. It’s ok just went to lobby so as not to wake hubby. Breakfast was good. I love that pets are allowed I couldn’t bring mine 1 gets car sick so I keep them together at home We had a great getaway.

Our travel volleyball team (Top Caliber VB Club) stayed here this past weekend for a travel tournament in Myrtle Beach. This hotel/facility was WONDERFUL! It is less than a 10 min drive from the MB sports complex/convention center (very easy drive). So close to the mall and lots of eating choices. We had 25+ families from our VB club staying here and every one of them had a great experience. The kitchen/breakfast staff we must RAVE about as they had plenty for our athletes and families to choose from each morning. They kept everything well stocked (even for our our early AM call time to the venue of 7:15am!) Tammy, the director of sales at this hotel was beyond GREAT to work with (I give her 5 stars just on her communication, organization and friendliness!) We WILL be back again next year to this hotel. (and it was BEAUTIFUL and CLEAN, very well taken care of!) Highly recommend!

I will definitely stay in this hotel. The room was very clean. The beds are comfortable and as a nice touch, bleach wipes were placed by the tv remotes. The bathrooms were clean and with good water pressure. The furnishings were in good shape and comfortable. The location of the hotel was very close to malls and restaurants.

Really great staff here! Front desk staff was very helpful, pleasant, and knowledgeable. Breakfast was presented with care and attention to detail. Very impressed with how hard the breakfast staff works! Hotel was very clean from the lobby to the rooms. It's in a quiet location and very close to Grand Park for baseball. We will definitely be back!

Amazing Hotel! Nora at the front desk was so courteous and helpful. She made my friend and I feel very welcomed. The room was big and clean! Had a kitchen area with a full size fridge. My room had a nice view of the lake. Every area of this hotel was in pristine condition. Complimentary breakfast was a nice touch. They really do a good job of maintaining this property. There is shuttle service to the airport and Thomas the driver was friendly. If I could give 10 stars I would. Book it!

This hotel was in a great location. Walking distance to the Mall and restaurants. The staff was nice and friendly. Super fast check in and we didn't have to wait until 3 PM to check in. A room was ready before noon and they let us check in early. I have stayed at the Waldorf Astoria in Atlanta. The room that we had at this Homewood Suites looked much better than a 5 star hotel. It was spacious and updated. I would definitely stay her again.

Wonderful place with the nicest staff. Good hot breakfast with healthy choices for my husband. Pet friendly and rooms with plenty of space for animal crates etc. There's a nice grassy area close by. Love that the shower head was mounted high enough for most taller people. The evening reception was a nice way to wind down after a long day. Will definitely be back.

This is a very nice hotel starting with the front desk staff. They are very nice and welcoming when you come into the hotel and check in and check out was seamless. The room was very nice, modern, and clean. My only complaints are that the water pressure in the shower was very low, the bed was slightly uncomfortable, and the pillows are extremely thin. I would stay here again.

Clean establishment, convenient in-suite amenities and professional staff! The shuttle to and from the airport operates on demand and can even take you to locations within a walking radius, which is super thoughtful! The pool is very family friendly and has extra outdoor seating with grills and firepits. Not to mention, it's across from the Coastal Mall so the location is truly an "all inclusive" convenience. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay!

This hotel is new and very close to restaurants and shopping. But what we appreciated the most was the super clean room and very comfortable beds, pillows, even the sofa bed for my soon. This was a quick trip but our 2nd stay at this location. Staff are all friendly. Breakfast is good too. I highly recommend this location. We will come back.again!

Hotel is located right by the mall and about 10 min from broadway. Although I clean completely as I enter any hotel room and do not use provided linens or towels, the rooms were very clean and everything updated. Check in was quick and they fixed a mistake they made immediately. Staff at the front, breakfast, and cleaning were so pleasant and friendly. Everyone made you feel welcomed. Room comes with a refrigerator, stove, microwave utensils, kitchen table, coffee, and everything else you would need for an extended stay. There's snacks and wine downstairs available for purchase. You also receive complimentary cookies and water upon arrival. Overall a great stay, would definitely recommend.

Definitely a better stay than just being on the beach. I was welcomed upon entry into the hotel and the room smelled really good, with excellent cleaning service. I enjoyed the location of the hotel as everything was within a close distance, weather it was a cape shop, grocery store, shopping mall, Starbucks, gas station, great winery. The hotel was definitely a 5 ⭐️ hotel and would stay every time I visit. Thanks to the staff who all contributes to the day to day operations of the business, excellent job!!!

When we travel we always choose the Homewood Suites by Hilton. The first time we entered we were very impressed with the lobby. The staff is always cordial, helpful and very friendly. They also serve a great breakfast every morning and a social evening on Wednesday night with an exceptional dinner and Wine, in a special location meant for dining and socializing, at no cost. The other amenities, I will mention a couple, A large room with high end exercise equipment, also an outside area with a beautiful pool, comfortable lounge chairs, and an area of outdoor grills and tables with umbrellas.
