I
stayed
at
the
hotel
from
July
1st
to
July
4th.
During
our
stay,
my
family
and
I
encountered
several
issues
that
significantly
impacted
our
experience.
Firstly,
upon
entering
our
room,
we
discovered
a
large,
sticky,
and
discolored
spot
on
the
carpet,
approximately
10
inches
in
diameter.
Considering
I
was
traveling
with
my
young
children,
including
a
1-year-old
who
still
crawls
on
the
floor,
I
was
deeply
concerned
about
their
safety.
I
immediately
contacted
the
hotel
desk
to
request
a
room
change,
emphasizing
the
potential
harm
to
my
children.
However,
I
was
informed
that
the
hotel
was
fully
booked
and
no
alternative
accommodations
were
available.
The
next
morning,
I
personally
visited
the
front
desk
to
address
the
issue
again,
and
I
was
assured
that
the
carpet
would
be
shampooed
promptly.
Unfortunately,
when
we
returned
to
the
room
later
in
the
day,
no
action
had
been
taken,
and
the
sticky
spot
remained.
To
make
matters
worse,
my
son
accidentally
stepped
in
the
spot,
raising
concerns
about
potential
exposure
to
harmful
substances.
When
I
returned
to
the
front
desk
to
express
my
dissatisfaction,
I
was
met
with
a
prolonged
absence
of
staff
for
over
15
minutes.
Eventually,
someone
returned
and
informed
me
that
they
were
short-staffed
and
unable
to
assist
at
the
moment,
promising
to
address
the
matter
later
in
the
evening.
Dishearteningly,
upon
our
return
to
the
room,
we
found
that
no
cleaning
had
taken
place,
and
the
sticky
spot
remained
untouched.
Despite
complaining
once
again,
no
resolution
was
provided
that
night.
The
following
morning,
I
made
yet
another
trip
to
the
front
desk,
requesting
room
cleaning
and
specifically
highlighting
the
need
to
address
the
sticky
spot.
Regrettably,
only
the
spot
was
cleaned,
and
the
overall
room
service
was
neglected.
This
forced
us
to
stay
outside
the
hotel
for
the
entire
day,
unable
to
utilize
the
facilities
we
had
paid
for
and
expected
to
enjoy.
To
seek
assistance
and
share
my
grievances,
I
contacted
Hilton
guest
service
during
my
stay,
but
I
was
advised
to
call
back
after
completing
my
stay,
giving
the
hotel
an
opportunity
to
rectify
the
situation.
Following
their
guidance,
I
called
today,
but
my
conversation
with
the
guest
service
representative
was
unsatisfactory.
Not
only
did
they
fail
to
offer
any
assistance,
but
they
also
hung
up
the
phone
while
I
was
explaining
the
circumstances.
