I
can't
believe
this
gem
is
in
"little
old
Wake
Forest"!
We
have
eaten
here
a
few
times,
had
several
different
entrees,
appetizers,
and
breads,
and
everything
is
excellent,
absolutely
delicious.
The
service
is
good,
and
the
staff
is
friendly.
I
highly
recommend
the
Gobi
Manchurian
cauliflower.
I
wasn't
sure
we
would
like
it
but
it
became
an
instant
must-order-every-time
dish.
It's
battered
and
fried
and
tossed
in
a
spiced,
garlicky,
tomato-based
sauce.
For
meat-based
dishes,
we've
had
the
Balti,
the
Korma,
Madras,
and
Biryani,and
all
were
delicious
and
spiced
wonderfully.
They
always
ask
what
level
of
heat
you
prefer
and
do
a
good
job
matching
it.
We
intend
to
try
more
of
the
vegetarian
offerings
on
future
visits
but
the
Aloo
Palak
was
fantastic,
rich
and
full
of
savory
flavor.
And
the
breads!
There
are
several
different
iterations
of
na'an,
a
scrumptious
fried
bread
called
poori,
and
every
order
comes
with
a
complementary
order
of
pappadums
and
condiments.
As
I
said,
the
service
great,
and
we
always
enjoy
our
meals
here.
Highly
recommend!
