I dealt with pawn shops before but never like this. Mike has been up front, honest and transparent. He has a great deal of respect for his customers and his principles are honorable. Natally was so helpful! I had a ton of jewelry I needed a loan on to pay for my storage unit and she patiently went through everything I had and tested it and gave me a great price for a 90day !!! I had several items that were from my grandmas and not real but she didn’t make me feel like a jerk when she tested my stuff! I would 100% come here again, and it turn out I had been here in 2014!! So obviously I keep coming back!

I dont have very much experience selling jewelry and Michael saw right through that. He showed interest in my jewelry and gave me his best opinion and explained on weight/my diamonds and he even asked me to shop around to make sure I got the best I could. I ended up coming right back because Michael had the best attitude and offer. I'm so glad I traveled all the way from Phoenix to such an honest and helpful shop! Definitely recommend if you have anything to sell even if you just want an honest opinion!

I came in to sell valuables and Los the pawn seller was professional, helped get my valuable together and sold them at fair price. The store was clean and staff was friendly. I would recommend using first pawn for all your pawn needs.

They have great customer service, and the staff is always super friendly, helpful, and fair in their offer's to either buy or pawn your items'. Their quaint atmosphere, even though the store might be lacking in square footage they make up for this by having a wide variety of items to chose from. And they are very willing to make a deal you cannot pass up, just ask. So, if you are ever in need of a great local pawn-shop, give this place a try, and ask for Mike, or anyone who is free to help you find exactly what you need.

They were great! Came in for a loan and they were able to get me a nice amount with a fair payment plan. Anytime I had an issue with my payment, they were understanding and worked with me to make arrangements. I would definitely recommend them anytime you need a quick financial solution.

I was just at this pawn shop and the service was spectacular. Me and my fiance came in looking to sell our instrument not knowing they were about to close, and the two gentleman inside were so helpful. They invited us in welcomingly and made sure we knew their reasons for cost and everything. (Despite it being close to closing) GMO and the gentleman in the white shirt have been the best help out of 3 other pawn locations I had been to today. I will definitely be coming back here anytime I have something else to pawn. I recommend this location for anyone who is looking to pawn their items for reasonable pricing.

Don’t waste your time with this store. The lady at the shop was rude as hell and the store smells. She tried telling me that my gold wasn’t real when it in fact is 14k gold and has been pawned before. Just based off my experience it’s safe to assume a majority of the 5 star ratings are fake.

Gmo was really helpful. We were in and out in like 15 minutes and got a good deal on the guitar we were looking at. Store was clean and everything was well organized and clearly labeled. Staff were friendly too.
