The wait to be helped is ridiculously long. The staff moves like snails. I made the mistake of being patient and forgiving the first time, thinking it was just a busy night for them. Ordered a ring. They never called us to pick it up but when we showed up and asked about it, it had been waiting for us for weeks. We waited in the store almost an hour to find this out. Had to send it out to be resized and again, when picking up, had to wait over an hour. I will not waste my time shopping here ever again, and if you care about your time, you shouldn’t either. It’s ridiculous. I’ve worked a lot of retail and tend to be understanding but there’s no excuse for this.

Great place to look for jewelry. In the Chandler village. It a big mall with everything you could ever need.

I had and amazing time at Zales in chandler. Axsana was very helpful and helped me to get my dream jewelry that I always wanted. She also was able to help me get the warranty on my jewelry as well. You have to go to Zales and ask for her Axsana she will make your dreams come true.

My wife and I stopped in to see about getting her wedding ring repaired. We spoke with the store manager who QUICKLY took care of us. Because we have already had this ring repair one other time, the manager spoke with us about letting that ring go and getting a new one. The manager was incredible to work with. She was friendly, helpful and helped my wife and me pick out a ring we loved. No hassle, no pressure, no sales tactics. I would highly recommend stopping in.

I came in last night (1/13/23) and Bobby and Jordanne (?) were working. I was immediately greeted by them, and showed them the ring I wanted. While purchasing the ring, I told them I had a watch from Coach that needed links removed, but the Mall Coach store downstairs refused to touch it since I had purchased it at the Outlet Mall. They happily offered to take the links out for me. They got the length right, and I was on my way. Thank you for going above and beyond with service when you didn't have to. I will be returning. Getting repairs is a hassle. Even though there are instructions of what to repair, it's still not completed. If I don't have my original receipt from over a decade ago, staff can't find my warranty. Do better Zales

Purchase my fiancee engagement ring. The staff was great.

I took my diamond engagement ring in for the 6 month check. They couldn’t find my husband’s phone number in the system. Asked if the ring was purchased at this location. No it wasn’t. Then they couldn’t find his name in the system. Finally found him in the system. Handed me back my ring, I had to ask if it looked ok. And to top it off .... they didn’t even clean it! If I could give zero stars I would. Won’t be going back to this location. Terrible service!

Nora made our visit excellent! She was so kind, accommodating, and patient with us. She showed us so many styles and didn’t hesitate when we were unsure of styles for rings. I would highly recommend requesting her.

Excellent service, had a ring crack on the back side of the band. Zales offered two options, advised me of the price for each and offered no pressure. Once chosen they took photos of my ring, promised a repair date and gave me a receipt. They also emailed me copies of the work order and the photos taken. It arrived back on the day they promised all repaired. Again they took photos and then I paid for the repair When I got home there was email with the new photos and a coupons towards a future purchase. Very nice and professional.

Couldn't be more disappointed with the lack of attention to detail. Brought my rings in 2 separate times and got them back each time with the orders incomplete. I requested one of my "gold" rings be rhodium plated, they sent it away for 2 weeks to have done, charged me for it yet it was NEVER done. I am now informed that's not something they do??? Huh?? Now of course, not surprising, they won't refund my money unless I make a 3rd trip into their store. If I could give 0 stars I would.

My first purchase from here, and I found a great Mother’s Day gift for my wife who love’s ankle bracelets. It was Cute dainty and very pretty overall she loved it. I was able to use the online chat with an advisor which was very easy to confirm the item was in stock at the store. In was able to walk in after work and walk out pretty quickly. I had great customer service from the woman who helped me she knew were her products were and made my purchase very easy. I really appreciate the good customer service the worst thing you can have when your first make a purchase from a new store is terrible customer service. I would recommend this place.
