While
the
store
is
good
and
the
team
members
are
great
-
the
handicap
accessibility
lacks
insight
or
empathy.
2
of
the
4
carts
are
broken
no
longer
giving
visual
battery
or
charging
levels.
3
of
the
4
do
not
hold
a
charge.
When
entering
the
store
we
have
to
fight
our
way
upstream
into
the
folks
checking
out
and
trying
to
leave
the
store.
The
cord
for
plug
in
are
low
to
the
ground
and
twisted
between
machines.
I
can
no
longer
visit
the
store
alone
because
of
the
challenges
presented.
I
encourage
you
to
view
this
as
though
you
were
me.
A
woman
with
Multiple
Sclerosis,
which
causes
you
balance
and
endurance
issues.
So
now
you
have
to
push
past
incoming
carts,
children
and
people
leaving
the
store.
You
then
have
to
try
to
find
a
cart
that
says
it
is
charged,
then
you
have
to
get
low
dig
out
the
cord
and
get
it
unplugged.
Then
you
have
to
be
very
quick
in
and
out
of
the
store
because
there
is
a
75%
chance
you
have
a
cart
that
will
die
at
any
moment.
Leaving
you
in
a
back
corner
of
the
store.
To
be
fair
this
is
not
just
an
issue
with
this
store.
Every
Target
in
the
Tucson
area
has
unreliable
carts
and
inaccessible
outlets.
A
little
change
could
make
a
huge
impact
for
those
of
us
with
mobility
issues.
Maybe
you
can
mount
the
surge
protectors
so
we
can
get
to
them
easily.
Replace
carts
as
they
break
or
become
unreliable.
For
this
store
in
particular
maybe
move
the
gift
registry
kiosk
to
the
corner
you
have
the
carts
shoved
into
and
plug
the
carts
in
closer
to
the
door
with
more
space
to
maneuver.
Little
things
can
make
big
improvements
in
our
ability
to
access
and
enjoyably
shop
at
the
Marana
Target.
