As far as places to live are concerned, its hard to find a better location than San Tan Village area of Gilbert, Arizona. I feel as though you can get to everything relatively quickly. On the property Matt & Cecilia are first class. Really good people who care about who lives here because they do too. It make a difference with staff living on site. However, please STOP claiming the property is "Resort" like in setting & amenities.Neighboring properties can make this claim but Vistara should not. All the Outdoor furnishings are below par. each cushions covers should be replace. These are nasty. Stained, horribly faded, smell bad & just dont meet the standard for "resort" settings anywhere. The site manager struggles to keep her word regarding numerous issues & handles disputes or challenges like she's running a kindergarten. Policy should not reduce my privileges due to others not being able to abide the rules. One person should never be aloud to affect the livability of others in any living setting. If they cannot adhere to basic rules & common decency. Punish that person - not everyone else in the process. Passive Aggressive Management doest work never has nor will it! Finally, the closing the entire outdoor lounge & pool area for "once a week" cleaning? Why does the pool & spa close at 10p? The grills were a mess for 4 or 5 months until recently refurbished. Resort style amenities equates to clean, classy, well maintained, & it means access for those who act appropriately. If not you are removed.

We have been here for two years now, and we have had terrible service when it came to maintenance issues, that is, up until today! Michelle is awesome and fixed 3 issues we have had ongoing, for almost the full two years! It is employees like Michelle that make all the difference in the world. She is a keeper!

Vistara has been a great place to live with the amenities & a fantastic maintenance team. Derrick from the maintenance team has visited my apartment a few times to help me fix some things up. He is consistently nice, creates good conversation and gets the job done quickly. Appreciate him and the team!

I had the pleasure of having Derrick as our apartment maintenance professional, and I couldn't be more satisfied with his service. Derrick is not just a maintenance worker; he's a true professional who takes pride in his work. He's incredibly responsive, efficient, and always goes the extra mile to ensure that everything in our apartment is in perfect working order. His attention to detail and problem-solving skills are impressive. Whenever we've had an issue, Derrick is quick to address it and does so with a friendly and approachable attitude. I genuinely appreciate his dedication to keeping our apartment in top-notch condition.

We had some maintenance issues that needed to be attended and they were able to send Edgar literally that same day. Kind of a unique situation and he took his time to get us situated. I've been a tenant here for almost a year there's little things that make a big difference in communities, and I find that the people I deal with in the office are very professional, helpful, and insightful. Cecilia, in particular has been a tremendous assistance to me recently on numerous occasions, her professionalism in dealing with a compromised bank account situation days before rent was due a few months back has brought me back to the neutral position on management. Cc always greets me with a smile and works and communicates in what I feel is a highly professional manner that this office is greatly in need of. They should double her, clone her to further support all of us. Rjh

I recently had the opportunity to work with Erica Mireles the Business Manager at Vistara to observe a possible engineering issue with one of the apartment units. I was able to access the unit with Erica's help and resolve it. Erica went out of her way to make sure this issue was resolved on behalf of a resident. She really goes the extra yard.
