    Nicholas has been the best trainer for me and my husband! Both my husband and I had been so busy with work and school that we were very out of shape and needed some direction on where to start in getting healthier and fit. Nicholas was very personable and approachable and helped us set realistic goals inside and outside of the gym. Not only did he help us get on track with exercise but he also gave us very simple and helpful meal prep ideas conducive to a healthy lifestyle. Nicholas knows when to push us a little to get to our next goal and also knows when to be more conservative to avoid injury. He met us where we were at and has given us support in the ways we personally need. We can tell he truly cares about us and wants us to succeed! We recommend EveryBitFit and especially Nicholas as a trainer!

    I have been out of a good workout routine for a few years and realized to get back into one, I’d need some help staying focused and accountable. On a whim I tried out the free training session with Zach and then he paired me with Nicholas. Now I’m hooked - the highlight of my week is going to workout. Nicholas modifies my workouts to meet my needs and goals and constantly checks in with me to see how I’m feeling, pump me up, or give me nutrition advice. He’s an awesome trainer who is passionate for what he does. He’s shown me some advance moves that target different muscle groups and explains his reasoning for a specific exercise. He knows his craft, but is also a blast to hang out with while you work out. You won’t be disappointed going to him. The gym is pristine, and everyone who walks in there has a smile on their face. Sometimes you just gotta invest in yourself - this is one of those times and EveryBitFit is the perfect partner for that journey!

    I have been coming to this gym for about 6 months and am so happy I discovered it. My trainer is Nicholas and he is great. I highly recommend Nicholas if you're looking for a friendly and professional trainer! He motivates me and keeps me on track, but keeps everything really fun at the same time. The atmosphere at this gym is friendly and everyone is great to be around. Clean facility. Eclectic music. A+ spot.

    Absolutely thrilled with my experience at Everybitfit! The emphasis on accountability and routines has truly made a positive impact on my fitness journey. Nicholas, my trainer, does an outstanding job. His ability to blend motivation with enjoyable routines has kept me consistently engaged and excited about my workouts. Highly recommend for those who appreciate a personalized and fun approach to fitness!

    I recently started training here. I’ve been working out with Nick, who is knowledgeable, professional, and has amazing energy. The workouts are challenging and motivating. I highly recommend Nick as a personal trainer. All the trainers are friendly and the facility is clean. I immediately felt comfortable here.

    Working out with Zach has become an important part of my weekly fitness routine for both my physical and mental health. He has an easy going nature which makes the workouts enjoyable while being very challenging. His workouts are always different but focused on what my goals are. I am getting stronger and have better muscle definition, thanks to his tailored workouts.

    A review from someone who hates exercise: Truthfully, I wanted to give a 4.5 star rating, but Google wouldn’t allow that so since my concerns aren’t a huge deal I chose to give the extra points. I struggle from severe depression and anxiety, and one of the things people have told me to do to get better is to exercise. I’ve tried so many things over the years; therapy, in patient programs, ketamine treatments, antidepressants, etc. and as much as I hate to say it, this has helped me the most. I kept putting it off because I didn’t want to, but since I’ve started actually doing it, I’ve noticed a noteworthy change. While it’s hard work and it takes effort and commitment, it really is worth it. The team is all really nice and helpful, but my trainer Nicholas really goes over and beyond. I can’t even begin to say how positive, kind, and supportive he is. He’s a tough trainer but also genuinely cares about you and your progress. He’s one of those unique people who really does care. You can just tell right away when you speak to him. He’s very passionate and knowledgeable about everything and is patient and understanding as well. 10/10 recommendation for him. I truly believe you couldn’t find a better trainer. He’s helped me see that my goals aren’t impossible, and are actually achievable. My only complaints are that A. It’s too hot in the building, which is kind of important in such an environment considering the fear of over heating, and B. (I’m not sure if this applies to other trainers so I can’t speak for them) there’s been several times where we’ve each had the schedule marked down for different times or he’s asked me to change it. I don’t really mind this since it works out with my schedule, but I can see how it could be inconvenient for others, so I thought I would mention it. I’m already noticing significant changes in the two months I’ve been going. I’ve had chronic shoulder pain for thirteen years and it’s finally getting better. It might be hard work, but coming from someone who’s a novice, where this really isn’t my element, it’s worth it. Also, there’s a really cute puppy, so bonus points for that.

    EVERYBITFIT is, in summary, *everything* fitness!! Recently I've been training with Azalia on Thurs/Sat, Ben on Mon/Wed/Fri, and Blake on Tues. for the last few weeks (after going to a couple of Azalia's bootcamp sessions off and on over the past year, I'm convinced that, with their years of experience + friendly motivation and good vibes, working with them almost daily is definitely going to push me towards achieving the kind of body goals I currently have). I signed up for the monthly plan and every day since, the progress I've made with them and myself only makes me want to reach for more! All the trainers here offer unique and very effective workouts/classes, and I definitely recommend stopping in for at least one of their classes per week, if not more. Azalia is 100% amazing, she really cares about her clients, and will most definitely push everyone to do their best- in the most healthy, uplifting way possible! Ben is extremely friendly, very helpful with explanation of workouts and form, and can definitely be relied on to help you feel the burn in every muscle- every time! I'm recently new to Blake's classes (he's fun, and very easygoing!) and I'm already looking forward to them every week- they're definitely high intensity and it's exactly what I'm looking for! Zach and his team will never disappoint, so I definitely implore anyone interested to stop in or call to make an appointment- it's 100% worth it, every day! (P.S.- thank you guys for always pushing me to work harder towards my health goals! I know that with your knowledge, help and motivation, and my growing enthusiasm for EveryBitFit, one day I will reach and then surpass them to achieve even more!)
