Update: over 3 months of management failing to resolve the roach problem in building 4 (and others, allegedly). I put in several maint requests, the first being almost immediately after moving in, as well as emails, when that went unanswered. Every time, i was told someone would come out (which didn't happen). They eventually sprayed my apartment once but failed to spray any others, which is clearly where the issue is coming from. So, the roaches appeared again like clockwork. The exterminator even told me, it wasn't my apartment, I had no sanitation or cleanliness issues. The couple downstairs waited even longer than i, and stopped paying rent, the conditions were so bad. It's unsanitary and the health dept needs to be involved. I feel terrible for people who cannot afford to fight it and have to live there ). Lasty, in the entire almost 4 months, not a single resident was able to use the gym. They give a fake code or play stupid altogether and wont provide acccess. Clearly, mgmt doesn't want residents dirtying or messing it up. The gym is only for luring potential residents. Don't expect to ever use it Op- Do not do it! I've been here about a month and I been overcharged twice and lied to and brushed off repeatedly. And trust, I have communications documenting all of it. From day one I couldn't even get access to my apartment with the movers waiting because the property manager wouldn't give me any help and just hides. And I was coming from our of state with my service animal in the car. If they do response, they just makes stuff up to get you off their back. It took almost a month (and groveling) to get my mail box key. Every other week is a demand for more money with no explanation or a threatening letter on your door (after ONE month!). Still waiting for the amenities access code since they can't even send a link . Everything is an issue. And everyone here is complaining about it now so it's probably about time for them to change management companies (names) again.

Verrano Park has all to recommend it; pool, dog park, security patrol, workout room, computers with printer And management, good. Maria Arredondo is so dedicated. Only annoying thing is their valet garbage removal; it's mandatory and you are charged for it. Some folks have bugs so when they put out their garbage their roaches migrate. That was my only issue. Pool and spa are opened all year. Laundry room is open 24/7. I regret moving.

We left the Verrano Park 6 weeks ago. At the time we left, we got an itemized document that told us how much of our deposit we would get back - close to $1,000. Despite acknowledging they owe us the money, they have not returned it to us; in a time where money like that counts. What is really worse than that, we have made call after call, no one picks up, left voicemail after voicemail, no call back, and sent email after email with no response. If you live here, this is the service you will get.

Love it here! When I was first looking for apartments for rent, Verrano was far and away the best priced. Application process was nice and easy, and April was very helpful and answered any questions I had. The complex itself is amazing, lots of trees and shade between the buildings. It’s so quiet as well, at all hours of the day all you can hear is the wind through the trees. Maintenance requests are answered quickly and efficiently, and management has an open door whenever you need help or have a question. The community feels like home as soon as you step in.

Clean property, great landscaping crew, pool is clean and almost always open. High speed Internet and trash valet are included.

I had so much fun in the pool with my cousins, and we also loved letting our dogs have fun in the dog park

I love living here. This is actually my third time, and I will say that they have made some vast improvements! Safe, quiet and wonderful front office who responds VERY quickly to any issues you might be having. I would recommend these apartments to anyone who is interested in moving to Tucson. Affordable as well! I could not be happier and will be here for some time.

Call before sending this Shoddy place any money. Apparently prices are subject to change when you actually speak to someone at the office, online prices are way off, info is NOT accurate. Just got duped for $200 App/Reg Fee.Their are scams afoot with this place and with property management in general. BEWARE.

Super super nice landlord. I just suggest if you are living not in AZ, you better have someone walk through. Do not for two seconds think it's exactly what it is.... Research.. research and research.. the landlord is probably one of the nicest people I've met. I just dislike issues that aren't resolved. I'm not entirely used to things falling apart as much, and to be honest I expect better quality if I'm paying you 1000$+ then my appliances, and everything should be immaculate. Standard of living in the apartments compared to other states is definitely different. Super nice property and amenities, but it's not my cup of tea. The gym and pool and spa and dog park probably top quality compared to any others I've visited. Just wish there was more personal one on one. Wish there was more desire to please than desire to persuade for $$.

Close to 10 years living here at Verrano Parks. With my Dasmen Rewards I was able to upgrade my studio. Thanks to Maria and Alleeson for their great job on handling customer's requests and issues quickly and professionally. Their positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile for customers is appreciated. 🙂
