Great place for all your car and truck needs. only a few things I've come across they weren't able to get. Also they can supply you with almost anything you need for your atv, tractor, and heavy duty equipment needs. Great quality parts and tools.

NAPA Auto Parts is usually the best place for hard to find auto parts in Payson. The guys there are extremely helpful and will send you elsewhere if they don't have your part. They would be my first Auto parts store to go to if their prices were more competitive.

Best customer service I have ever received from the guys here, outstanding job with helping me get all the right parts for my alternator and finding out how to replace some wiring for it. Didn't just watch me from inside but came outside to see if I was okay, my 10 year old son was "I like this place better, they help you dad". Thank you guys and thank you for getting me back on the road.

Didn't have the spark plugs I needed but said they could order it. Plenty of other things to choose from however.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Parts availability seems pretty good. Hours are terrible for anyone with a normal job.
