I thought they would be good based on the reviews. I was slowly transferring over my kids to this clinic to have them be there Primary Care Provider. Had one more kid to go, appointment was today @ 2:00pm. Showed up a 1:55pm then were seen for the vitals. by around 2:10. Waiting in the exam room till 2:40 and nothing. I decide to peak my head and ask a nurse what was going on. Only then do they decide to tell me that the Dr. has an emergency in one of the other exam room and would be another 30 minutes. Why I had to peak and ask before anything is communicated is beyond me. I guess they think people don't have things to do and only their time is valuable. If you value your time I'd look elsewhere. I'll be finding another primary care provider for my kids.

AVOID AT ALL COST. Worst place ever. I’m a type one diabetic. I’ve been waiting for my Prescription for over a week. I called to speak with a manager. They gave me the run around. I finally got a hold of him. And he told me it’s not his responsibility to make sure people get prescription. Very unprofessional. He needs to step up as a manager. Avoid at all Cost very poorly ran

I love the care service provided here from all staff members. The front desk ladies are always polite and seem to enjoy their job. Sultan Ayoub has been seeing my two children for around 3 or 4 years now and he's always polite, takes the time to talk to them while checking them and he always explain to me in detail what to do whenever there is a concern. My husband and I also see Joann Vitiello and she's really great. She takes the time on each visit to explain to us the results of our lab test and what to do to improve our health. I definitely recommend this place for family health care!

It would be nice to find a doctor's office in this town that cares enough about its patients to at least try to keep appointment times. This isn't one. 45 minutes and counting.

First time I took my son was the last time as well. Everything felt so rushed, they don't care at all. All they care about is money. Dr didn't even check my son, he and front desk werent very welcoming. I recommend going to banner health they treat you so much better and they actually care and treat your kids amazing there.

Omg the wait time is inexcusable!! Appointment was at 12, didn’t go to the back until 12:50, had to ask reception what was going on and at that time they told me they were running behind. I advised her I would’ve liked to have known that when I checked in and she said next time. Get to the back and had to wait an additional 45 min to be seen. Welp, they are always running behind based on these reviews!!!! or they are scheduling multiple patients for one time. This is the second time this has happened and it’s unacceptable!!!! Management needs to get involved!!!

My children have been seen at this clinic since we moved to Maricopa in 2009. The staff, doctor's, and nurse practitioners have always been great at explaining diagnosis outcomes, concerns, and follow up treatments. I highly recommend this clinic for all your health-care needs, from children to adults! Great staff and clean facility! We love Southwestern Pediatrics and Family care!!

Shout out to everyone at this office! The front desk is amazing and always sweet. The doctors, nurses and techs are all super nice and caring. Appts. are very thorough and they take their time with patients. I never feel rushed. A special thank you to Christina for being amazing during my blood draw. I appreciate your patience and care!

The service was great, the experience was wonderful. Happy faces and clean environment. Took their time and gave very detailed information about being healthy. From the front desk, nurses, and to the Dr very pleasant appointment. My Kids were very comfortable with everyone.

I came in late expecting the worst. Instead, i was greeted with a smile and was told we will get you in in a few min. i didnt even sit down and was welcomed in. any one who walked by asked if i needed anything and told me the nurse would be right in. Within a minute i was greeted. Although they were busy, i never felt rushed or hurried. Thank you guys!!! Great staff!!! All A's!!!

Staff was very helpful and the doctor answered all my questions. It was the most in depth annual physical I have ever had. My family with two children go to this practice and I would them recommend for all ages.

My son is provided just the most exceptional care by Dr Sultan Ayoub, the support staff and other medical professionals are absolutely wonderful. It’s comforting knowing how much Sultan appreciates Medicine, his approach is just exquisite. I look forward to many more years with this amazing practice.

I was in this place since we move her from Phoenix, as a mom I know what’s the best for our child, we want the best one for them and when I met Dr DIJORGE he was terrible and I have a first impression with him that he has an attitude towards us and his eyes is rolling every time we ask him about the condition of my son, to make the story short August of this year2023 I bring my son for check up because his coughing and have some fever he diagnosed my son has bronchitis and he give him albuterol and then we came back every single week or two untill today December 6,2023 he keep on telling us that he has bronchitis he just need rest and drinks lots of fluids and continue the albuterol until Monday of December 4,2023 he said my son has bronchitis and asthma, and I always ask him for any antibiotics or medicine to make my son totally heal, but his answer is the same I’m so worried and confused of what’s happening I search him on google and look if he is really a doctor yes he is, but I have a feeling that there’s something wrong, untill today December 6,2023 10:15 am he diagnosed my son again for PNEUMONIA 😡and he said that we need to bring my son to the hospital? Really? He’s not giving anything for my son to get better and now he told us to bring him to hospital because he has pneumonia? This is crazy untill sultan ayoub explain everything that we don’t need to bring my son to the hospital and he give amoxicillin to drink , there you go why it takes for this doctor to give my son medicine? I don’t think he’s a doctor the way he’s attitude towards us is unbelievable he close and bang the door hard because his mad 😡 he needs to get out in there, good thing sultan ayoub came in and explained everything, I need to send message to better business bureau for that stupid doctor, please guys don’t bring your kids to Dr DIJORGE he is not human being.

This place is absolutely amazing. My son is completely terrified of Doctors and doctor's offices and screams the whole time anyone is near him. I get very anxious but the office staff and Dr. Sultan make me feel a lot more at ease when I am there. They treat and handle my son with extreme care and patience. Also, when Dr. Sultan was showing my son how he was going to listen to his heart, he used me as an example and actually ended up hearing an abnormality in my heart which I was totally unaware about. Very thankful for him going above and beyond and making sure we are all healthy.

Been going to this practice since my granddaughter was born in 2010. It has grown. Great service always. Always friendly Staff.

We’ve been coming here since moving to Maricopa. All of the staff is attentive & welcoming. They just updated the waiting room with kids toys & our toddler LOVES it. I definitely recommend coming here.

This doctors office never lets me down. Whether it’s long term medical goals, short notice appointments or emergency appointments, they are always so accommodating! All the providers are great and knowledgeable!

Worst customer service ever. Waited for 4 days for a 330 appt on Saturday. The reception changed appt time to 230 without notice. I already scheduled it for 330 on Saturday. They did Send a text message changing appt to 230 without checking with me. Totally inconsiderate. I showed up at 3pm supposedly a 1/2 hour early to find out I’m late and they cancelled my appt. I could understand the confusion but no attempt was even made to fit me in. This is unacceptable. I have a family of three looking for a new provider and you think I am trusting their care to trashy doctors like this, think they are ever going to set foot in that office, the way we were disregarded. What doctor does that. UNACCEPTABLE !!Your practice has slot of nerve. The care was needed and your office discarded me like a piece of trash over poor communication on your staff’s irresponsibility. Shame on you

Great office!! Dr. DiGeorge is wonderful. He brought such a warm and positive energy to the room and made our visit delightful. I highly recommend him!

Office staff was kind and courteous. Glad that this office treats all ages. Its a one stop shop for the whole family. Ive been with my current pediatrician for 10 years but I am seriously considering moving my kids health care needs to this location because I had such a great experience. It seems that a lot of the staff are bilingual which is great because my husband's first language is Spanish. Both the Doctors and staff made me feel that my health and concerns were important and I never felt rushed.

Outstanding staff, Dr DiGeorge (Dr Detroit- lol) is so easy to talk to. My daughter likes him too, HA. Just need more kids’ related programming on the TV maybe and some toys, kids books perhaps. Otherwise- great !!!!

Amazing doctors and staff and listen to all of your concerns and do not hesitate to send you to a specialist. My whole family goes here and they are just so unbelievably kind and they make you feel like you're heard and respected
