Pretty nice ballpark overall. The best things about it are the dome and value-priced food and drink. It was 100 degrees outside when we went and when gates opened, the inside of the closed dome was nicely air conditioned and felt great. Then, when the game was about to start, the dome was opened which made it much prettier. Once we entered the stadium, we were never hot (only while waiting in line for it to open). They have the best valued concessions in baseball, with $2 hot dogs, sodas, popcorn, and more. I had plenty of $4 value beers (Coors Light) myself, but those were harder to come by. The value items are available at any of the Doubleheaders locations, and while I was able to get the value beer at a couple of them, most will tell you that you can only get it at the one near section 134. Now, for my biggest annoyance. I’m from St. Louis and the Cardinals are willing to sell tickets very cheaply ($5-10) just to fill out the stadium. Not the case with the Diamondbacks. Even though the stadium was open to full capacity, there were very few fans there – mostly Cardinals fans – but I had to pay over $60 per ticket. There isn’t a strong secondary market for tickets either, so don’t expect to score cheap tickets on StubHub. So basically, you might save money on concessions, but you’ll end up paying it back with the ticket price.

It's been over three years since I went to a live baseball game. I almost forgotten how fun it is to watch a live baseball game. My visits to this excellent ballpark was on 09/12 and 09/13. I have to say that Chase Field was very enjoyable to watch Dodger games. The ballpark itself was very well designed and fan friendly. The staff was very hospitable and friendly. Although I made a bucket list to visit as many ballparks as possible, I definitely will have to come back here again. LET'S GO DODGERS!

Fantastic experience at the Ballpark! Great view. Fabulous drinks. Tipped up the elevator to see the new bar n grill, Cold Beers and Cheeseburgers, and it is incredible. $25 and $50 seats give you a view of the game plus a meal. Definitely recommend

This was my first time visiting Chase Field. The venue is very beautiful on the inside. Every seat provides you with an amazing view. There were plenty of events happening throughout the game. The only thing that kept this place from being a five star is the price of food at the concessions. I purchased two meals at Chic fil and the cost was $42. I'm talking about one chicken sandwich, 8 piece chicken nuggets, one order of fries and two regular soft drinks. Just my thoughts.

Chase Field is a very nice stadium! The temperature outside was over 90 degrees but with the roof closed and air conditioning, it felt like it was in the 70’s. They have lots of different food options, including value menu items that don’t break your wallet (including hot dogs, corn dogs, popcorn and sodas). It was fun to see an actual pool inside the stadium, that apparently can be reserved only by large parties.

Great venue and employees. Fun stadium to visit. If and when they start, there use to be a nice tour of it. Recently watched a football bowl game there. The upper deck was actually a nice view, but don't go above row 25, if you are over 35.

Diamondbacks VS Reds game 8/26/23 section 133 row 2 seat 20. It was my first MLB game. Chase field is a nice stadium, and it is definitely a plus that the roof is not open, so the sun/heat is not beating down on everyone during early games. The game was very close. Diamondbacks were winning until the last inning and allowed the Reds to catch up. The game went to extra innings and ended up having 11 innings. The stadium is pretty large. Concessions are pricey, approx $10 for a fountain drink, and approx $16 for a beer with a tip round up to approx $19-20. Scoop of ice cream In a waffle bowl is $10. Team shop inside had a great deal for 2 for $15 on mini bats/foam fingers. Nice stadium and great overall first-time experience.

This review is for the tour. It was awesome! Definitely recommend this to everyone, well worth it even if you are not a baseball fan. You get to go through the places not accessible normally. Make to get Kevin as your guide. He was informative and a great sense of humor.

I had the chance to attend an Arizona Diamondbacks baseball game at Chase Field in Phoenix. This is the first baseball game I've been to in quite some time. The entire Chase stadium is very nice on the inside. We sat in the Home Run porch seats beyond right field, which gave us a good view of the game and easy access to the nearby restaurants. The stadium has a rather wide assortment of places to get food and beverages. We were also lucky to be able to order a few free items and have them delivered to us, although that isn't available everywhere. The staff was friendly and attentive, the game was good, and the stadium is in excellent condition.

Arrived two hours early so spent some time at the cheeseburgers and brew house. You can enter without a ticket, have a meal and then watch some of the game. With a ticket you can have a meal, watch the people stream in and then go find your assigned seat. I found parking just across the street. 20 dollars. I didn't buy a lot from the consessions. Bottles of water are 7 dollars. I can't even imagine what actual food would cost. Eat before you come of you are price conscious. Otherwise there is a huge variety of food items and everything looked and smelled great. Event staff was welcoming upon entry. Helpful in locating our seats. Fun activities in between innings and the organ interludes were wonderful. Overall a good event center. Love the new pitch clock as well. Speeds up the game.

Went to the Diamondbacks Twins game! So much fun. Got to see a grand slam from the Dbacks! The stadium is great. Such a fun place to visit. Great crowd on Father's Day. The men even got free shirts just for being at the game on Father's Day. We had a blast!

TAKE ME OUT TO THE BALL GAME!!! Always a good time at the ballpark, brew in hand and excitement in the air. So much activity here. It's more than just a ballpark, it's the nostalgia only baseball can provide. Cold beer, the smell of popcorn and peanut shells crunching beneath your feet as you settle into your seat. What better to spend an afternoon or evening? Certainly one of the greatest entertainment and cultural institutions in America. Let's play ball!

Very nice stadium. Came here for a cubs/D-backs game and got a good tan from the game. Came in an Uber so not sure on parking but make sure if you bring a lady, that her purse be the size of her phone. They have lockers to rent but they are real sticklers on the bags.

Fun stadium. They keep the temperature inside comfortable for fans especially on hot days. Roof is closed and AC is on. There were plenty of misting stations outside the park to keep fans cool too. Ballpark food seemed a bit more affordable than most ballparks.

We thankfully went on a night the roof was open and I have to say the stadium is beautiful. If the roof had been closed it might have felt a little claustrophobic but last night was not the case. Pretty decent beer selection, great food, and lots of opportunities for families/children to experience the game. The tickets were fairly priced and I felt like we had great seats to experience the game. Would recommend!

Great place to watch a game. Food was good and the value options are nice. Just ask for jalapeños and extra cheese on your nachos. My order was a sad one, they were busy so probably forgot to ask when I ordered for jalapeños. You can bring in snacks so that is a great plus and makes me support the team even more that they know what it costs to attend a game.

Probably the biggest drawback to attending a baseball game at Chase Field is that the home team, the Arizona Diamondbacks, have a tough time winning. However, good seats can be purchased easily, especially behind the visiting team dugout. Security is great. Food service is great. Chase Field employees are knowledgeable and polite. Parking....well, it's Phoenix so there are more cars than people. The Chase field parking garages are worth the $20 because saving $5 to park 2 blocks away isn't worth walking in 115F heat. Save up your money (a lot) and go enjoy a ballgame.

We had a great time at the ballpark! Easy to get in and out and parking fees very reasonable! Lots of food venues to choose from inside the stadium! Nice cool temperature inside! Thank goodness since it was a blistering hot day in Phoenix when we went. Overall, this is an awesome stadium!

Not really a D-Backs fan, but having been here on two occasions I am continually amazed by the complexity of the stadium. I was eager to give a 5 star review ,as it is an outstanding multipurpose complex, but the atmosphere from the home fans needs to increase. Get behind you team!

Loved it here! The little arm rest could be better but I really enjoyed watching the Dodgers play here the whole atmosphere was great! The security and bag check were quick and easy. The bag exceptions are a bit smaller than other stadiums but they were very nice to provide lockers and bag check in for 10$. Juan was the one to help me out with that. Super nice guy. Next time I will be prepared to bring a clear bag and smaller than an envelope from what I remember.

Great concert. Good acoustics and comfortable seats. But the entry procedure ^was really slow. Checking for? People were still in line when the show started. Over priced drinks! They were out of premium so they charged premium price for well brand drinks. This is a ball park designed for 40K people not a concrete venue with 60K. So inadequate bathrooms, parking, concessions, etc. But still a great concert

While I might be a hometown fan with a bias, I have been to a few other fields, and I love Chase field the most. The setup is neat, and they are able to open or shut the roof to help stave off the desert 🏜 heat. There are nice displays around the entire field so you can keep track of the game progress

This is my first time going to Chase Field. What an awesome stadium!! The side walls and roof open. There was a nice breeze. The food was great, and the concert was amazing!!!

The one thing you need to figure out if you have a building that is going to host 50,000+ people is parking. WHAT A JOKE! I get it, the Suns were playing too, so what. You are in the big crowd business, have a better plan for parking. We were 1 hour late to our seats and we left the house at 5 pm for a 7 pm start time. $80 for parking at 1 lot close by and he was sold out. You should be ashamed. No wonder the family unit is breaking down, nobody can afford to do anything as a family. The sound was bad but 2 thoughts: - The band brings their own sound system - The building was built for baseball and is 80% (guessing) metal. Either way, the slap-back (sound bouncing of the back wall) was as loud as the sound leaving the speakers and it is impossible to get good clarity in that atmosphere. I was exhausted listening to both concerts .5 seconds apart. Hard to see from the floor. I moved a few rows back so a lady and her husband could see, considering they were under 5.5 feet and I am 6' 2". Horrible hot dog. No wonder the Diamondbacks could not win at home, their hotdogs sucks. Staff for the Billy Joel concert was awesome. So friendly and proactive.

The new MLB rules are awesome! Make a sign before you arrive. We made the mega tron twice!! Then we screamed our faces off at all the action. What a great time! Go D - backs!! Can't wait to go back.

We love going to Chase Field. Our children love the kids' club and playing in the batting cage. The staff is always very polite and helpful. The air conditioning could be cooler for games that have more people. It gets pretty warm in the stadium when more people are in there.

Good stadium. Very clean and designed neatly and organized. A lot of stalls to buy food, can be overpriced bit what can you expect. The seats are basic and overall an amazing stadium!

First time attending this ball park. I loved the close parking, even though it was 110 degrees outside, it was comfortable inside. I bought a frozen water outside and was able to bring it in to the park. They did a good job entertaining the crowd, and it was easy to get there and to leave. lots of good food options as well, I got this enormous hot dog with bacon wrapped around. overall, a positive experience

I always love visiting this arena, I just wish my Cubs could win when I visit 😢 Nevertheless, there is always a lot going on and today was no exception. Hispanic Awareness was celebrated with bands and a great rendition of the National Anthem by the Phoenix Children’s Choir. Several new food offerings; Black Rock Coffee that had a line too long for me to wait (bummer) and Wetzel Pretzels which was disappointing- tasted nothing like what I get at the mall. Of course it’s expensive but all arenas are. One take away, the audio system for the on field entertainment becomes annoying because you can’t understand a word they’re saying. They can’t compete with thousands of patrons talking. Almost best not to even try, it really is too much.

I have been to this stadium for Dbacks games and the world baseball classic and I enjoyed both. I like that this venue has a great atmosphere outside the building before you even get to the game. Inside the views are amazing and the seats are great. The food and drink was also very well done, I will give it a 8.1/10. One thing I really like is the batters eye area with the massive scoreboard. If you are in the area don’t pass up going to a game here.

It was my first time going here and it was great! I love how big it is and how close we were to seeing the game. The staff were friendly and it was an exciting game. It was just the traffic while leaving the game and the cost of food and drinks from the kiosk stands.

  • 4/5 GT B. 10 months ago on Google
A great stadium when it comes to viewing the game, access to food and drinks, and parking located all around the stadium. What I didn't like when comparing to many other MLB stadiums/parks is that it is an indoor park/stadium and is warm during the game. Even if the roof is open you'll only have a view of the sky unlike other stadiums/parks with views of the surrounding city, mountains. I do love the ability to access any part of the park/stadium. Great views from the outfield walkabout.

What’s not to love about a baseball stadium that has an outfield swimming pool? Chase Field is as fun as it gets (well, next to Busch Stadium), and it’s conveniently located in the heart of downtown Phoenix, within easy walking distance of great hotels, restaurants, comedy clubs, and more. Great place to root on your favorite team, with usher staff members who are friendly and make a visitor feel right at home!

Great facility. Food and merch is expensive (as expected). Hot dogs were not that big surprisingly and they were having some issues with beer tap at several stands. Pretty much all employees were very friendly except one guy at food stall who was sarcastic with us. Great views once seated. HUGE scoreboard screen. Parking lots are close to walk to and from ($20). Gift shop was large. So many hats and souvenirs to choose from. Stadium is cashless tho I did see some staff selling food in the stands taking cash… They had machine near restrooms to covert cash to card which is interesting. All in all, a great park with amazing open air design.

Great stadium. Not a bad seat in the house. Dbacks tickets are affordable for families compared to other major league sports.
