Excellent inventory. Fair Prices. An excellent alternative to Costco Membership. Parking is easy. The food court has pizza and churro's. They are doing some remodel additions to the warehouse. SELF checkout lines is a breeze, credit card only at self checkout. If paying with cash you have to go to a normal checkout line.

We waited 20 minutes for the cafe he said "we are all out of full pizzas but we have slices" when we get to the desk basically they had nothing they had vanilla which i just seen served then he said we're out which is not true and i said you should have something out saying what your out of and he said we are closing in 15 minutes and i ask ok then... nevermind then he laughed at us. The employees there are not helpful at all they love getting in the way when you are carrying things to...

Big box retailer selling bulk items at discounted prices. They've adhered completely with all of the preventive measures mandated by the CDC and local government authorities all while doing their best to keep items in high demand in stock. TP was always a challenge to find anywhere since the pandemic started, but I can gladly say that I have found it on the shelf in my last 2 visits. I didn't have to be there at the crack of dawn (pun intended) to do so; walked in late afternoon and there is was. They have very similar items & services as Costco, bakery/tire & battery shop/food court/pharmacy/photo center/rotisserie chickens, but not exactly the same brands. They also, like Costco, have a private label Members Mark brand that saves you even more vs name brands; I recently tried there paper plates/bowls and they were up to par with what Dixie offers. Going back social distancing measures; this is where I can say they are easily a step ahead of the game. It's a convenience that already existed before the pandemic, it's called Scan & Go and makes waiting in line a thing of the past... you scan your items with your phone and checkout right from your phone! Another convenient option is curbside pickup; you don't even need to get out of your car! It's as easy as ordering online and paying for your order, choosing a pick-up day/time, waiting for Sam's to text you that your order is ready, you let them know that you arrived and they will bring your order out to whatever # spot you parked in. What's my favorite thing to buy there? The delicious watermelons of course! You can't find a sweeter watermelon anywhere! Unfortunately that are out of season right now.

The store is well organized, the new option to pay via the phone is great ! If you hold a Mexican amas card you will not be able to use the app in the USA. The Staff is always smiling and willing to help, the parking is a mess most of the time.

I absolutely love this SAMS CLUB. Sadly, it's the only one in SD, and i have zero clue why there are not many more! The membership is basically free. You save so much money! You can almost ALWAYS get the membership on GROUPON for 25 dollars! I highly recommend doing it, and you won't regret it one bit! They sell EVERYTHING!!!! They have Prime Hydration drinks aswell as Mr Beast Feastables chocolate bars! Amazing prices and amazing store! The staff is a huge bonus too they are amazing!!!

The optometry staff at this location are AWESOME! I recently purchased prescription glasses for me and my daughter. Callaway and Ray-Ban brands. Mine are Ray- Ban clubmaster classic just like my old prescription glasses that I paid over $500 at Pearle Vision!!! Here I only paid $53 and I got all I wanted including transition lens. And since my club master were originally sunglasses I ended with an extra shaded lens. Tamber and the other male coworker were very nice and helpful to put it on my old frames for me. Thank you so much guys. You are the best!! And I will definitely recommend you to anybody.

I didn't have to go to Walmart after as I had planned cause I found everything I was looking for here. The staff was friendly. Both in customer service entrance and the cashiers. Everything I found was fresh and we still are enjoying the apple pie. Will be going back again. The parking was not crowded either. I found a handicap parking right away. My family member in a wheelchair had no problem with small aisles. She enjoyed the store too.

I noticed that some items are cheaper than Costco, but the items are smaller or weight less. Makes you think that you are getting a better deal but your not. You need to verify for yourself. Don't get me wrong they do have some good sales but for me, self and I prefer Costco.

Just upgraded to the plus membership and the scan and go option is perfect. Don't want to go into to much detail cause I want you to go check it out for yourself. You can find a regular membership deal online for $20. Post your experience.

This is my first time coming to Sam's Club. I live in Clairemont so it was kinda a drive for me. Looked just like a Costco a Warehouse grocery store. There little lunch court was PACKED. We bought a bunch of stuff 413$ worth.

I don't go to Sam's Club that often, maybe 3 to 4 times a year. Got a membership for $25, so I said, "Why not?" I go to Costco once a week. I mainly buy the wired ribbon 50 yards for $6.98 from Sam's plus a few other items. The ribbon went up to $7.98 for 2023, so I only brought 1. I usually spend a lot for my ribbons cause i make wreaths. Overall, they have very similar items as Costco, but the sizes are different (smaller) for some items. Overall, if I'm choosing membership between the two, it would be Costco.

Such a good store, i used to go to Costco, but it was always a chore to park, then get what you want, then stand in a long line to pay. Sam’s club allows you to scan and pay on your phone, such an amazing feature, I haven’t been back to Costco since, you can also order food on your phone, also you can search where the item is in the store, it’s much easier and faster to get what you want than Costco. Highly recommended.

I have been a loyal customer of Sam's Club for 22 years. I love the fact that I dont get hit with carts while I shop. Love the openess and how friendly the employees are. They will always help me when I need it and the customer service desk always takes care of all my returns. Being a plus member gives me so many perks. Will continue to shop here and will NOTshop any other warehouse. A loyal member forever.

I went the just to buy an IFly gift card. When I got to the cashier (finally) she said they were out of those gift cards and haven't had them since Spring. They still have the tear offs at the gift card location. They should have been taken down months ago when they were out. A solid waste of an hour plus travel time.

Smaller than the other warehouse I go to, Comparing prices and oz some items are cheaper and some aren’t. Luckily I live near by so that makes up on gas. Love that It’s not as busy as the other warehouse so you hardly run into people with your shopping cart. Best of all you can ring up yourself on the self checkout it lines or even better you can use the Sam’s club app to purchase your items on the scan & go feature, highly recommend using the app to avoid lines but then again the lines move so quick that at times it’s better to purchase on the checkout lanes. First time here and so far I am impressed and satisfied with their selections and location.

The managers are very rude. I was waiting for my order in the pick up spot and a worker by the name Katie was very nice and explained to me why the wait was taking so long she was definitely hands down one of my favorites! Recently found out she was fired so I’m moving to Costco.

E z shopping good atmosphere,, only you can not go through self checkout with alcohol a problem that could be fixed easily.(.COME ON FIX IT ) OREGON DID ...WILL SPEED THINGS UP BIGTIME

This was my first time visiting and shopping a little. I do like that they have different things that I like over Costco. Customer service is great!

This Sam's Club store may be my least favorite Sam's Club store that I've been to, though there's nothing necessarily wrong with it. Their produce (mainly fruits) aren't as fresh as the Sam's Club stores in Riverside county, but the employees & selections of other items are decent & well-priced. One thing that I like about Sam's Club is that their online prices match their in-store prices, unless either one are on sale.

Love this place. Sam's Club definitely has more of the name brand items in bulk that Costco does not carry. The produce is also a lot cheaper. The only thing Costco has them beat on is the food court lol. Can't compete with that, otherwise it's great. I love the fresh sushi that is available daily.

Has a few more options in general as compared to the other warehouse I shop. Shelves stocked and open passage throughout store with cart (but also went earlier in say when less crowded < highly recommend when possible). Highly recommend 👌

O can always find great meat products at Sam's Club. Also ther little gems that I wasn't looking for but love to find.

DO NOT GET DELIVERY FROM THIS SAM’S CLUB!! And I would probably suggest not selecting the delivery option from any of them. No one is held liable if the delivery doesn’t get to you. They don’t know the delivery service they use, they don’t have a contact person or number. I also got the run around and lies when trying to get my refund. Bad customer service.

Great value on quality products. Couldn't find what we needed at Costco for our business so made the trip to the Sam's Club in San Diego. Wish there was one closer in North County near Carlabad or Encinitas! We would go more frequently.

Amanda from optical was very helpful. She assisted me in selecting the perfect frames that would fit properly on narrow nose. My last pair constricted my nose which made it hard to breathe and were far from comfortable. Thanks Amanda ☺️

Pretty good store. We use the app check out and don't deal with employees until we reach the exit. Always a line to get out when we already paid. Employees at exit are very nice though

Bad customer service I got the membership there my first time. Being part of the Sam's club just because some friends told me they have good prices better than cosco. So I decided to take a look, Some stuff is a little cheaper than Cosco yeah but they do not have such a big selection on different products. Plus I saw a lady that got her membership there the same day. She went grocery shopping and at the register they didn't accept her EBT to pay for her groceries. I think they should of let her know before hand everyone know what kind of paying option they receive She had to leave everything there.🤨 I was surprise because Sam's club is part of Walmart. Poor lady waisted her time and How is it they don't accept snap benefits that's crazy. On top of that I ask questions about some stuff I wanted to buy employees were no where informed or didn't know how to even explain to me about the item. And the managers there same they just brush it off like I don't care attitude Like you don't like it go some where else to buy it kind of stuff . I haven't went back to them to buy and won't be renewing my membership very disappointed with the customer service there..

manager was really nice but at least 2 employees gave me attitude and were rude when I asked basic questions. Treat your customers better, my first and last time going to sams club
