Don't go in this hotel!!! Some of the ratings are fake, especially from local guides who are probably just friends of the owner. The bad ones are true and reality! The hotel was really bad. The service was the worst we've seen in our whole stay in morocco . The guy at the reception was on the telephone all the time and there was no "hello" or "welcome" - he just wanted our names . They don't know how service works and it was way too expensive for what we got !! We went to the breakfast and we've been ignored . On top of that the. Breakfast was really poor and there wasn't many option to choose . We DEFINITELY wouldn't recommend that hotel and we wouldn't stay in that ever again . Only one guy called "mehid" or "mejid" was very nice. And one woman, but she is just the reservation officer, called Selma was nice. The rest was tooo bad. The pool wasn't good, we had to ask for extra towels because there was just one. We were in so much better hotels in hole morocco (marrakesch, Fes, Rabat etc.)this one was the worst and the most expensive one. I think that even the very cheap hotels are better.

Worse hotel ever. Rip for 160 pounds a night. Breakfast looked like it had been there for a week with a very small variety whilst people were smoking around families and children at breakfast table. Rooms stink of smoke clearly never been cleaned or washed properly. Worse views you will ever imagine and see if the slums, horrible and smelly. Rooms and hotel have a dark devilsih dated feel. Definitely not a family hotel. Staff in the spa are horrible especially the old looking women trying to look you really bad attitude and rip off price with minimum help. Felt like spa was rushed by a 7 foot beast woman that nearly broke family members back. Worse of all reception's female lady with dark hair fat look dark girl very very very rude, really don't know how she has a job. Bad attitude no customer service skills at all just flaunting her bent cleavage with so much make up you couldn't see her face. I wouldn't stay in this hotel if it was free. Biggest mistake of my life. The security guards were very very nice and the man at the receptionists in evening was a very good guy and some of the maids and breakfast staff were very nice. Other than that please families do not book. Waste of time money and stay. Hotels smells from top to bottom of smoke and sewage and bad spa staff and receiptionst. Pool smelled like it been uribated in.

4 star hotel. Comfortable rooms and nice spa area, good restaurant. But there is no view from windows and little sun. Smoking inside by staff in the bar area. Airport transfer 400 dirhams.

Definitely doesn't feel like a 5 star hotel despite that it's advertised as one. Service was good but rooms feel very dated and WiFi connection wasn't great either. Me and my wife were originally on the 1st floor but they play music at their bar/restaurant till 2am! It was so loud in our room we complained several times and eventually got moved to the 6th floor. They either need to better sound proof the rooms or change their policy not too have music so late and disturb their guests.

I would not call it a 5 star hotel, but the rooms are nicely decorated, comfortable beds and clean. However the number of towels they leave in the room is not matching with the number of stars the hotel has. The common areas in the hotel are not attractive at all. The staff is very helpful.

Don’t believe the reviews! This is nowhere near a 5 star hotel: more like 2 star! If you dine at the one and only ‘restaurant’ take your own flashlight with you!! Why it is in semi darkness is anyone’s guess! We had to ask for lights to be turned up so that we could see what we were eating. Grossly overpriced and a huge disappointment since we booked it based on reviews we read. My advice is to find somewhere else that is more reliably described and reasonably priced so that you don’t get ripped off.

The spa was top notch and the James Dean suite was super fun! Breakfast serving was really great... Too much for one person, but very good. Staff was also very nice and accommodating!

Love this friendly charming boutique hotel… We had wonderful massages in the spa and a magnificent dinner in the special mezzanine room and authentic live music in the night time restaurant. You will definitely enjoy your visit in Casablanca when you stay here!

Very nice and comfy hotel with great service and in a very good location close to public transport and good restaurants. Easily walkable to main sights of Casablanca or the tram to go further out. I think the one star reviews are way too harsh! My room was clean and comfortable, everyone was super kind and helpful. They even gave me an awesome upgrade to Cleopatra room, where indeed I felt like a queen. Casablanca is a big and busy city with lots of traffic, business etc and where some people have lots of money, so you simply aren’t going to have five star views/experience— unless you pay big. I give four stars only because of a some small updates that can be made to the room and because this is probably a four star, rather than true five star, hotel. For the price, I can recommend this place a lot! Thank you to the staff for such a nice stay in Casablanca. If you want the five stars of your dreams, better pay triple or quadruple the price and check in at the four seasons :)

Crazy Place. Not what westerners would expect. Also the smell of ciggarete smoke was everywhere. Yuk!

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! The rooms are nice enough - if you can bear the cigarette stench - but service is absolutely terrible.

Worst ever service from the receptionist on the day. She was unhelpful, snobbish and fiery. She charged us city tax of more than 70 dirhams for one night two people without even gave a receipt. The room was not prepared when we checked in after 10 pm. Had to ask for towels and bath robes. The last thing you need as a foreign traveller in Casablanca is to walk into such an unfriendly place. Regretting we book the place. Total waste of money, time and mood!

I was in the Cleopatra room, which was really spacious, well decorated and plush. The staff were really helpful and friendly. They were really generous with the food at breakfast. I would stay here again.

Misleading!!! They must’ve had a professional photographer take their photos for the website because it is nothing like them. The property is very old and not well maintained. Our room smelled BAD. We asked for a non smoking room and clearly it wasn’t. They must use harsh chemicals to wash their linens bc it was very strong smelling and kept me up at night. The towels are rough. Two good things. We asked for an iron and it was the best iron we’ve ever used. We love % arabica!!! Only two blocks away. Lovely.
