EXPENSIVE LOCATION Was there for dinner. Hotel entrence is not evident from the main street, at least at night. Somehow hidden and actually just a normal gate. The taxi missed it and we ended up in the parking lot of the next-door, mall asking for directions. Once on the premises, you understand it is a luxurious place. Associates everywhere you look. The building is U shaped with the base towards the road, furthest from the ocean. Rooms facing one another on the hotel wings can expect no privacy, since the distance in between the wings is not enough to ensure it. Restaurant faces the ocean but with a limited view, being on the main lobby floor and the two hotel wings creating a channel view of the ocean. Food is good, but could be way better. Service is at the expected level. Prices are high for all services and rooms alike.

*** NO ALCOHOL DRY HOTEL *** They need to work with the various booking systems to disclose that and put it up much more prominently on their website. Otherwise, it’s a fairly good property with staff who really work hard to give you a great experience. Overall, while friendly, the vibe is still pretty typically conservative for Morocco, so I would say that I wouldn’t be comfortable being myself or bringing my LGBT family there

We stayed for one night a month or so ago. Pros: Very nice room with extremely comfortable beds. The staff are very nice, allowed us an early check in, and had decorated our room for our honeymoon which was a very a nice touch. Room service was prompt (the food was fine, the dessert was incredible.) Cons: The structure of the hotel is strange in that most rooms don't really face the ocean (only if you go to the balcony and lean over), and you can't actually see the ocean from the pool either. There was no one working at the pool area, so my husband had to get out of the pool, go inside and upstairs to the reception area in order to hunt someone down to provide pool towels! They showed up about 20ish minutes later. After this, we wanted to order a beverage by the pool, and again there was no one there and we had to repeat the process. We had scheduled COVID tests where the tester will come to your room to do the test. We waited in our room at our scheduled time, and after 30 minutes, called down to reception. Apparently the person had been waiting there the entire time but no one sent him up or called our room. Overall: Pleasant experience, but not up to the standards of a Four Seasons, based on prior Four Seasons experiences.

For the Four Seasons, I expected customer service to be a top priority. When we arrived at 2:45pm, our room was not ready. Check in is 3pm. They had us wait at the restaurant Mint until the room was ready.. at 3:45pm! Apologies were offered, but no drink or anything complimentary for our wait. The room was gorgeous, and the bed was very comfortable. The pool had most seats “reserved” for those who were there earlier… but they never came to use the chairs. The staff around the pool were quite busy as it was also Sunday brunch. Might be good to have separate pool staff and separate restaurant staff? The valet staff were excellent!

So we flew through Casablanca and ended up laying over and staying at the four seasons. Great experience. Definitely different when you check into a hotel and before you go in the hotel, they run your bags through a bomb scanner the biggest oddity about the hotel is the no liquor license because it’s too close to a mosque, you figure they would have research that before they built such an expensive hotel where you can’t get a cocktail The rooms were probably the most comfortable I’ve ever stayed in as was the spa that I use the day we left would come back in heartbeat

Wonder and fantastic experience, the welcome was amazing from the Airport pick up till the Airport drop off. Staff were amazing, food was good. Room was amazing. The Atlantic ocean view was refreshing.

The only hotel I’ve been in without a liquor license. The hotel is beautifully designed- very high end finishes and decor. Technology is top of the line, they have chrome cast link option from your phone. Everything is extremely clean and soaps and lotions smell amazing. The hotel has its own smell and it’s displayed all around the hotel. Although the booking said that pickup and drop off from the hotel is available - it kind of is and it isn’t. They pretty much told us to take a taxi on our way in and it would be 800dh to take a car to the airport- if they order a taxi for us It would be 300dh so it just feels like they’re discouraging us from taking their service. I would have rather not list hotel transportation included when booking. We ended up booking our own third party driver. The pool is very nice and the perfect temperature. Furniture cushions need to be upgraded but everything else was nice and clean. The hotel has direct access to the beach which is really nice. The gym is really nice and fancy.

The best thing in Casablanca. Except for a few things A lot of loose tiles in the pool with sharp edges. My youngest got cut really badly in the pool. Poolside drinks were only served till 1830, which is very early. We couldn’t book breakfast, however we were able to still get breakfast when we arrived. The spa was not accommodating at all. We checked it out in the morning and we’re told they are open till 2130. We went to get a simple kids polish done for 2030, only to be told they finish treatment at 2015 and cannot accommodate us now, even though the same person told us we can come back later. I mentioned that to her and she acted like she didn’t say it. That was very disappointing! All in all our stay was lovely. Aïman was really nice at breakfast. He made us feel very welcome and presented us with the Morrocan tea in an entertaining way. The valet team were really good and were prompt with our vehicle. The front house staff were friendly. A welcome drink would have made it more special. The mint restaurant was nice with a great view of the Atlantic Ocean. The only thing was they didn’t have lobster 2 days in a row. A private beach would have been nice to prevent being harassed by certain locals.

It’s a very good hotel with most of what you’d expect from a four seasons. It is clean and efficient with beautiful linens - but it not a resort, which is completely fine. It also does not have alcohol anywhere on the property- which was disappointing.

While I do like Norman Foster in general, I have to point out that the architecture of this hotel is designed not to maximize guest experience but rather to fit in the larger development of Anfa Place. Therefore, although being located right on the beach, most rooms have limited views of the ocean. Having that said, I would still stay here next time because it's just the best hotel in the city.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home. The room was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to all the attractions I wanted to visit. I also enjoyed delicious meals at their on-site restaurant. I can't recommend this hotel enough for a comfortable and memorable stay.

My stay at the Four Seasons Hotel was simply outstanding! From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warm and personalized service that made me feel like a VIP guest. The rooms were of unparalleled elegance, offering breathtaking views of the city. The quality of the food in the hotel's restaurants was simply exquisite. Every meal was a memorable gastronomic experience. Additionally, the hotel's facilities, including the pool and spa, were of absolute luxury and allowed me to relax completely. What truly set the Four Seasons apart was the attention to detail and the professionalism of the staff. They were always ready to cater to my needs and make my stay unforgettable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a top-notch travel experience. I look forward to returning soon!

As would be expected with Four Seasons, this hotel is immaculately decorated and the service is the best you will find from any luxury hotel chain. Time and again, Four Seasons proves they have mastered the guest experience and can accommodate most any request you could conjure up. Given we were only staying a single night before traveling onward to Lisbon, we required a PCR test to travel and Four Seasons was happy to accommodate an in-room doctor to perform the testing for us (not to mention, results in less than 24 hours). We made use of the in-room dining services, Mint restaurant (twice; once for lunch and again for breakfast the following morning), and took in the ocean views with our toes in the sand of the beach. All the while, we were greeted by name, accommodated at every turn, and ate very well. Will definitely return to this Four Seasons if in Casablanca again.

The Four Seasons Casablanca is a luxurious five-star hotel that offers impeccable service and amenities to its guests. From the moment you arrive, you are welcomed with warm hospitality and a feeling of comfort and relaxation. The rooms and suites are elegantly decorated with a modern touch and have breathtaking views of the ocean. They are equipped with all the necessary amenities, including a comfortable bed, a spacious bathroom, and a well-stocked minibar. The hotel's restaurants offer an exceptional dining experience, with a variety of international and local cuisine to choose from. The service is impeccable, and the food is prepared to perfection. The spa is another highlight of the Four Seasons Casablanca, with a range of treatments and therapies that will leave you feeling rejuvenated and refreshed. The fitness center is also top-notch, with modern equipment and expert trainers to guide you through your workouts. One of the best things about the Four Seasons Casablanca is its location. Situated right on the beach, guests can enjoy stunning ocean views and take advantage of the many water activities available, such as surfing and paddleboarding. Overall, the Four Seasons Casablanca is a luxurious and exceptional hotel that provides guests with an unforgettable experience. Whether you are traveling for business or leisure, this hotel is a must-visit destination, and I highly recommend it with a 5-star rating.

Beautiful property, rooms were so comfortable, and the best shower in Morocco! Great hotel to start or end your trip on a positive note. Use concierge ahead of time for restaurant reservations and airport shuttle. We got in at Rick's Cafe! Fahrizia (I'm sorry to misspell your name) the night manager was absolutely incredible. She was so accommodating when we needed some urgent help and made sure our short stay was comfortable and absolutely flawless. Right next to a mall with anything you'd need for your travels. Enjoy your stay here!!

Great service; solid views. Great part of the city to be in. The best part is how accommodating and helpful the front desk is. Breakfast offers a beautiful view of the ocean and the hotel is adjacent to a nice mall with lots of shopping! Good part of town to be in!

Fantastic hotel. The rooms are huge and you get the service, decor, and ambiance consistent with a four seasons property. The beach and lighthouse views from the hotel are unbeatable. Highly recommend the car service from the airport to the hotel. The roads are not the faint of heart and you’ll feel more comfortable with a professional driver in a secure and spacious vehicle than by taking a random taxi.

  • 5/5 Volkan K. 1 year ago on Google
Definitely in the best part of the city, close to a few great restaurants in the area. It is about 45 - 60 minute drive from the airport. Ocean front property with a great view. Waking up to the sound of the wave is priceless. Service is typical Four Seasons service. Turndown and restaurant service is 5 star as well as food offerings. We stayed during Ramadan, which made it more festive. I highly recommend it this time around. SPA is well kept and a must for a quick getaway. The pool was a bit smaller than expected and did not have service, but it is a quiet corner of the hotel, which was appreciated.

Not great for western visitors… no alcohol at this hotel. If we knew this we would have stayed somewhere else. Service was just okay in the restaurants, there’s probably a lot better options for the price. Management was very accommodating and offered to book us dinners at restaurants with alcohol or to provide a car to buy it and then enjoy in the room…

We stayed for several days and it's a 4-star hotel. We even regret visiting Casablanca. POOL- On the day they invited the band, music was A WAY too loud, and (probably their) speaker was very BAD or broken. We consistently hear the annoying noise from the speaker, completely killing good vibes at the pool. (not complaining about the music itself) We really like that the pool chairs are in the water/pool. ROOM- You hear everything happening in the hallway and next door. (@premier room) It was really annoying when the couple next door was so drunk at night. FRONT DESK- The worst. FOOD- At MINT, you take so long to find a person available for your order, especially when it's not crowded. After we visited several times, we found in-room dining was so much better. Smoothie had avocado skin in it. (Hope it was an accident) Really regret choosing this hotel, with so many other smaller things we didn't mention above. Only the bathroom and pool (with no band) had 5-ish star hotel vibes.

A great place to stay in Casablanca. The location is great but it does not have a private beach. You do get the best view of the ocean from the hotel. The room had a nice big balcony but only a side view of the ocean. They served a nice sumptuous breakfast.

Attended for a business event for 3 days. The conference room was nicely decorated, the meeting rooms too. The service was nice too. Overall a pleasant experience. Definitely worth organizing a business event in. The hospitality of the staff is amazing, one of the managers even helped me suture a small hole in my suit before the event took place. Big up for them!!

Just been to the restaurant; it is amazing. A very welcoming place. Initially, we were planning to go to McDonald's, which is next to the Four Seasons. However, we took a wrong turn and ended up at Four Seasons. The staff is absolutely welcoming and very warm. Just as we sat down and ordered, we received the wrong order. Despite that, we enjoyed our time there and were happy to have taken the wrong turn. It was amazing.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff was awesome! People are literally happy to see you and assist. I loved that. On the other hand, the hotel itself is horrible. I’ve been traveled a lot and this one is not worthy of 5 stars. I’d give it 3 starts TOP. The rooms are terrible. It smelled bad when we just entered and the smell persisted though out our stay. Bed was damp all the time. There is no territory to walk around. You can only take taxi to get wherever you need because there are no “safe” sidewalks. Overall, 3 starts can be given and it’s maximum. However, once again, service was great! I’d give it 5stars.

I’m enjoying a superb stay here. Fairouz at the front desk is a delight. The spa staff were kind and thoughtful. Nadia and Hajar gave me excellent massages. Everyone was warm, welcoming and authentic. The beach was beautiful. The pool relaxing. My best hotel and hospitality experience in Morocco. Thank you!

Enjoyed our stay! The hotel is beautiful and right on the water. Our room was big and clean. Great service. They provided a crib upon request. We ate breakfast outside on the balcony overlooking the ocean. The A/C was working great. I would stay here again in the future.

Excellent hotel, we would gladly stay here again; however if you’re well versed in 4S you should slightly adjust your expectations. If it was located in other countries it would be four stars, not the typical 4S five star.

It’s as good as you would except from a four seasons. They let us check in very early. Service, pool and the property were exception. No alcohol on property but that’s ok. They made up for it in every other way. Breakfast and spa was great too.

Muhammad the manager of the guest services team was absolutely a gentleman. His hospitality is second to none. Made you feel welcomed from the first second he greets you and goes above and beyond to made sure my needs were looked after. Being Vegan he had special dishes made for me without hinting. He deserves all the recognition Four Seasons should give him and if all hospitality staff around the world held themselves to his standard we would all be made feeling very special indeed.

We stayed at this beautiful hotel for a night during our trip to Morocco. All staff was extremely helpful and kind. Our suite room had the most comfortable bed. There was a toilet besides a large bathroom with bathtub and a shower inside the master bedroom. Living room had a large area to chill. The hotel has many spaces with beautiful designs. The breakfast was huge and had a wide range.

While the hotel was nice and the people were very great, we were disappointed to find out they charged us $150 to do our laundry. We barely gave them like 10 pieces to wash and saw that bill at the end. Also, the steam room is kind of underwhelming. Beyond that, they have a good money exchange rate and the food was amazing.

  • 4/5 Julie L. 1 year ago on Google
The location is great right by the water with all the surrounding restaurants, made for dinner and lunches to be very easy. The spa at this hotel had a nice jacuzzi you can use and steam room. The products used for the hammam was top notch The service was great but the only thing that we weren’t so happy about was that the restaurants in the hotel did close fairly early so on the first night when you’re tired and just not feeling like going out, made for a harder first night dinner.

  • 2/5 Isabella P. 1 year ago on Google
Poor Service, mediocre quality. Our room was not ready until 5 PM and we missed our tour because of this and all they offered was 50% off their already overpriced dinner which we didn't want to eat at the hotel anyway because we were here to explore the city. The quality of the hotel was way below standard for a Four Seasons Resort. There is also no alcohol sold or allowed on site which we did not know. I have stayed at better 2 star hotels than this. The beach looks run down and the pool is nothing special (nether are the rooms). Would not recommend at all you are better off finding a beautiful Moroccan hotel or Riad.

  • 4/5 N A. 1 year ago on Google
Nice location on the ocean, didn't like the layout of the rooms as there some rooms couldn't see the beautiful ocean. Nice walk way to the beach, had a hard time at check in as they didn't have connecting room while our booking clearly shows that we have 4 kids, and it was clear that we booked 1 King room and 1 twin room, we had to wait in the lobby for a while, didn't get the welcome that we are used from Four seasons, we enjoyed our stay at Four seasons Marakech more , we had a great and personalised welcome. Although they were thoughtful enough to bring us a birthday cake 🎂.. The rooms were nice and comfortable as always, but it wasn't getting the 2 times house keeping..

Excellent hotel amazing staff. The design is fabulous. Only draw back is they do not serve alchol however you can bring your own. I knew about this before I booked so did not have a problem. Stayed 6 nights and couldn't have been happier with my stay. Location is amazing as well. Will definitely be back on my next trip to Casablanca!

Even though this hotel is right on the beach...it is not a very scenic location...reception area and restaurant are very attractive...rooms were clean and well appointed but my room looked down into the garden and bar area. Pool was nice

Beautiful hotel on the beach. We walked along the beach Sunday afternoon. Lots of families enjoying the sun and air, and lots of athleticism on display. We ate breakfast before our flight in the restaurant overlooking the ocean. The service was attentive and helpful. We didn’t have to wait for a table and the staff brought another table so that we could sit with our family. Service was great but we arrived at four in the afternoon to find that the room was not ready. The hotel is apparently fully booked and there are long waits. Do not expect early check in here due to the immense popularity of this hotel. Rooms were clean and well organized.
