Stayed 2 nights. Was an enjoyable stay. Guest Relations Manager was great, warm and outgoing. Room was very nice sized, bathroom great. Only challenge was language barrier as I only speak English. Overall would recommend this hotel.

The rooms are quite out dated and had mould growing on the walls in multiple hotel rooms we were shown. The carpets in the rooms and hotel corridors smell damp and have dirty stains on them. Please do better.

One of the worst Hyatt Regency in the world I have stayed in. I do travel all over the world for work and stay with all big hotel brands but this one is not worth at all. Pricey for the dated furniture they have, service is very very SLOW and staff lacks professionalism. The day I was checked in the flush wasn’t working. I had to call numerous times to get it fixed. I needed a travel charger for charging my phone they took 45mins to deliver it to my room. They had no pen in the room can you imagine and again I called 3 times to have a pen delivered. Not going with Hyatt brand anymore.

Amazing experience at the Hyatt in Casablanca. The hotel staff were amazing and always ready to help. The location is perfect, right in front on the old Medina. Amazing hotel

Nice luxury hotel located in the middle of all sightseeing places, have Medina view if you are in the right room. Good services, comfortable staying, they also have a closed gate security which is very reassuring.

If I could give it zero star I would do it without hesitstion, believe me or not this hotel is a place of zero privacy, there are many cameras that record you INSIDE the rooms and bathroom, many political figures come here and I have already an idea where they can use the tapes they recorded previously, adding to dirt and low service of incompetent workers. Sorry, but dont go to this hotel to protect yourselves and your reputation

One of the worst Hyatt Regency in the world ! And I do travel all over the world for work. I go to Casablanca for work quite often , this hotel used to be an oasis in the middle of the action packed city of Casablanca . Lately they keep asking me for my passport to allow me to eat at any of their restaurants , I can’t believe this kind of DISCRIMINATION … I asked what was the reason ? One finally said you look Moroccan and you are not allowed !!! Note,Morocco produces some amazing wines. Once they let you order your food , if you ask for a glass of wine … well now you are looked at as if you are making a big mistake … In the past few years the quality of the food in all their restaurants have gone down hill ( zero taste ) but the prices are ridicules for what you get. I am a world of Hyatt member , to the management … advice, this hotel and rules are not fitting your standards . There are so many amazing hotels near by Don’t waste you time and money on such a Discriminating establishment .

I had a great stay, the rooms are spacious and you don't hear noise from outside. The bathroom with both a shower or bath whatever you prefer, the toilet is separated from bathroom. Big smart samaung TV. The food was very tasty and fresh, breakfast has a great selection of everything pastries, cheese selection. The hotel has amazing pool to relax. There is a nice restaurant with nice outdoor sitting and a la cart menu. Gym is also very big with many machines. Enjoy

The Hyatt Regency Casablanca is a fantastic hotel with a convenient location, comfortable rooms, and excellent amenities. The location of this hotel is fantastic. Situated in the heart of the city, it offers easy access to all of Casablanca's main attractions, including the Hassan II Mosque, the Corniche, and the Old Medina. The hotel is also located just a short walk from the train station, which is convenient for those arriving by train. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Ms Hanane. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great stay in Casablanca.

The stay was really nice , room service fast with high quality, and I would like to thank the receptionist Salma for going out of her way and help me get my ripped pants stitched on such a short notice ,I had a very important meeting , she didn’t have to do it but she was kind enough to offer the help!! Thank you

My husband and I are delighted to be staying in Hyatt Regency Casablanca in this trip. We always choose Hyatt hotels as their facilities are of high standards and their staff are always professional, friendly and helpful. We are currently staying in this hotel. Our suite has a fantastic view of Casablanca. The bed is comfortable and hard enough to my satisfaction. The room amenities meet my needs satisfactorily. The gym is filled with impressive high tech machines. We enjoyed the nice wines and food served at the executive lounge. The most impressive thing is that the hotel staff are professional, extremely friendly and helpful. They are always in a smile and make us feel welcomed. The housekeeping staff are hardworking keeping our room clean. The team of bellmen, especially Mohamed and Fo? (forgot his name), at the hotel entrance is extremely helpful and always greeting us with smiles. The friendly staff at the ground floor restaurant served our breakfast pleasantly and always in smile, even though the restaurant is crowded. The most impressive is Seddik, who is extremely professional, friendly, attentive, caring and helpful, making us feel at home at all times. He carries out his job passionately and always does his best to satisfy our needs. His impeccable service has always been making our stay in this hotel unforgettable and happy. He is a gem. We will definitely choose this hotel again for our next visit to Casablanca.

Very good experience especially! I’d like to say “thank you” especially to one staff member Sannaa who helped me a lot to arrange medication delivery from pharmacy when the all city was celebrating Morocco football team winning the match however Sannaa was very empathetic and professional. Food is amazing all staff is very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend to stay in Hyatt Regency in Casa.

We had an amazing time here! The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The staff is so helpful, sweet and nice! Fatima checked us in and she was so friendly with our baby! When we mentioned to her that it was our anniversary they brought up a gorgeous cake to our room! And the main areas and pool are beautiful too and have a great vibe! Thank you for a great stay!

Fantastic property. Staff was very attentive and rooms were beautiful. Also the fitness area was surprisingly huge with even a steam room. Would highly recommend. Forgot to add that they upgraded my room to the highest floor as an explorer member. Cannot love this place enough!

Was there for a conference, the conf rooms were fine. The restaurant was also good! The food was a little bland that’s why I didn’t give it 5stars. Parking was inside, that was a plus. Overall nice for a work related event.

I recently stayed at Hyatt Regency Hotel and had an overall positive experience. The staff was friendly and responsive, contributing to a pleasant stay. The cleanliness of both rooms and common areas was commendable. The hotel's central location provided easy access to local attractions. While the amenities were satisfactory, some felt a bit outdated. In terms of value for money, the stay was reasonable, though there were a few unexpected additional fees. Despite minor considerations, I enjoyed my time and would consider returning in the future.

I am staying one more night here at the hotel. I have never had the experience of staying in a 5 star hotel before. At night, I am greeted by Hannan and she always gives us Moroccan Tea. Yesterday, she paid for it, a true reflection on the hotel and Casablanca in general. They have always asked me if I am alright, greeting me with the utmost respect. I would definitely stay here again.

I gave 3 stars on the rooms because I really didn’t like the red, old fashioned furnitures. It would be great if they make the room look more modern. Also, the pillows weren't as comfortable for me. felt quite flat. I really liked the service and the location. Wonder if the great service has anything to do with my sister being a globalist or they actually serve everyone as kindly and well. The location was really great. Beautiful being of the city and also the market is right cross the street. I enjoyed the breakfast a lot too. The staffs were all very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel and I would consider staying there if I am visiting Casablanca again in the future, in sha Allah. A plus: there’s a Cartier boutique right at the lobby! 🤩

I’ve been a client for this hotel for so many years and they’ve been always been good until this last vacation in Casablanca I had the worst unpleasant experience at the hotel not from the staff but from management! I felt that new manger he prefer if the Hayatt regency clients weren’t middle eastern, which made leaver the hotel because that made it clear that I wasn’t welcome! Even though my plan for me and my family was to stay longer at hotel. My recommendation don’t go to this hotel until they replace the manger.

For those who forgot what they look like, hayatt provides you with Mirrors. Jokes aside, hayatt regency is one beautiful hotel with coziness and comfort. I'm only here for an event but the staff has been nothing but heartwarming and super sweet. I wish I could get a room but maybe that's for the future.

The hotel is in a great location and the lobby area and entrance are beautiful. I removed a star because the toilets are dated and old and for a Muslim country it’s quite odd there is no bidet.

Everything about this hotel is generally what you would find / expect from a 5-star… except that: 1. Breakfast is mediocre 2. They allow smoking inside the building so you end up smelling cigarette in almost every corner of the building.

The Hyatt Recency is about 35- 40 min from the main airport and located in the city centre . Check-in was straight forward . Access to your floor is via the room access key Comfortable rooms with large comfortable bed . Three telephones. One on bedside table , the second the desk and the third in the toilet. The bathroom is large with a bathtub and walk in shower The room has a large 55 in smart TV with French English and Arab channels . I slept soundly without any issues with traffic noise . Maybe because of the curfew from 9pm due to Covid-19 restrictions The room has a safe and iron and iron board Also a kettle for tea coffee is available. However one thing I missed was the lack of USB charging outlets Luckily I had an adapted that managed to plug into their European style electrical outlets and managed to charge my device while also enjoying free wife in the room and in the hotel The rooms are clean however are a bit dated. Time for the rooms to be refurbished Fairly limited options on the room service menu has to be scanned from your smart phone i. Instead went downstairs to a restaurant that had very limited if any vegan options. However I was assisted by a very helpful lady who patiently offered me some options and it turned out to be an excellent choice. I had mixed salad with potatoes beans and tomatoes and some carrots drizzled with some olive oil and balsamic vinegar as a dressing. For my main course I had penne and tomato base sauce with garlic and it was the best Pasta based meal , I have had in a long time. The service was attentive without being intrusive Staff at the restaurant was very friendly. Breakfast again downstairs in the lobby restaurant was generally a combination of morrocon and continental cuisine with fruit salad baked bread and croissants with some cold cuts and cereal options. Coffee tea brought to your table Not to much variety but still acceptable The gym is on the 1st floor and is quite a long walk from the lift and you need to follow the signs otherwise you can get lost. The gym is adequate the 4 jogging machines a couple of cross trainer fixed bicycles balanced exercise equipment and some weights. I was the only one in the gym and had access to all the equipment. The cross trainer was a bit difficult to set up as all the instructions were in French. Sufficent sanitizing equipment was available to keep your self safe from covid-19. The gym also badly needs refurbishment . Overall comfortable stay with room for improvement in updating the gym and rooms

Very spacious room, courteous staff. Very pleasant stay. I would like to thank Mr Badr was very good and helpful. Every morning during breakfast service, he would also come up and say hello. My only recommendation would be to have more options for breakfast and on the dinner menu. Especially when staying there for 4 nights, the menu becomes repetitive. Having said that during COVID times I can totally understand the kitchen might not be fully functional, so no complains. Thank you the entire Hyatt Regency Casablanca team for a pleasant stay. Looking forward to staying at the hotel again.

Great staff. Very multilingual and professional. The views on the main square are pleasant. Windows open and allow to ventilate the room. The interior design is classy and elegant for those who enjoy woodwork and lighting. Great gym. Overall hotel location is central and in a crowdy area in Casablanca so choose wisely with regards to driving and proximity etc. There is a very nice outdoor terrasse with modern trendy music and refined food. Maybe too refined for my taste, big plates small portions high prices for the bar area. Delicious room service.

The hotel in itself is nice. This time, I was not there for the night but for an event. The meeting room was spacious and well organised. But apparently there were works going on next door, and it got very loud a few times, but overall it's a nice location for meetings and events (if you figure out parking, which can be a hassle in that part of town)

the food is not good at this place! The staff is really nice and helpful. I saw a man at the entrance, opening the gates, he was tired and there is no seat provided, is really bad if they treat their staff like this! That poor man is fasting and standing hole day!!! please do something for him

The employees at ALL levels were nothing but kind, hospitable, helpful... the hotel is in a great spot by Unites Nations Square... the Medina. Casa Port Train Station... the Regency Club tho closed was being held in the cafe and they definitely took great care of me there as well. breakfast is also great. Omelet bar.. and even Lox with cream cheese and chives. If they only had a bagel?! On my way back to Casablanca as I write this... and the only reason I will not go back is I get in too late to enjoy the club perks! ;)

Did not have good vibes as the hotel is old and tired looking. The room had fittings in the bathroom falling apart and mould in the shower area.

  • 3/5 Willy S. 1 year ago on Google
Old hotel in a good location. Door locks is not reliable. It took 3 days and 4 attempts for the technical guy to fix my door. Some colleagues also had problems with the door lock so may not help to switch room. One colleague had a broken cooler in his room and the AC was not cooling the rooms. So expect that everything is not working properly... The pool area and the furniture there was a bit unclean and there is no changing rooms near the pool. Breakfast and food was decent in the hotel.

Came here after 18 years. Renovated & much nicer. The burratini pizza in which they kindly replaced black olives with mushrooms was exceptional. Bean salad mediocre. Breakfast was ok. Gym is good. Service was prompt and polite with a smile. But the one thing not right is that the water temperature in the shower fluctuates -- at least on the 7th floor.

Large, secure hotel near the centre of 'Casa.' Nice lobby and restaurant-lounge area (though it could be cooler) and a wonderful, stylish terrace pool area. Great, large gym area on upper floor with many new exercise machines and equipment; spa and massage treatments available, but not a bargain. The rooms themselves, however, were a bit disappointing: the decor was dated, and two of our suites also had musty smell--to the degree that one of our friends bought an air-freshener. Air conditioning in the rooms was not the best, and wifi internet was just OK. Service was friendly, attentive, and effective.

Amazing stay as expected. The staff is wonderful. Big shoutout to Yassine (concierge), Aziz (valet parking), ladies at the front desk, Mr. Edrissi, and the housekeeping service. We stayed in a suite, giving us access to the regency club where we encountered Oussama who was extremely professional, kind, and attended my kids and I and helped in any way he could. The only remark I would make about the regency club is that there could be more options of food at the club as it was before (been staying there for more than 20 years) Thanks to everyone!

This hotel felt very luxurious. Our room was clean and nice, and the hotel staff were also excellent. Concierge gave us a map and highlighted everything that was a must-see since we didn't have too much time in Casablanca. The location for this hotel is the best. It is right across the UN square, so outside of our room we could see crowds of people enjoying the night, and it was the best way to experience Moroccan culture. If we are ever in Casablanca again, we will definitely choose this hotel without question.
