Location was good and room was very clean and useful. However management of reception was really poor, because after check in two times our room was given other guests that first time was we were just reach and started to settle but second time was very odd that 0730am when we are sleeping some entered the room, very disturbing. Breakfast was okay don't expect too much. At the end not recommended.

Modern and clean hotel serving a pretty generous breakfast in the morning (could use the addition of some fruit). Service was very good: I had an issue with my bathroom sink not draining and the reception sent someone within minutes of me calling. For me the only downside is that it’s not really walking distance to much but if you have a car/driver or take taxis it’s ok. The reception recommended a hammam to my friend and she absolutely loved her experience.

Rooms are clean and nice. Restaurant menu is good. waiters are very good. Chouaib is one of the best waiters. However, Abdulrahim, the security guard of the hotel, is a very rude person. It is sad to meet such a person at the entrance of such a beautiful hotel. Internet is very bad. And the receptionist named Wahid did not help me in this regard and said that if the internet is bad, I should choose another hotel.

The hotel room had a modern feel, but the carpets were gross and disgusting. Additionally, the lack of luggage storage after check-out was disappointing and inconvenient. Improvement in cleanliness and post-check-out services would enhance the overall experience.

The property is well located just 5 mins off the Casa Voyageurs and near to the tram station. The check in was seam less and quick. The bed were super comfortable with 2 water bottles and a kettle with coffee provided. The bathrooms were clean and had hot water consistently. Book this hotel with eyes closed. The value of money it provides is unmatchable.

I went there for one night (work) it was a Nice Hotel situated in a convenient area, the front desk stuff are really nice and helpful, the room was comfy, clean and calm... amenities not enough... the breakfast was the only unpleasant experience in this hotel, boiled eggs with a slice of cheese is really above mediocre. I will give it 5/5 Thanks to the front desk guy. I will give it a visit again and here are some pictures of the room. Recommended

This was one of the best hotels I stayed around the world . I stayed here for 5 nights and I loved it . The best thing about this hotel is the hospitality that you reserve from the staff they are super friendly and very helpful from the security door guys to the receptionist to the restaurant staff to the housekeeping, even the guy who is in charge of the breakfast . They all doing great work the company must be proud of those guys they are doing fantastic job . Of course the rooms are nice hot shower cristal clean good comfortable beds everything works perfect in the room , my room was on the 7th floor I want to give big thanks to Samira the housekeeping lady who cleaned my room several times during my stay and to marouane and adenane who looked after us every morning while having breakfast and of course mounira . Big thanks to all of you guys for making our stay in campanile hotel unforgettable. We will be back 10 out of 10 Highly recommended

The rooms are quite nice and the service good, but unfortunately the cigarette smoke and 1970's smoking in the main area is unbearable. I had a non smoking room but it stank so bad when I walked in I had to open the window for hours. The foto is of the view from my window

Our flight got delayed the airline provided this hotel it’s very non happy non welcome people the rooms are very very very dirty guys don’t trust the pictures don’t get this location or just look other hotel it’s not 3 stars it’s 0 star hotel and they told me that they don’t like tourist I don’t recommend

Conviniently located, quiet hotel on the edge of Casa city centre, with good eating options within 10mins walk.

Stayed here 23-26th Dec, good hotel for price the restaurant has very slow service and the fitness room is just that a room with limited items. Breakfast was OK for price approx £6, room was good size and had tea, coffee and 2 bottles of water but sadly no fridge or safe.

The quality is what you would expect from a 3-star hotel. Lobby is nice and rooms are decently sized for the price. There were several inconveniences that added up: dirty or missing towels on arrival, poor internet connection in the rooms, phones do not connect to front desk, breakfast food was terrible. I’d recommend staying somewhere slightly closer to the marina and medina as you’ll have to walk to the main road for a taxi.

Hotel is ok but they arent give to water everyday 😊 when i asked the reception they said just 1 day giving. Even you ll stay 1 month they ll give to you just first day. 😊 This is funny. If you ll give water you should give everyday. Right? Interesting for me. Breakfast is ok and room is ok.

Came here on my birthday, well, what can I say, from the moment we walked in we where greeted by the lovely F&B Director Aissa, the Service was 100% for drinks & food, the waiters were so attentive, lovely & chatty. The food was gorgeous, from starters to mains to deserts literally no faults. It was just beaut. As it was my birthday i got a surprise cake, they make feel like queen ♥ all my friends were very impressed. 100% for service, quality & attentiveness. The awfullest hotel I ever lived in!!!! 🤬The receptionist was shouting on me 😨He doesn’t show any respect on my easy request of bring a non plastic mugs in my room!!! First they don’t respect women at all! Second they are not willing to help and they can not think out of the box 😡 (The hotel has a restaurant where they can easily take cups and bring to my room)

Pros - good service, good restaurant, nice bar Cons- terrible wifi which was expected, and beds are not comfortable.

I stayed in Campanile Hotel as well as sister hotel residence Kyriad for almost 2 weeks. The breakfast was normal and the same with not much variety nor any fruits, the plates and bowls were broken and there were flies in the eating area.

The hotel is situated in the heart of the city, near the tram as well as traffic. It is busier than Rabat and Tangiers and has an old city look and feel.

The hotel is nice and clean, but the streets around it are dirty. Some of the rooms are bigger than others and some can be very noisy depending on which side the room is on, especially if it's on the street where the tram line is.

The hotel is located conveniently with nearby good restaurants and coffee shops. It's walking distance from Casa Voyageurs too. They practice COVID safety precautions. Excellent service from all the hotel staff. The rooms are clean but you might find it small.

The hotel is extremely dirty, the floors are stained. No room service. Understaffed, which is understandable during the pandemic. But the prices are not representative of the quality of the service. Definitely can find better hotels.

Fantastic hotel. Kenza was very helpful. They get you a taxi back to the airport if you like. Place is beautiful, staff are very very helpful. One time my WiFi wasn't working well and they solved it for me. Thank you, selaam ailakum

It’s ok , clean, staff friendly. Room is a bit small but if you are only spending the nights there and alone it should be fine. A black spot in my review is the Tramway which is passing just under my window, so you need to keep the windows closed. In my opinion it’s a bit overpriced for a three star in Casablanca

Great place. Great service. But it allows smoking everywhere. So if you don't like smoke be prepared to have a smoker at the table beside you while you're having a meal or a drink.

It was good in the beginning, I was a loyal guest, booking days and weeks every few months. Jihane the manager was an awesome and kind person, I have changed my hotel since then, but I do remember I had a very bad encounter with them on my last stay, one year ago. I’m giving 5 stars for my old experience, I have no idea how the hotel and the staff are operating or treating the guests nowadays. Sincerely Naim

Reception only helpful if they arranged a tour guide for you at great expense, whereas Petit taxis are so cheap to use instead.Our room wasn't cleaned for 2 days ,only coming after 4pm when we returned to our room which was inconvenient. Paper cups in rooms for coffee.And only a free tiny bottle of water on 1st night.l

This is the worst hotel i have ever been to.Deserves a 0stars rating.i had booked 2 rooms in the hotel(prior to my vacation) .I received noconfirmation mail and i had no option but go to the hotel. I went to the hotel and tried checking in and they were like"Sorry Sir,you have no reservation here" and the receptionist asked us to show our confirmation mail.We told that we have nt received it yet and soon afterwards"Sir ,your booking has been cancelled",(we had received no intimation about the cancellation either).They said that all the rooms were booked, and said that only their cheaper hotel "Premiere class hotel had any rooms, we had no option but to stay in the cheaper Premiere class hotel(owned by the same group and next to it)for the rate at which i had booked the more expensive Campanile .The next week i had again booked for 2 rooms.This time too they were like"Sorry Sir,you have no reservation here" and afterwards again repeated the same sentence"Sir ,your booking has been cancelled.We are full, you can go to our other hotel" and the receptionist again asked us to show our confirmation mail when we refused to go .But this time we had a confirmation mail with us and told him about our experience last week.The receptionist finally gave in and asked if we are fine with 1 room.We declined the offer.He finally gave us 2 rooms. The thing is ,they offer rooms at cheap rate in the site(when we book early)i.e at the rate at which they offer Premiere class hotel(The cheaper hotel),but their normal rates for a room is way more(overpriced),they cancel it on the check in date (Without giving any sort of message to the customers)and say "Sorry Sir/Madam ,All the rooms are booked(Absolute lie)" and the customers become helpless (they know our situation)and they offer the rooms at their Premiere class hotel for the same rate(The cheaper rate at which you booked for in the site is actually the rate for Premiere class hotel).They basically lure in customers offering great prices and when we reach there .They tell us that our booking was cancelled and offer us the cheaper Premiere Class Hotel.This is a highly unethical business model.They are big frauds
