Do not trust the staff to show any concern for belongings in storage. Showing a ticket to recover luggage in storage is responded to with a shrug and complete disregard. Currently still "trying to find" luggage. The hotel is comfortable but completely untrustworthy with luggage or property in storage. **EDIT** My original review reflected the mood in the moment. Temporarily misplacing my luggage, including my suit when I was supposed to arrive back at the hotel and have 10 minutes to change to make a critical meeting was unnecessary stress. The meeting in the end was postponed, so no harm done. Aside from this minor heart attack inducing moment the rest of the stay has been quite fantastic. The staff in particular are amazing. Having been here in total almost a week, it is clear I have been here too long by the number of the team I am now greeting on a first name basis. It seems I am becoming a part of the furniture. The hotel really has been a home away from, and have largely been a help in navigating Morocco.

Had a good 4 days stay in a deluxe king room. Service was excellent. Singling out Mr Khalid. His attention to detail was impeccable. Nice pool side. Prices are reasonable. Breakfast buffet was healthy and delivered a good selection. Room had some inadequacies, door knob was faulty, shower not sealed, but rather irrelevant in all honesty!❤️ the room keys which were made from wood. Thanks guys, keep up the good work.

Stayed here for one night after touring the country. In one word: fine. Hotel is dark, outdated and quite worn but relatively clean. Front desk couldn’t have been lovelier. Rooftop pool was a smokers paradise and weirdly had an empty pool. Perhaps most importantly the room was quiet. Great for a fast stay if you can get a good price.

First impression: I had booked the room ten days before artival. It was 19:00 when I arrived at the hotel, I was told that the room was not ready. Now it’s 19:15 I’m still waiting at the lobby. I asked the hotel to change my room and they immediately changed the room now I do not understand why I had to wait for 48 minutes while there was a room ready to move in. the hotel itself is nice but it is not in a good area, we came back at night to the hotel and someone followed us into it, we then went to the restaurant on the top floor and the man following us was asking if he can sit with us at dinner and eat with us and we declined and left. I complained to the front desk and while concerned they also said that anyone from outside can go to the restaurant. I've been to other hotels in morocco where the elevator only works if you have a room key or something and that might be something this hotel should implement

The location is great! Right next to a shopping mall, and a walking distance to the Madina. The rooms are spacious and modern, and the staff are very nice. The open buffet breakfast offers good variety of delicious food!

Average hotel. I am unsure why this hotel has such grand reviews. The check in process was easy, but the person who checked us in was not welcoming or friendly. The complimentary water and coffee/tea were not present in the room when we arrived. It took at least 2 -3 times to ask for something to be done before it was done, eg: room service items (provide extra towel, etc.) While I didn't come here to watch TV, the TV didn't work. When we mentioned it, no one attempted to resolve the issue. The doormen and concierge were helpful and affable. All-in-all it was an average hotel with an average overall experience. Nothing to sing praises about.

The hotel is amazingly beautiful and all the staff are very welcoming, helpful and friendly. The housekeeping lady Soukaina really made sure my room was clean at all times and changed the sheets regularly. She’ll also constantly check up to make sure I have everything I need. She’s the best 😍

The hotel is in good area Be careful when doing pre autorisation on your Credit Card ,it will not be available and staff for one night they blocked 250euro Checkout and payed 150 euro and still cannot get my money back .the lady did this transaction and told me no money will be debited but not true. By far my favourite hotel in Casablanca! On the top of the great location, the staff is simply the best when it comes to a great hospitality and customer satisfaction. Would like to praise Chaimaa & Ghizlane for their outstanding support during my regular stays.

The hotel is located very centrically. There is a huge park nearby beautifully maintained. The best part of the hotel is the rooftop terrace with the restaurant and the pool, although it is quite small. My room was rather small and a bit oldish but clean. But what is the most important, the bed is super comfortable. You can really rest well.Thanks to the maid Sara who did her best to keep it clean and tidy, and at the same time very professional and friendly. Excellent work Sara! I hope next time I come to this hotel I will get one of those spacious rooms.

we were shocked with the level of cleanliness of this Movenpick hotel. Dirty carpet, bad smell and in general a worn-out hotel. The staff are not friendly, and they let you feel that they are after your money and lack genuine care. What made our stay bit more enjoyable are the staff serving in breakfast.

The rooms look good; however the toilet was really badly designed, it was impossible to shower without getting the floor flooded since the separations from the shower were to short to keep the water back. Also I couldn‘t even close my bathroom door and I had to wait for like 3 minutes until even hot water came out of the shower. The breakfast however was excellent with a big choice and the personnel was always friendly. Also I liked the rooftop restaurant and the pool.

We stayed 2 weeks at the Movenpick and I couldn't recommend them highly enough. The service, the staff, the food were all excellent. From the moment we walked through the door they made us feel so welcome. Travelling with 2 small children, it is a family friendly hotel and they great with the kids. To all the reception, food and beverage, housekeeping staff thank you for all your help, hospitality and making us feel at home. We appreciate everything. Will definitely miss everyone and hope to be back soon.

Don’t go there , THIS IS NOT A 5 stars hotel ! The swimming pool is so small (unlike what it looks like in the pictures), the night club is closed, the lounge closes at 1 am but the music is soooo bad ! Lets talk about the room: i took my shower this morning and water got to my knees !! The lights are not working in the rooms (tried many times to take out and put back in the card) !! The rooms are so basic and really don’t deserve the price ! Again don’t go there , c’est une arnaque !

The rooms are big. hotels lobby is big and inviting, a pianist played nice tunes while checking in. there's nice view from the 16th floor! the bad: but they have venting issues - moisturish smells are in the room. when shaowered, the hot\cold handle orientation whas incorrect. then rysty-brown water poured for several minutes until became clear. breakfast\dinner is 🆗. a generic hotels food, no Moroccan special dishes.

Arrived at the hotel at a Sunday afternoon. I was greeted with friendly smiles and great curtesy from the bell boy to the reception. The room was big and well lit. The bed and the pillows comfortable. The bathroom with a bathtub and a shower. All very clean. The Sunroof was with a swimming pool which I did not use but had dinner at the restaurant.

Not exactly 5 star hotel. But you have all you need: big, clean rooms, big beds, big bathroom, great choice for breakfast. Reception has issues with computer so it can be slow.

The hotel is nice, the staff is very attentive. The top floor has a pool and a beautiful view, and it is well positioned in the middle of the financial district of Casablanca. The room is very spaceous and comfortable, and the only "negative" point is that it shows some signs of wear and tear that should not exist in a 5 star hotel - but I'm being absolutely nitpicky on this topic.

The hotel is situated in a beautifully elegant neighborhood and easy to find. Not sure I can find any faults with this hotel. The reception team gave us all the necessary information. Room was basic in some ways but for the good price we could not complain about our stay here. Breakfast was really good with lots of choice. We cannot recommend this place highly enough.

For some reason this hotel popped up when I searched "romantic hotels in casablanca" You know is not a good sign when the W is missing from the welcome sign at the front desk. You could tell this hotel was once good but now it just run down. After 14 hours of travel, we wanted to sleep in before hitting the road in Morocco, this was not possible due to some very loud construction noises that started at 9 am. It took about 5 tries ( 30 minutes ) till someone finally picked up at front desk. When we checked out I asked to speak with the manager but my request was just ignored.

What a Fantastic experience. I stayed for 1 week along with my friends from London. The staff were amazing, especially Miss Fatiha the hotel governess and Rachida “mini bar”, they provided us with all the assistance and help. Nothing was too much trouble for any member of the team. They were very attentive without being over bearing. If you have not been then I strongly recommend you do. Overall just AMAZING.
