The receptionist was super kind and the room was cosy and relaxing as pictured. However, we had to ask for another set of towels even though we mentioned earlier that we are two. Also, the breakfast was a disappointment. Bread and the patisserie were so hard to eat ( I guess they were a leftover from yesterday's breakfast). Tea was super sweet, orange juice was artificial... (Don't believe the pictures) Anyway, breakfast doesn't absolutely go with the mentioned price! At the end, the agent kept asking us over and over again if the formula we had includes breakfast while we were in a hurry to catch a flight.. (He could simply verify at the reception desk!) For those who ask what we did, we end up having an excellent breakfast outside the hotel and of course for less.

That is a bad experience on the hotel, old furniture, terrible service. We met a cheater waiter when I check in on the night. We booked a room that can not cancel on the website. But we do not know which payment they will charge me. When we check in, they said we need pay cash, but I told them I was paid card on the website. But the waiter said we need pay card. So we believe them. But the second day, I find they have already thought to charge my bank card. That is terrible things; they charge my money twice.

Casablanca is a different place. At least at the present time the populace does not seem particularly welcoming of European and American visitors. The hotel staff reflects this attitude. When I am staying off the beaten path, I look for hotels that belong to well known U. S. or European brands, and then look to value for money. I believe that combination provides the best safety and lowest risk. The hotel rooms are tiny, the windows have not been washed in a long time, but there is a security guard, I was not overcharged, and I did feel safe.

It was a great hotel. Staff was very nice and accommodating. The location is pretty ideal, save a minor construction project going on outside which made a bit of noise. There are a few chain restaurants that are a maximum 10 minute walk from the hotel which was very nice. Rooms were well set up save one minor detail which was the lighting. The room was pretty dark at night and the light fixtures weren't all that bright so it was hard to see. Otherwise the hotel was great!

(Sorry just edited this is 2 years old) Falsely accused us of taking something from the mini bar. Seemed like a scam. We almost missed our train from Casa Port. Could of had something to do with our room not being fully cleaned/properly prepared. I’d recommend going someplace nicer in this area if you can find a better price.

The hotel is old and the elevator is very small the rooms are small the toilet very small. It should be less expensive than the actual price for what it offers. People working there are friendly.

I stayed at this hotel and was abhorred by their customer service. The people are sneaky and illegal. They charged me at checkout for 39,60 MAD for 1 night of "TAXE DE SEJOUR". I refused to pay since they didn't accept credit card and the security guy refused to let me go. I finally paid in cash since I had to catch my train. On the receipt that I paid online it says that the price includes taxes and fees.

Hotel was clean, check in was easy. Very close to Casa Port, as well as Medina, mosque and mall. Rooms are dated and could use a Reno. Staff was fantastic and attentive. We went to the bar for a few drinks and everyone was super friendly, very high standard of service. If you need an inexpensive place to stay a couple nights in Casa I would recommend.
