I visited your restaurant yesterday 10-may.I was disappointed first after we ordered 2 beers the waiter said that we are obliged to order a tapas which is weird as we used to drink there from time to time and we have never been asked to order a tapas obligatory and the second One i was disappointed with the service I received during the payment process. When I went to pay my bill, the waiter attempted thatthe payment didn’t pass through the TPE so he asked to take the card and do the payment by himself the total at first was 230dh so we ended up paying 320dh because the waiter at tempted to add up the total using the TPE machine . Despite my efforts to point out the error, the waiter appeared to be impatient and did not listen to my concerns. As a result, I was overcharged for my meal. After another attempt to show him his mistake he finally brought the difference between the two bills in cash. This experience left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied with the service provided. I believe that your restaurant values customer satisfaction and I hope that you will take this matter seriously. I would appreciate it if you could investigate this incident and take appropriate action to ensure that your customers receive accurate billing and attentive service in the future. The worst experience ever I swear. Bad food never had a bad food like this before I spent 600 DH every day on the worst food ever, bad staff, and really not clean at all especially during COVID they don't care about it at all . I will never come back no matter what I told all my family and friends about this horrible experience I don’t recommend it at all I was so shocked about their food and COVID-19 no masks nothing 😤!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I f i could give less than one star i would ,The most disrespectful and unprofessional staff i ever saw, won't return here and wouldn't recommend to - music so loud you wont be able to sleep in such a busy traffic area - room small but tidy and the cleaning staff was very good tbh - the food : +Breakfast , diverse , fresh ,but didn't like the fact that they use paper cups ( ps: espresso not included ) +Dinner ,as an option that we decided to add we were surprised that we had to chose from the menu up to 250 dh per room while u cannot use the credit left from the order the next day if you stay or transfer , however when we checked the bill there were some other orders that we didn't have at all . + The terance staff are unbelievably unpleasant , so much that so many disputes happened in the same morning over the way they treated the clients , especialle one called ( chaimaa) and her team .

Nice hotel with great location, good service, decent rooms and an awesome external patio with good menu and good drinks. The location makes it very convenient. Rooms could be a bit bigger but the buffet, the happy hour option, and the patio makes up more than for what the rooms lack.

If you want some good sleep don’t choose this hotel, they got a stage that keep singing until 12am, the room have bad sound isolation so you will have to listen to them sing until 12am.

Because of the hostess Fatima zahra at the restaurant I gave 3 stars . The server is just walking by spaced out not looking at the customers if it wasn’t for the hostess we won’t have any drinks or food I guess . The tv screens was too bright with the hotel commercial repeatedly playing. The food, I am not sure if the chef did ever tasted his own cooking or the managers the food is really below average. The place is nice the hotel is in a great location.

Awful hotel! Rooms face the terrace where they play loud music until midnight. No rest and no respect towards guests. Front desk does not answer and the service is terrible! Avoid this hotel!

I’m really disappointed with the restaurant. I been two times before while visiting Casa and it has an amazing vibe and great ambience — lots of potential there. However, I returned again in the evening with a friend and we were super bummed. Hookah service was great. Food, not. We ordered Nachos which we sent back to the kitchen 3 times, returning the same way it was each time. The nachos says it came with ground beef, cheese, green onion, tomatoes (or some veggies, listed under the description) The only modification we asked was “no beef,” because my friend is a vegetarian. What we got was maybe 10 heated up tortilla chips. No tomatoes, no cheese, walo. After sending the plain chips back so many times and receiving it back the same way, a manager came out and we had to explain to him how boring and incorrect this was. Where is the cheese? Where is the sour cream? Where is anything that was under the description? He ended up bringing a tiny dish of guacamole and melted cheese. Safe, we said nothing more but that was not worth the price. We could have bought 2-3 big bags of tortilla chips from Carrefour and made our own nachos for the same price.

Nice and warm welcome, very nice hotel in the center, with a lovely bar-restaurant at second floor. The people who work there are very friendly people with smiling faces.

Noise level didn't allow us to sleep they held numerous parties on the Terrace that resonated to the rooms til 1am. The breakfast was horrible, juice from a box and one pastry item. The area where breakfast was served was dirty trash from last night every where. The room didn't have an iron. The room was presented as clean but when looking carefully alot of things were not wiped down correctly. Room is too dark as well. Some staff members were helpful others not so much, if they didn't understand you they hung up the phone.....plenty of better places to stay. I hope they get their act together since hotel has a lot of potential.

The rooms were cosy, modern and neat. I absolutely loved the ambience and feel of all the spaces. The meals were quite underwhelming, especially, breakfast. It's in the city center so it's easy to get everywhere.

(+++) I stayed in the hotel for three days during a business trip, it's very nice and confortable, great location and helpful staff, we also liked the buffet. (---) Unfortunately, one thing we didn't like, we were totally ignored and unserved when the hotel held an event ceremony which took place in the same buffet restaurant, we couldnt even have a table for ourself, and no body cared, eventhough we payed extra amount for the buffet.

The bar was nice.. food is delicious.. the service is one of the best .. different styles.. nice for a nice night out even in the middle of the week ^^

Its alot more grand than I had assumed. The lobby is small but each floor had endless rows of rooms. Pros: Location is central (30-40min away from airport) Friendly Staff/Security Safe for females traveling solo Easy checkin/out process Clean rooms with air conditioning Does not smell like smoke Breakfast - great selection with egg station Hookah/Patio Bar Great art work around the hotel Cons: 2 bed = 2 single beds put together Bathroom smelt like sulfur, it was very pungent. We requested service and they temporarily fixed the solution but the smell returned shortly after. Each time we entered the room, we were hit in the face with this awful smell. Overall, satisfactory. Azour at Onomo (Shisha) Great staff, great shisha flavors. The staff were vigilant and kept changing coals for us. When we had issues with the shisha, they replaced it. The tea was the only set back. It was like drinking sugar water with a hint of mint, too sweet. Overall great experience

We went to the restaurant on the rooftop, then suddenly the bouncer stops me by the door saying that they don’t accept people wearing stockings and shorts in the most ghetto way possible, I was with some foreigner friends and it was a very embarrassing for us in this central to have such stupid rules for simply being elegant! Do not recommend so GHETTOOO.

Fantastic hotel and in a very busy part of town but windows are double paned and make it extremely quiet. Experienced almost zero English speaking at desk but very clean and restaurants are great. Fun outdoor night club. Morocco is fine to visit after earthquake I experienced, and they need your patronage!

Seifdine at the rooftop terrace restaurant took great care of us and treated us like family. Amazing service! I highly recommend asking for him specifically, you will not be disappointed. We had a great time there and you will too! Raza

Wouldn't let you inside if you're wearing shorts... in Morocco... in August! I mean do you expect guests to show up wearing suits, ties and leather shoes in the middle of summer?! You couldn't make it up... Thankfully none of the other venues and hotels in the area have that silly policy.

I have probably lived the longest in Onomo Hotel . I dont think anyone has stayed more than me in this hotel more than 150 Nights in 1 year. I can safely say its a good hotel and very friendly. The staff at reception Usman Saida Fatima the Room Service people Fouzia . The breakfast people everyone is nice. The cleaning is perfect. The breakfast is great.

I had a wonderful night at azour I enjoyed eating there and also the hostess was really great and friendly they made our night extremely pleasant

I had a wonderful stay at Onomo hotel. The location is great, very walkable with tons of things to do nearby. Their breakfast was excellent and the staff was amazing, starting with Anas at the front desk who went out of his way to assist me, Hicham and Wahiba’s attentiveness and great service at the Azour launch on the second floor as well as Karima’s great housekeeping and friendliness. I’m definitely coming back here if I’m ever in Casablanca again. Thank you.

As a local, I go to this place very often and I'm never disappointed with the vibes or service. Everything is perfect. The manager is the sweetest person ever always making sure all needs are met!! 100% recommend

Tried Azour at Onomo and I can say that’s one of the best city spots. The evening staff were extremely friendly, food was so yum ,the service was great and the live band were lit ! Can totally recommend it and will definitely come back again.

Everything was great! Room was very clean and girls Fouzia and Laimia was very pleasant with me. Fouzia take extra effort on cleaning my room every day and I’m very grateful for that. Recommendation for this hotel and their service.

The windows are not soundproof so that the whole street noises are in the room when you want to sleep. Servuce and place was perfect in the heart of the city.

This hotel is extremely understaffed. I would call reception multiple times before getting through. The staff was all friendly, but they just did not have enough of them. If you are put into an inside room, you will be facing the hotel restaurant. The music is very loud. I requested to switch rooms, and was told that they were fully booked. That said, the breakfast is decent, the rooms are clean, and there is a nice gym. If having a quiet hotel is important to you, though, this is not your place.

Concerning the coffee place isn't a good place to be at, a bad services all over. I don't recommend been there.

Also, I stayed in a double bed room and shared it with a friend, hence the photo. 🤗 If you want to explore Casablanca to the fullest, this is the place to stay because it is in the centre of the city and you could actually just take short walks to different sites and locations. The staff here are very friendly and helpful with suggestions for fun and relaxation, but speak mostly French and Arabic, and only a few speak English but you can help yourself with Google translate. You should try out the following drinks on the drink's menu- Kampala, African Vibes and Some Electric Shots! The breakfast is worth it! Make sure you get a room with breakfast option. You won't regret it. It is also important to note that the Azour Restaurant food is a bit expensive compared to the other restaurants in the city center though!

Rooms are enough big, room service is nice. KHADIJA helps your need for the room. Bathroom is not my style, it is open format and water splash to everywhere. If your room is at avanue side, you can here motorcycle bad voices. Breakfast is nice, you can find many options.

Unbelievably unprofessional - everytime I come here thinking it'll be better, it's worse Unprofessional staff, unorganized, and entitled management Wouldn't recommend at all, not even for a drink

Room was very clean, did not smell smoke (pleasant surprise). Great check in process, we were given the keys in few minutes. Located in a vibrant area, even within walking distance to the ocean (30-40 minutes), many good restaurants and coffee shops. Parking is easy and safe. Well guarded at every floor. What I liked the most is the absence of having to pay for a “tip” for someone doing their job. There was an issue with the safe that was fixed in minutes (replaced with a new safe). Shower box was leaking to the bathroom area. I did not like that and did not thin it is worth the effort to fix it. I also loved the fact that they have daily yoga sessions conducted, as a guest I was allowed to use for free.

Hotel and service is really good. There is a terrace with music till 23 aprox, and room soundproof is not perfect, so you can listen the music and also the traffic during the day, but it's bearable

Only if you like music runs until 2300, you can get a room near the cafe below. This hotel is just beside h&m. Cafe is beautiful as you can see from the pictures. I woke up early to enjoy the change of the night to morning light at the cafe. Acceptable standard, with people greet you from door man to cafe and house keeping. They are excited to see guest again and you can feel the zest. Not sure why paper cups are used at cafe during breakfast, I do not see alternative.

I really enjoyed the stay in the hotel it’s was a pleasant stay and the stuff were so friendly and helpful ( réception , housekeeping, breakfast buffet stuff …) , I appreciate their hard work and I specially wanna thank Fatima zahra , Saida , Djibi, and the HSK manager lamia for the good service , the stuff is a good asset in this hotel

Very bad experience, specially at the lounge bar, waiter OTHMANE super rude to us, actually most of the staff are rude, and denied serving us drinks unless we will order food, while everyone else were having drinks only. They made us leave probably just to give our place to someone else. I do not recommend this place.

Onomo Casablanca is classic Onomo. Stayed on 5th floor and it has a good view of the city centre. It is right at the heart of the city and hence easily accessible. Staff are welcoming, courteous but a bit slow to work. Good breakfast. Will visit again.

Nice modern hotel in the heart of Casablanca. Breakfast is good and generous. Ample selection and fresh ingredients. Room was clean and comfortable. A/C worked quite well and there is cable TV with multiple channels to choose from. Things to improve. The shower area had already started to build up mold all around the edges. It shouldn't be that hard to remove. Also, the bathroom lights were not bright enough. Definitely more light is needed.
