Afterall, its all about the service. I have never been to an accommodation where it is this much not attentive. They couldn’t be more ignorant. The reception rarely picks up, neither does it have room slippers nor toothbrush&paste. You can basically hear whatever is happening next door and along the corridor. The room temperature was out of control and will automatically be heated all the time. I had my window opened during sleep.

Generally ok...limited tv channels for non french speakers... limited room service food options...rooftop bar is awesome, however rooftop barman is a grouch. Horrible customer service.

We went to the buffet for iftour and we ended up really disappointed. We were the first ones to arrive, and the food was already cold and dry - sandwiches were hard as rock and skewers, impossible to chew. Tajines were below average. Service is good and the view is nice, but it’s not worth the 320 dhs per person we paid.

The room and the lobby were beautiful and clean. The breakfast offered a huge variety and was excellent. They listed offering a shuttle service to the airport, but failed to mention that it was for a steep cost. I was incredibly disappointed to only find that out upon arrival. Furthermore, I couldn't manage to sleep at all the night that I was there because it was so hot. When I finally called to notify the front desk that I suspected my AC wasn't working and I couldn't sleep because I was so hot in the middle of the night, they told me that the AC wasn't going to work because they shut off the AC for the year. They provided no alternative solutions or even offered an apology. So instead of staying close to the airport in effort to get some additional sleep, I ended up having a totally sleepless night and paying through the nose to get to the airport the next day.

I was here for two days on a quick business trip. The breakfast buffet was very well stocked with a wide variety of lovely dishes. I was even more impressed with the lunch offering. There were many classical Moroccan dishes served and the taste was amazing.

I stayed there for two weeks with my wife during a search for longterm apartment. The welcome and attention of the staff was impeccable. We were allowed to move in before noon and that played well to our schedule. The room was very spacious, well designed, and spotless clean. Throughout our stay the entire staff was attentive, very professional and always ready to offer help. Everyday we enjoyed a variety of delicious breakfast and buffet style dinner with endless creativity of local foods to choose from. I especially would like to offer our appreciation to Maria that made our meals time wonderful, and Karim for his personal involvement in arranging my wife birthday evening. I will recommend this hotel to my friends and everyone that is looking for quality and service. I look forward to stay again at this hotel. Many thanks again Kenzi Sidi Maarouf Team.

The hotel is nice, restaurant good and rooms quite big and clean. However, there is one big issue: at the reception the staff change all the time, and there is not communication flow from one employee to another. One example: my colleagues arrived one day later and I had agreed with the staff that reservation would not be cancelled. The message didn't pass to the following receptionist, and they canceled they reservation.

Imagine the room has only a tiny water bottle, and you can't get an extra one from the housekeeping unless you paid for it. Ensure you set yourself up before meeting a guy called KHALED in the evening. He is a duty manager, front desk and night leader, but he is not helpful. 👎🏻 The place is fine as far you are away from that guy. Dealing with him is not recommended

Moving to Casablanca for work we didn’t know what to expect. We were so lucky to be housed in the Hotel Kenzie Sidi Marouf. It’s close to the office and easy to get a ride for sightseeing in the area. Much thanks go to Taha and his very personable team for helping our adjustment to the wonderful country of Morocco. Your kindness and thoughtfulness has been very much appreciated.

I was stay few days in this hotel. Positive sides are breakfast lot of choices and tasty supermarket nearly and tram stop. Negatives is rooms, I was on 4th floor and I found cockroaches in toilets and my friend was on 3th floor and he has bed bugs as he have small bites on his body. Air conditioning not working well and was hot in the room. Carpet was stained everywhere and was disgusting to step on it without shoes, carpet should be changed 20 years ago. This is definitely not 4 star hotel. And there is lot of traffic next to the hotel afternoon.

Room service was great, location worked well for my needs as it was very close to my work , highlight for me was Loubna, lady that makes breakfast each morning, her smile is contagious and her egg omlets with spicy peppers are the Best, Thank you Loubna!

A great place to stay. There's a mezzanine and meeting rooms. You can have fun around the swimming pool on the rooftop "T level"...

Excellent and comfortable rooms. Restaurant is decent and the Lounge is very cosy. Staff were excellent throughout though parking is not very good, always a gamble whether you will have parking space or not. Overall excellent.

Good value for the money ! Friendly staff and the best probably the dinner buffer where you can get a taste of Moroccan flavors

  • 2/5 John L. 3 years ago on Google
I would give them more but any hotel that double charges you deserves a low mark because of dishonesty. Not much English spoken here except by the maid. She had very good English. I know it is a French/ Darija country but tourists like to be able to ask questions. Very smoky hotel. Food is overpriced and Just okay. City closes at 8 so sometimes is the only food. They called a great taxi driver to deliver us to the airport. El Mikki was great and that is why they get a 2 star rating.

Modern European Hotel with elegant rooms, balcony and restaurant. Cleaning is good, apart from the carpet with dirt on it. Restaurant is pricey but good.

  • 4/5 Marc L. 4 years ago on Google
Experiencia was definitely good. Worth to highlight how friendly and helpful was all the staff. Very comfortable room despite I had no views (well, view to the offices building near by). Buffet at the restaurant was also very good, bot for the breakfast and for having dinner. You always have few local specialities plus more international ones. It also holds gym and spa, so all together is an excellent hotel at a reasonable price (110€/night for std room) if you are in the area. Tip: don't forget your swimsuit: they have an excellent roof top with exterior swimming pool.

I have spent a couple of nights there. And been there for multiple meetings. It was clean, calm, and great for corporate visits. Not sure if it will be the same for leisure travels. Meeting rooms are good. With good isolation. Food was OK. ( But kind of expected for a buffet). Breakfast is nice. The team is helpful 👍

I stayed at the hotel for approximately 2 weeks for a business trip. This was my first time in Morocco and I picked the location based on its online star rating (4 star) and proximity to my place of business. Let's start with the pros. Rooms are clean and the bed is comfortable, water in the shower was always hot and with adequate water pressure. There is a mini fridge in the room and a safe. The rooftop/terrace area where the pool is located is nice and has a good view of the city Cons: as is normal in most hotels pressing of garments is usually expensive and I prefer to do my own pressing. In most hotels you can request for an iron box and ironing board however they do not allow for this here. Food from outside is also not allowed even if you're a guest which in the numerous hotels I have stayed in has never been a problem, but it is here. So if you don't like what the menu has to offer you'd better eat your meals outside before going to your room. Room service is indicated to run from 12:00hrs to 2300 hrs however, in reality by 10:30pm there's a chance they will not pick up your call and you may be left high and dry with a grumbling stomach. This did not happen to me but it did with my colleagues. On one occasion I ordered for room service before 11pm (after some patient waiting for someone to pick up my call) and I was informed the kitchen was closed, however they apparently granted me an exception and delivered the food. There doesn't seem to be a good appreciation of customer service, customer satisfaction or quality control. The food is mediocre and is vastly inconsistent. You can order the same thing every day however what you get will vary. On some days you may get toiletries (e.g. soap and shampoo) and on some days not. The air-conditioning somewhat worked in the room. On one occasion I put an up unopened packet of juice in the fridge which I later found had been opened. Bad. All in all I think the rooms are nice however the service leaves a lot to be desired. I'd give the rooms and facilities a 4 star rating but the service is no more than 2 stars.

Good hotel, friendly, efficient staff. Clean and quiet with parking. It seems the details were designed by a novice. No outlet and poor lighting in bathroom, no USB port, not enough outlets, etc.

Pathetic experience. The waiters and managers are racists. Went to the roof top bar and waited for more than 3hours to be served while other VIP guests were being served like every 10mins. Room service was terrible, they always brought different orders from the orders I had placed. Sometimes they fail to replace bedsheets, replenish soaps, coffee, tea.... Just horrible. Refused us to bring food from outside while I saw some Chinese and Arab guests bringing in theirs, so racist. Given that I spend two weeks there. Worst place ever

Hotel is clean , calm , except for the food , i ordered a pizza and it was awful, sorry to say this . and the pool wasn’t clean at all water looked disgustingly green. when i called before going there i was a told a price 800mad/night and when i got there it was totally different and they charged me 1000mad the following day how is this logical?. And i haven’t got my room cleaned for two days . Even if i left that (please clean the room on the door )i just come back and see it as i left it . My stay would’ve been perfect if it wasn’t for these small issues. Could do better hotel is amazing.

This was my first time here. The staff was very pleasant. The room was clean and the food that I had from room service - harira soup and the meatball tagine was delicious. It took about an hour to come which is fine because it tasted great. I would definitely recommend this place. The location is not in a dangerous area either.

Upon arrival i have asked for the rate for one night as i had an unexpected trip to casablanca for one night, i was told it was a hair over $100.00 after checking online it was only $74 dollars. wouldn't honor it. i was told to make the reservation myself online... indeed was done with the wrong date as i was extremely tired..... long story short i paid twice for a one night hotel. called the rep from Expedia, he put me on hold and called the hotel Manager that refuses to refund my double dipped charge..... Enjoy the $74 .....
